Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this guide, and we're one of the six SeekOut alternatives in it. Everything we say about the other tools is limited to what they publish themselves, linked in the Sources list.
SeekOut built its name on search: 1B+ profiles, ATS rediscovery, diversity filters and AI-drafted email campaigns, now packaged as an agentic recruiting platform. People shopping for SeekOut alternatives and competitors usually have one of three reasons. Some want self-serve search at a seat price below a custom enterprise quote. Some want outreach beyond email. And some want an agent that keeps going after the search, screening applicants, interviewing them and booking the next round. If you mainly need deep enterprise search with recruiters approving each step, SeekOut is still a strong choice.
SeekOut alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
NTRVSTA takes a different shape from SeekOut. Instead of a search workspace for recruiters, it gives you Carolina, an AI Head of Talent that works an open role from start to booked panel. Carolina sources candidates, contacts them by email, SMS and WhatsApp, scores and ranks every resume with a reason, runs live AI interviews (video avatar or audio) that adapt to each answer, and schedules through your calendar. You choose suggest, ask first or auto for each action, and offers and pay changes always wait for a person. It connects to your ATS, such as Greenhouse, instead of replacing it.
What it won't replace: SeekOut's published database and deep search filters. We don't publish a profile count, and we're newer and smaller with no case studies out yet. Our NYC LL144 audit covers the AI interviews and is on our compliance page. For a feature-by-feature look, see SeekOut vs NTRVSTA.
Best for: teams that want sourcing, screening, interviews and scheduling handled by one agent at a published price.
2. hireEZ
hireEZ is the closest like-for-like swap. It says EZ Agent sources from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, then reads and ranks every application, runs email, SMS and InMail sequences, screens candidates by voice or chat with your questions, and books interviews through an AI Scheduler. That covers the screening and scheduling SeekOut doesn't publish. hireEZ lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001, and its Solo plan starts at $494 a month with a 7-day trial.
Best for: enterprise and staffing teams that want SeekOut-scale sourcing with screening and scheduling attached.
3. Juicebox
Juicebox, also known as PeopleGPT, lets recruiters describe a role in plain language and returns a ranked pool from 800M+ profiles across 30+ data sources, with AI-personalized outreach. Juicebox Agents can keep sourcing in the background and auto-email or auto-shortlist. It has a free plan, Starter seats from $99 to $119 a month, and ATS sync on its Business plan. It doesn't interview or schedule.
Best for: startups and in-house recruiters who want quick self-serve search without an annual enterprise contract.
4. Pin
Pin starts from a job title or description, builds criteria, and matches candidates from 850M+ profiles with an explained fit score you approve. It then sends multi-step sequences from your own Gmail or Outlook, answers candidate replies from a knowledge base, and books interviews on your calendar. Pin says each step can run hands-on, as co-pilot or on full autopilot. Its free plan covers one job, and Solo is $100 per user a month on annual billing. One status note: Pin's LinkedIn page was removed in September 2026, and Pin's CEO says the product is fully operational, doesn't depend on LinkedIn, and that Pin is working with LinkedIn to resolve the concerns.
Best for: agencies, founders and small teams that want sourcing, follow-up and booking with little setup.
5. Findem
Findem is the pick if you liked SeekOut's market intelligence more than its search. It builds expert-labeled people data and relationship intelligence for market maps, warm intros and succession planning, and adds Findem Studio agents for application boost, calibration, screening, assessment, ID verification and scheduling. Findem announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI on March 19, 2026; we found no closing announcement as of November 1, 2026. Prices aren't published, though you can try a Studio agent free.
Best for: TA, executive search and investor talent teams that want people data and agents in one suite.
6. Alfa AI
Alfa, based in London, says it runs a role end to end: it writes the brief with you, publishes job ads, sources from 800M+ profiles, reaches out automatically, and screens candidates in an audio or video interview with Lisa, its AI avatar. It returns an evidence-backed fit score and syncs candidates into your ATS, with 75+ systems listed. Alfa shows SOC 2 and ISO 27001 badges. Pricing is demo-only.
Best for: UK and European recruiting teams that want sourcing and AI interviews from the same vendor.
