NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to BrightHire's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
BrightHire pricing has no dollar figures, but its pricing page is more useful than most quote-only pages: it tells you exactly what each product is priced on. BrightHire now sells three products (application review, an AI screening interviewer and interview intelligence), and Zoom completed its acquisition of the company in December 2025 after announcing it on November 13, 2025. BrightHire runs as its own brand inside Zoom. We read its pricing page on November 1, 2026.
The short answer on BrightHire pricing
BrightHire doesn't publish prices. Each product is priced on its own unit: Inbound by applicant volume, Screen by interview volume, and Interview Intelligence by company size. Bundling them lowers the cost, though no discount figure is given. BrightHire says most customers are set up in under a day with no extra fees for training or implementation.
What you get with each BrightHire product
BrightHire says it supports interviews in 30+ languages, live and async, and lists a long set of ATS integrations including Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS, Lever, SmartRecruiters and Bullhorn.
What drives the price
BrightHire is clearer than most about its levers:
- Applicant volume sets the Inbound price.
- Interview volume sets the Screen price.
- Company size sets the Interview Intelligence price.
- Bundling lowers the total.
- No setup fees. BrightHire says training and implementation carry no extra charge.
Generally, for this kind of quote (an industry pattern, not BrightHire's statement), the remaining variables are contract length, whether volume tiers are annual or monthly, and how overages are billed.
Questions to ask BrightHire before you buy
- What counts as an applicant for Inbound pricing: every application, or only ones reviewed?
- For Screen, is an interview counted when invited, started or completed?
- Is "company size" total employees or only people who interview?
- What is the bundle discount in numbers?
- What happens if we pass our applicant or interview volume mid-contract?
- Does being part of Zoom change pricing or terms if we don't use Zoom?
- Can we export recordings, transcripts and scorecards when the contract ends?

And us: NTRVSTA runs live, real-time AI interviews that adapt to each answer, by video avatar or audio, and Carolina also sources, scores resumes and books panels inside your ATS. Our NYC Local Law 144 bias audit covers the AI interviews; see compliance. We don't record or take notes on your human interviews, so for Interview Intelligence itself, BrightHire or Metaview is the better fit. Starter is $0 and Team is $490 a month billed annually (plans).
