Best AI sourcing tools in 2026

Eight AI candidate sourcing tools ranked on search depth, outreach and price. The database-first tools come first, and we say why.

Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this guide to AI sourcing tools, and our own product, Carolina, is one of the eight picks. Because this is a pure sourcing list, we ranked the tools with the biggest published search databases above ourselves. Facts about other products come from their own sites, linked at the end.

TL;DR

The best AI sourcing tools find people keyword search misses, get you working contact details, and push the good ones into your ATS. For AI candidate sourcing at scale, SeekOut and hireEZ lead on search depth. Juicebox and Pin are the fastest to start on a small budget.

  • Best for enterprise search depth plus ATS rediscovery: SeekOut
  • Best for sourcing, screening and scheduling as one agent layer: hireEZ
  • Best for natural-language search on a small budget: Juicebox
  • Best for hands-off outreach that books calls: Pin
  • Best for when you want sourcing to flow straight into scoring, interviews and scheduling inside your ATS: NTRVSTA (us)

What actually matters when choosing AI sourcing tools

Start with coverage, then test it. A profile count shows how wide the net is, not how many people are reachable or current. Run three real roles (one easy, one niche, one in an odd location) in every trial and count the profiles you would actually message, with a working email or phone. Contact data is usually metered as credits, so the credit allowance often shapes your cost more than the seat price does.

Next, look past the search. Some tools stop at a shortlist; others send sequences, read replies and book time on your calendar. Check the channels, whether messages go from your own inbox, and where a person approves each step. Our guide on how to automate candidate sourcing walks through a safe rollout, and the Boolean search entry explains what natural-language search is replacing.

Finally, check ATS fit. The best results often come from people already in your ATS, so talent rediscovery is worth asking about. Confirm which plan writes sourced candidates back to your ATS.

1. SeekOut

SeekOut calls itself the agentic AI recruiting platform. It says it searches 1B+ profiles together with your own ATS, and its agents build a rubric for the role, find candidates, and draft and send personalized multi-touch email campaigns. An Applicant Evaluation and AI Screening add-on scores inbound applicants, flags fraud signals and, per the homepage, runs video screening interviews. Recruiters approve or adjust at each critical step, according to SeekOut. It says its latest third-party bias audit was in September 2025.

Sourcing Core is $149/mo billed annually ($179 monthly) with 3 seats and 500 contact credits a month, and it comes with a 14-day trial. Bigger tiers are custom. See NTRVSTA vs SeekOut for a side-by-side.

Best for: enterprise and mid-market TA teams that want a very large search index joined to their ATS, with a recruiter approving each step.

2. hireEZ

hireEZ now leads with EZ Agent, which it describes as enterprise hiring run by agents on top of your existing ATS. hireEZ says the agents source from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, read and rank every application, run conversational screens by voice or chat, send email, SMS and InMail sequences and book interviews through an AI Scheduler. Its line on control is that nothing moves forward without your approval.

The Solo recruiter plan starts at $494/mo with a 7-day free trial. Enterprise pricing isn't published, and hireEZ runs a four-week verification before signing.

Best for: enterprise and staffing teams that want sourcing, applicant ranking, screens and scheduling handled by one agent layer.

3. Juicebox

Juicebox (also known for PeopleGPT) lets recruiters describe a role in plain English and returns a ranked pool from 800M+ profiles across 30+ data sources, with AI-personalized outreach. Juicebox Agents, a $199/agent/mo add-on, keep sourcing in the background and can auto-email or auto-shortlist. It doesn't run interviews.

There's a free plan with limited searches. Starter is $99 to $119 per seat a month and Growth is $179 to $199, with ATS sync on the custom Business plan.

Best for: startups and small recruiting teams that want fast natural-language search and outreach without a long sales cycle.

4. Pin

Pin says you hand it a job title and it researches the company, builds criteria and matches candidates from 850M+ profiles, each with a fit score you approve. It then sends multi-step sequences from your own Gmail or Outlook, answers replies from a knowledge base and books interviews on your calendar. You pick, step by step, between hands-on, co-pilot and full autopilot. One status note: Pin's company page and its CEO's profile were removed from LinkedIn in September 2026, and Pin's CEO said on September 16 that the product is fully working and doesn't depend on LinkedIn.

