Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this guide to enterprise AI recruiting software, and we rank ourselves sixth of eight. Larger vendors on this list have longer enterprise track records and more published certifications, and we say so. Everything we state about other products comes from their own sites, with links at the end.
TL;DR
For most large employers, enterprise AI recruiting software has to fit an existing ATS and HRIS, pass security and legal review, and let admins decide what agents may do alone. Phenom and Eightfold are the broadest suites. hireEZ and SeekOut are the strongest agent layers for sourcing on top of your ATS. HireVue leads on AI interviews with a deep compliance file.
- Best all-in-one talent platform with screening agents: Phenom
- Best for certifications and government buyers: Eightfold
- Best agent layer for sourcing, screening and scheduling: hireEZ
- Best for AI interviews from a long-established vendor: HireVue
- Best for complex interview loops and coordination: GoodTime
The picks at a glance
What actually matters when choosing enterprise AI recruiting software
Start with your systems, not the demo. Most enterprises have years of data and process in an ATS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS or Oracle, and a separate HRIS and calendar stack. Every tool here sits on top of that ATS rather than replacing it, so ask exactly what each one reads and writes, and test it in your sandbox. Our guide on adding AI to your ATS covers the questions to ask.
Then decide how much autonomy you'll allow. Some agents only recommend. Others send messages, move stages and book interviews on their own. The useful products let admins set this per action and per team, keep a person on every hiring decision, and show what the agent did. Read our guide to AI recruiting guardrails before you write the requirements.
Finally, bring legal and security in early. Ask each vendor for its latest independent bias audit and exactly which features it covers, plus whatever security reports your procurement policy requires. Vendors differ a lot here, and we note what each one publishes below. If you hire in New York City, our LL144 shortlist goes further.
1. Phenom
Phenom sells the widest single platform on this list: career site, talent CRM, scheduling, onboarding, internal mobility and workforce intelligence, with agents coordinated by its WorkOps layer. Its Voice Screening Agent places adaptive calls soon after someone applies, opens each call with scripted consent, and hands strong candidates to automated scheduling. For enterprise review, Phenom lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, 27017, 27018 and 27701, CSA STAR and an audit trail. It doesn't name its ATS integrations on the pages we checked, and pricing is on request.
Best for: large and high-volume employers that want to standardize on one talent platform.
2. Eightfold
Eightfold pairs a talent intelligence platform with an AI Interviewer that runs adaptive interviews by video, audio or text, including coding and CEFR language assessments. It holds the heaviest certification list here (SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 42001, FedRAMP Moderate and DISA IL4) and publishes NYC LL144 audit results. In May 2026 it announced an integration with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and in July 2026 it announced a digital-human avatar. It also faces an FCRA class action over candidate Match Scores, with a motion to dismiss pending. See our Eightfold comparison.
Best for: global enterprises, Oracle shops and government buyers that need the full compliance file.
3. hireEZ
hireEZ's EZ Agent runs sourcing, application ranking, voice or chat screens, multichannel sequences and scheduling as one layer above the ATS, with recruiter approval gates. Enterprise deals are priced against the tools it replaces, and hireEZ runs a four-week verification before you sign, which is a useful way to test it on real requisitions. It lists SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, OFCCP record-keeping support and Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS and Greenhouse among its integrations. Its customers include Visa, Hilton and Kaiser Permanente.
Best for: enterprise and staffing teams that want sourcing-led automation without changing the ATS.
4. HireVue
HireVue launched its voice AI Interviewer in June 2026. It drafts questions and rubrics from the job description, runs two-way interviews 24/7, explains each score and writes results into the ATS, next to HireVue's one-way and live video interviews and assessments. HireVue lists SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and FedRAMP, says its fairness audits cover NYC LL144, and says DCI Consulting Group ran external audits of its algorithms. Pricing isn't published.
Best for: enterprises whose main need is structured, high-volume screening from a vendor procurement already knows.
5. SeekOut
SeekOut's enterprise tiers combine search across 1B+ external profiles with rediscovery inside your ATS, plus agents that draft and send outreach and an add-on for applicant evaluation and screening. It lists integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Avature, Phenom and more, holds SOC 2 Type II, and says its records support EEOC and OFCCP reviews. Enterprise plans are custom; a smaller Sourcing Core plan is public.
Best for: enterprises hiring hard-to-find technical and specialist talent.
6. NTRVSTA (us)
We build NTRVSTA as agentic AI for sourcing, screening and hiring. Its agent, Carolina, sources and contacts candidates by email, SMS and WhatsApp, scores every resume with an explained ranking, runs live adaptive AI interviews, schedules panels, answers pipeline questions in plain English and posts a morning digest in Slack or Teams. It works inside your current stack: ATS and HRIS such as Workday and Oracle Recruiting, Okta for single sign-on, data warehouses like Snowflake, plus a REST API and SFTP. Admins set each action to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers and compensation changes always wait for a person.
Our independent NYC LL144 bias audit by Asenion covers the AI interviews only and is on our compliance page. Enterprise pricing is per hire or per seat; public plans run up to Scale at $1,490/mo billed annually.
Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we are newer and smaller than everyone ranked above, with no published case studies, and security certifications are not among the facts on this page, so ask us early what your procurement team requires. We're also not a system of record or a workforce-planning suite.
Best for: enterprise teams that want one agent working across sourcing, screening and scheduling inside the ATS they keep, with action-level controls.

7. GoodTime
GoodTime focuses on the coordination work that swamps enterprise teams: panel, multi-day and rescheduled interviews. Its agent, Cori, schedules and reschedules, replaces unavailable interviewers, sends follow-ups, drafts scorecards and advances candidates, escalating anything outside defined workflows. GoodTime prices by annual candidate volume, not seats, with integrations included. It lists SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 reports, ISO 42001, EU data hosting and AI it calls independently bias-audited.
Best for: enterprises with heavy interview loops where scheduling, not sourcing, is the bottleneck.
8. Sense
Sense layers SMS, WhatsApp and email engagement, scheduling and an AI Recruiter made of agents over ATS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo and Workday. Its voice AI runs real-time phone screens with scorecards. Its published customers include Kaiser, Dell Technologies and HCA Healthcare. Starting prices are public: $7,000/mo for the TA platform, with packages that include implementation and 24/7 support.
Best for: healthcare and other high-volume enterprises that reach candidates mainly by text.

Questions
What makes AI recruiting software enterprise-ready?
Three things: it connects to the HR systems you already run, it passes your security and legal review, and it gives admins control over what the AI can do on its own. Scale, regional support and a vendor's track record with companies your size matter too.
Should an enterprise buy one AI suite or several point tools?
It depends on how settled your stack is. A suite like Phenom or Eightfold means one contract and one data model. Point tools that sit on your current ATS can be faster to roll out and easier to swap, but you manage more vendors.
How do enterprise AI recruiting vendors price?
Most quote on request. GoodTime prices by annual candidate volume rather than seats, hireEZ prices enterprise deals against the tools it replaces, and Sense publishes starting prices. Ask every vendor for a three-year total cost at your real hiring volume.
Which documents should procurement ask AI recruiting vendors for?
Ask for current security reports, the latest independent bias audit and which features it covers, a data processing agreement, a list of subprocessors, and a written description of what the AI can do without a person approving it.
