Metaview pricing changed shape along with the company. Once known as an interview notetaker, Metaview now sells an "Agentic Recruiting Platform" of modular agents for sourcing, application review, screening, notes, reports and outreach. It raised a $60 million Series C led by Insight Partners on September 30, 2026, and acquired the recruiting startup Reval. Only the sourcing plans carry public prices; the rest is quoted. We read Metaview's pricing page on November 1, 2026.
The short answer: Metaview pricing in 2026
Metaview's sourcing agent has three self-serve plans: Free ($0, first 100 profiles), Pro ($100 per user a month, 200 profiles a month) and Max ($300 per user a month, unlimited profiles). Enterprise sourcing and the full Agentic Recruiting Platform are custom-priced. The pricing page shows no price for the Screening agent or the notetaker; you pay for the agents you choose as part of a quote.
What you get on each Metaview plan
Metaview's September 2026 screening launch post said the first 25 AI screens are free. That offer isn't repeated on the pricing page we read, so treat it as something to confirm.
What drives the price
From Metaview's own page:
- Users. Sourcing plans are priced per user per month.
- Profile volume. 100 free, 200 a month on Pro, unlimited on Max.
- Which agents you buy. Metaview says every user gets the full platform but you pay only for the agents you need.
- Add-ons. Reports carries a flat fee. Assistant questions and note regenerations are included, with no credits or usage limits.
In general (not specific to Metaview), quotes for AI screening are often tied to interview volume, and platform deals move with seat count and contract length.
Questions to ask Metaview before you buy
- What does the Screening agent cost per screen or per month at our volume?
- Are the 25 free AI screens from the launch still available on new accounts?
- Is the notetaker priced per interviewer seat, per recorded interview or as part of the platform?
- What is the Reports add-on fee?
- Is a "user" anyone with a login, or only recruiters running agents?
- Which ATS connections come standard? Metaview names Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Gem and SmartRecruiters.
- Can we export recordings, transcripts and notes if we leave?

Cheaper or simpler options than Metaview
Depending on whether you came to Metaview for notes, screening or sourcing, these tools fit the same job. Prices come from their own sites:
- BrightHire: interview intelligence plus an async AI screen, now part of Zoom. Pricing not published; see our BrightHire pricing page and Metaview vs BrightHire.
- Classet: AI phone interviews from $249 a month billed annually ($349 month to month), including 50 completed interviews.
- Interviewer.AI: Essential $199 a month for one-way AI video; Professional $399 a month adds conversational avatar interviews.
- NTRVSTA (us): Carolina sources candidates, runs outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, scores resumes, runs live adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio, and schedules panels inside your ATS. We don't take notes on your human interviews, so if a notetaker is the main need, Metaview or BrightHire fit better. Starter is $0 for one open role with 10 AI interviews; Team is $490 a month billed annually, with 60 interviews a month.

Questions
How much does Metaview cost?
Metaview publishes sourcing plans at $0, $100 and $300 per user per month (Free, Pro and Max). Its Agentic Recruiting Platform, which includes all agents, is custom-priced, as is Enterprise sourcing. Screening and notetaker prices are not shown on the pricing page.
Is Metaview free?
Metaview has a free sourcing plan with the first 100 sourced profiles free. Its September 2026 screening launch post said the first 25 AI screens are free. The pricing page itself doesn't list a free screening allowance, so confirm it with Metaview.
How much does the Metaview AI screening agent cost?
Metaview doesn't publish a paid rate for its Screening agent. The pricing page says every user gets access to the full platform and you pay only for the agents you need, so screening is part of a custom quote.
Does Metaview charge for reports?
Metaview lists Reports as an add-on with a flat fee and says there is no per-report or per-recording charge. The fee amount is not published. Assistant questions and note regenerations are included with no credits or limits.
What is cheaper than Metaview for AI screening?
Classet publishes AI phone interviews from $249 a month billed annually with 50 completed interviews, and Interviewer.AI starts at $199 a month. Whether either is cheaper depends on the quote Metaview gives you for screening.