Pin has a free plan, Solo at $100/user/mo (annual) and Professional at $135/user/mo annual or $179 monthly.

Best for: agencies, founders and lean teams that want an inexpensive sourcer that ends in booked calls.

5. Findem

Findem builds what it calls expert-labeled people data and relationship intelligence, then sells Findem Studio agents and apps for sourcing, screening and planning. Its named agents include screening, ID checks and scheduling, and it sells AI video interviews. Findem announced a deal to buy Glider AI on March 19, 2026. We found no closing announcement as of November 1.

Pricing isn't published, though Findem Studio invites you to try an agent for free.

Best for: TA, executive search and investor talent teams that want market maps and warm paths into candidates as well as search.

6. Metaview

Metaview started as an interview notetaker and now sells modular agents for sourcing, application review, voice screening, notes and outreach. Its sourcing pricing is the most granular here. The first 100 sourced profiles are free, Pro is $100/user/mo for 200 profiles a month, and Max is $300/user/mo for unlimited profiles. Its screening agent launched in September 2026 with the first 25 screens free.

Best for: teams that want sourcing priced by the profile, with notetaking and AI screening from the same vendor.

7. Alfa

Alfa, from London, says it runs a role end to end. It sources from 800M+ profiles plus job-board inbound, reaches out automatically, interviews candidates by audio or video with an AI avatar called Lisa, and syncs scored candidates into your ATS. Pricing is demo only.

Best for: UK and European agency teams that want sourcing and a first interview from one vendor.

8. NTRVSTA (us)

NTRVSTA's agent, Carolina, sources candidates for an open role and runs outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp. What sets it apart on this list is what happens next: Carolina scores and ranks every resume against the job and explains the ranking, runs live adaptive AI interviews (video avatar or audio), and schedules with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly. It works inside the ATS you already have, for example Greenhouse or Workday, and alongside sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem. Every action has its own setting (suggest, ask first or auto), and an offer never goes out without a person.

Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we don't publish a proprietary profile database or deep search filters, so if raw search reach is the job, the tools above win. We're a younger company, too, and haven't published case studies. Pricing is on our pricing page: Starter is $0 for one role, Team is $490/mo billed annually, and Scale is $1,490/mo billed annually.

Best for: teams that want sourced candidates to move into scoring, interviews and scheduling without leaving their ATS.

Our pick

  • Large TA team, hard-to-find profiles, strict approvals: SeekOut.
  • You want sourcing, screening and scheduling bought as one enterprise agent: hireEZ.
  • Small budget, need results this week: Juicebox, or Pin if you want it to book the calls too.
  • Executive or investor-network search: Findem.
  • You already have a sourcing tool and the bottleneck is everything after the reply: NTRVSTA, working beside it. Our list of AI recruiting agents compares that end-to-end angle.

Questions

What does an AI sourcing tool actually do?

It turns a job description or a plain-English request into a ranked list of people who match, then finds their contact details and helps you reach out. Most tools search a large profile index plus your own ATS. Some go further and send sequences, answer replies and book calls.

Is a bigger profile database always better?

Not always. Size matters for rare skills and niche locations, but freshness, contact accuracy and filters matter just as much. Run the same three searches in each tool during a trial and count how many results you would actually contact.

Can AI candidate sourcing run on autopilot?

Several tools offer it. Pin has a full autopilot mode and Juicebox sells agents that can auto-email. Most teams start with approval on every message and loosen control once they trust the shortlists and the tone of the outreach.

Do I still need an ATS if I buy an AI sourcing tool?

Yes. Every tool on this list sits beside or on top of an ATS rather than replacing it. Check that the tool writes sourced candidates back into your ATS, and on which plan, before you sign.

What do AI sourcing tools cost?

Entry prices here run from free plans (Juicebox, Pin, Metaview) to about $149 a month for SeekOut's Sourcing Core and from $494 a month for hireEZ's solo plan. Enterprise tiers are usually custom, and contact credits often decide the real cost.
