Fetcher alternatives: where former Fetcher customers can go now

Juicebox announced a deal for Fetcher's assets on October 6, 2026, and Fetcher is shutting its platform down. Here is how to pick a replacement without losing your pipeline.

Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this guide, and we're one of the six Fetcher alternatives in it. What we say about every other company comes from its own website or announcement, and each source is linked at the end.

If you're searching for Fetcher alternatives, the reason is probably not a feature gap. On October 6, 2026, Juicebox announced that it had reached an agreement to acquire Fetcher's assets (the assets, not the company), and said Fetcher is retiring its platform "over the coming weeks." Neither side has published a shutdown date or said the deal has closed. Former Fetcher customers need three things soon: a new source of candidates, a new home for email sequences, and a plan for the contacts and saved searches they built up. Fetcher described itself as AI plus a team of expert sourcers, with automated email sequences and AI screening of inbound applicants, so the closest replacements are sourcing tools.

1. NTRVSTA (us)

To be straight about the fit: Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, does source candidates for an open role and runs outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp. But we don't publish a profile database, and we don't have the deep search filters that Juicebox or SeekOut offer. If search volume was the main thing Fetcher gave you, start with those.

Where we help Fetcher customers is the part Fetcher handed back to you. Carolina scores and ranks every resume against the job and explains why, runs live AI interviews (video avatar or audio) that adapt to each answer, books panels on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and answers pipeline questions in plain English. Each action is set to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers or comp changes always wait for a person. It works inside the ATS you already run, such as Greenhouse or Lever. Our AI interviews have a published NYC Local Law 144 audit on the compliance page, and prices are on our pricing section.

Best for: teams pairing a database-first sourcer with an agent that screens, interviews and schedules.

2. Juicebox

Juicebox is the default landing spot, and it says so. Its October 6 post says Fetcher customers can move over "effective immediately," that its team will help with setup so sourcing doesn't stop, and that there's an exclusive offer through November 19, 2026. The post doesn't list the offer's terms, so get them in writing. As a product, Juicebox lets you describe a role in plain English and returns a ranked pool from 800M+ profiles across 30+ data sources, then writes personalized email sequences. Juicebox Agents ($199 per agent a month) keep sourcing in the background and can auto-email or auto-shortlist. ATS and CRM sync sits on the custom Business plan, which matters if Fetcher was writing into your ATS.

Best for: Fetcher customers who want the fastest move and mostly need email-based sourcing. Compare it with us in NTRVSTA vs Juicebox.

3. Pin

Pin fits if you want more channels than Fetcher's email. Pin says it takes a job title, builds the search criteria, matches people from 850M+ profiles with an explained fit score, then sends sequences from your own Gmail or Outlook, with SMS and LinkedIn steps on paid plans. It answers candidate replies from a knowledge base, pings you in Slack when it's unsure, and books calls on your calendar. Every step can run hands-on, as co-pilot or on full autopilot. ATS sync is an add-on below Enterprise. Pin's LinkedIn page was removed in September 2026; Pin's CEO says the product is fully operational and doesn't depend on LinkedIn.

Best for: agencies and small in-house teams that want sourcing through booked interview at a published price. See NTRVSTA vs Pin.

4. SeekOut

SeekOut suits Fetcher customers who already have years of applicants sitting in their ATS. It says it searches 1B+ external profiles together with your ATS, so past candidates appear next to new ones, and its agents build rubrics and draft multi-touch email campaigns that recruiters approve. Its Applicant Evaluation and AI Screening add-on scores inbound applicants, which covers the inbound screening Fetcher offered. Sourcing Core is $149 a month billed annually with three seats, with a 14-day free trial.

Best for: mid-market and enterprise TA teams that want external search and rediscovery in one place. See NTRVSTA vs SeekOut.

5. hireEZ

hireEZ goes further down the funnel than Fetcher did. Its EZ Agent sources from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, ranks every application, runs conversational AI screens by voice or chat with your questions, sends email, SMS and InMail sequences, and books interviews through an AI Scheduler. hireEZ says nothing moves forward without your approval. Solo starts at $494 a month with a 7-day trial, and enterprise pricing isn't published.

Best for: larger and staffing teams replacing Fetcher plus a separate screening step. See NTRVSTA vs hireEZ.

6. HeroHunt.ai

HeroHunt.ai is close to how many teams used Fetcher day to day: approve candidates, then let outreach run. It says its AI Recruiter searches a pool of 1B+ profiles, screens them with a language model, and sends personalized emails with automatic follow-ups once you approve each candidate. Plans are sized by screened profiles and emails a month; prices weren't visible when we checked. Its trial gives 150 screened profiles and 75 emails over 8 days, then converts to paid automatically, so set a reminder.

Best for: small teams and agencies that want self-serve sourcing and email outreach. See NTRVSTA vs HeroHunt.ai.

When to stay with Fetcher

Honestly, you can't for long. Fetcher is retiring its platform, so staying is only a short-term choice while you move. The closest thing to staying is Juicebox, which has agreed to acquire Fetcher's assets. A few steps help whichever way you go:

  • Export your open sequences, contact lists and campaign results from Fetcher now, before the platform goes dark.
  • Check which ATS records Fetcher created, so nothing is duplicated when the new tool starts syncing.
  • If you pick Juicebox, ask for the November 19 offer terms in writing first.
  • Test the new tool on one live role first and compare reply rates with your Fetcher history.

Questions

Is Fetcher shutting down?

Yes. On October 6, 2026, Juicebox said it had reached an agreement to acquire Fetcher's assets, not the company, and that Fetcher is retiring its platform over the coming weeks. Juicebox did not give a shutdown date or say whether the deal has closed. fetcher.ai still loads with a banner pointing to the announcement.

What is Juicebox offering Fetcher customers?

Juicebox says Fetcher customers can move to Juicebox immediately, with help getting set up so there is no gap in sourcing, and an exclusive offer available through November 19, 2026. The announcement does not spell out the offer's terms, so ask Juicebox for them in writing before you sign.

Which Fetcher competitors also use human sourcers?

None of the tools on this list sells the same blend of AI and an in-house sourcing team that Fetcher described. Juicebox, Pin, SeekOut, hireEZ and HeroHunt.ai are software-led, with recruiters approving matches or messages. If you want people doing the search for you, a recruiter marketplace is the closer fit.

Do I need a new tool for interviews too?

Not because of Fetcher. Fetcher did not run interviews, so your screening process should be unaffected by the shutdown. If replies were piling up before anyone could screen them, it is a good moment to look at tools that cover the steps after sourcing, such as hireEZ or NTRVSTA.
