Juicebox alternatives: 6 competitors for sourcing, outreach and what comes after

Most Juicebox competitors are sourcing tools too. A few go further down the funnel. Here is how they differ, and when Juicebox is still the right call.

Full disclosure: we built NTRVSTA, and it's the first of the six Juicebox alternatives below. Facts about every other product come from that company's own website, and the links are under Sources.

Juicebox is a strong sourcing tool. It says it searches 800M profiles from 30+ data sources in plain English and sends AI-written email sequences, with background agents on top. So why look at Juicebox alternatives and competitors? Usually for one of four reasons. You want outreach beyond email (SMS, WhatsApp or LinkedIn). You want ATS sync without moving to a custom Business contract. You need screening, interviews and scheduling after the search, not just the search. Or you run an agency and want sourcing inside a CRM. If you were a Fetcher customer, note that Juicebox announced an agreement to acquire Fetcher's assets on October 6, 2026, so Juicebox may already be your default path. If search is the whole job and Juicebox does it well for you, stay.

1. NTRVSTA (us)

We're not a like-for-like swap for Juicebox, and it's worth saying so up front. Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, does source candidates and runs outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, but we don't publish a profile database or deep search filters. What we add is everything after the reply. Carolina scores and ranks every resume against the job with reasons, runs live AI interviews (video avatar or audio) that adapt to each answer, schedules panels through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly, and posts a morning digest in Slack or Teams. You set each action to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers and comp changes always wait for a person.

It works inside the stack you keep, from Greenhouse to LinkedIn Recruiter, and our AI interviews have a published NYC Local Law 144 audit on the compliance page. Read Juicebox vs NTRVSTA for the detailed comparison.

Best for: teams that already have enough candidates and lose time between "interested" and "interviewed."

2. Pin

Pin is the most direct Juicebox competitor. Pin says you give it a job title and it builds criteria, matches people from 850M+ profiles with an explained fit score, then sends multi-step sequences from your own Gmail or Outlook. It reads replies, answers common questions from a knowledge base, asks you on Slack when it's unsure, and books interviews on your calendar. Each step can run hands-on, as co-pilot or on full autopilot. Pin lists SMS and LinkedIn alongside email. ATS sync is an add-on below Enterprise. Pin's LinkedIn page was removed in September 2026; Pin's CEO says the product is fully operational and doesn't depend on LinkedIn.

Best for: agencies, founders and small in-house teams that want search through booked call at a published price.

3. SeekOut

SeekOut calls itself an agentic AI recruiting platform. It says it searches 1B+ profiles plus your own ATS, so past applicants show up next to new names, and its agents build rubrics and draft personalized email campaigns that recruiters approve. An Applicant Evaluation and AI Screening add-on scores inbound applicants, flags fraud signals and, per its homepage, runs video screening interviews. Sourcing Core is $149 a month billed annually with three seats, and there's a 14-day free trial.

Best for: TA teams that want external search and ATS rediscovery in one index.

4. hireEZ

hireEZ has moved from sourcing to an agent layer called EZ Agent. It says agents source from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, read and rank every application, run conversational AI screens by voice or chat, send email, SMS and InMail sequences, and book interviews through an AI Scheduler. hireEZ's line is that nothing moves forward without your approval. Solo starts at $494 a month with a 7-day trial; enterprise pricing isn't published.

Best for: enterprise and staffing teams that want sourcing and first screens from one vendor on top of their ATS.

5. Findem

Findem is broader than a search tool. It says it builds labeled people data and relationship intelligence, then runs agents for sourcing, calibration, screening, scheduling and ID checks, plus autonomous AI video interviews. Findem announced a deal to acquire Glider AI in March 2026 and said it expected to close in the coming weeks. We found no closing announcement as of November 1, 2026. Pricing isn't published, though Findem Studio offers a free agent to try.

Best for: talent teams that want market maps, warm intros and succession data, not only a candidate list.

6. Leonar

Leonar suits agencies that use Juicebox for search but juggle a separate CRM. Leonar says it is an all-in-one ATS and CRM with AI and Boolean search across 30+ sources (870M+ profiles), contact finding, and sequences over email, LinkedIn tasks, SMS and WhatsApp in one inbox. A Sourcing Agent delivers scored shortlists every day. Professional is $149 per user a month, with a 14-day free trial.

Best for: search firms and staffing agencies, especially in Europe, that want sourcing and client deals in one workspace.

  • You want a free plan to start and per-seat pricing as you add recruiters.
  • Your outreach is email-first and your team runs its own screens.
  • You're moving off Fetcher and want the migration help Juicebox is offering through November 19.

Questions

What is the closest alternative to Juicebox?

Pin is the closest match. Both are search-first tools with large profile indexes, AI-written sequences and a free plan. Pin adds SMS and LinkedIn steps and books interviews on your calendar, which Juicebox does not publish.

Which Juicebox competitors also interview candidates?

NTRVSTA runs live, adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio. hireEZ runs AI phone or chat screens with your questions. SeekOut says its AI Screening add-on runs video screening interviews, and Findem sells AI video interviews. Pin and Leonar don't interview.

Is Fetcher still an option?

Not for long. On October 6, 2026, Juicebox said it had reached an agreement to acquire Fetcher's assets, and Fetcher is retiring its platform over the coming weeks. Juicebox's post does not say the deal has closed. Former Fetcher users comparing tools can use this list.

Which alternatives publish pricing?

Pin (free, then $100 to $179 per user a month), SeekOut (Sourcing Core from $149 a month billed annually), hireEZ (Solo from $494 a month) and Leonar ($149 per user a month) all list prices. So do we: NTRVSTA's Starter plan is free and Team is $490 a month billed annually. Findem does not publish prices.
