How this works: NTRVSTA prices interviews in credits. An audio interview uses 1 credit per minute and a video avatar interview uses 3 credits per minute. Plans: Free Demo $0 (50 credits, 1 concurrent interview), Starter $299/mo (1,500 credits, 3 concurrent), Growth $699/mo (4,000 credits, 5 concurrent), Scale $1,999/mo (12,500 credits, 15 concurrent, priority support and SLA). Prices are from our pricing section. Recruiter time is your own estimate; the AI first round replaces the screen itself, not the recruiter's review of results.
We multiply interviews per month by interview length and by the credits per minute for the format (1 for audio, 3 for a video avatar). The smallest plan whose monthly credits cover that total is the plan that fits. Cost per interview is that plan's monthly price divided by your interviews per month.
The calculator shows when your volume is above the Scale plan's 12,500 monthly credits. At that point, talk to us about volume so the estimate reflects your real usage.
