Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this guide to Findem alternatives, and we're the first tool on the list. Facts about the other products come from their own websites and announcements, linked under Sources.
Findem is a strong product for teams that think in talent data: market maps, warm intros and succession plans, with sourcing, screening and scheduling agents on top of the ATS. Teams look for Findem alternatives and competitors for a few structural reasons. Findem doesn't publish plan prices. Its outreach channels aren't listed on the pages we checked. Its interview roadmap is in motion, because Findem announced a deal to acquire Glider AI in March 2026 that we haven't seen close. And some teams just want a lighter, self-serve sourcing tool. If market intelligence is your main use, staying is reasonable.
Findem alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
NTRVSTA is agentic AI for sourcing, recruiting and hiring. Our agent, Carolina, works inside the ATS, HRIS, payroll and calendar you already have. For each open role she sources candidates, sends outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, and ranks every resume with an explanation. Then she runs live, adaptive AI interviews as a video avatar or by audio, for technical and non-technical roles, and books interviews and panels. You set each action to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers and compensation changes always wait for a person. Our NYC Local Law 144 audit covers the AI interviews and is on our compliance page.
What we don't replace: Findem's people data. We don't publish a profile database, market maps or relationship intelligence, and we're newer, with no published case studies yet. For the full head-to-head, read Findem vs NTRVSTA.
Best for: teams that want hiring work done on open roles more than they want talent analytics.
2. SeekOut
SeekOut is the most direct swap if you use Findem mainly for search. It calls itself an agentic AI recruiting platform and searches 1B+ profiles plus your own ATS. Its agents build rubrics, find candidates and draft and send multi-touch email campaigns, and SeekOut says recruiters approve or adjust at every critical step. An Applicant Evaluation and AI Screening add-on scores inbound applicants and, per SeekOut, runs video screening interviews. SeekOut publishes a starting price, Sourcing Core at $149/mo billed annually, with a 14-day free trial.
Best for: TA teams that want a large external search index with ATS rediscovery and a price they can see.
3. hireEZ
hireEZ (formerly Hiretual) now leads with EZ Agent, which it describes as enterprise hiring run by agents on top of your ATS. hireEZ says the agents source from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, read and rank every application, run AI screens by voice or chat, send email, SMS and InMail sequences, and book interviews with an AI Scheduler. It states that nothing moves forward without your approval. Its Solo plan starts at $494/mo with a 7-day trial; Enterprise is quoted after a four-week verification.
Best for: enterprise and staffing teams that want Findem-style sourcing plus phone screening and scheduling in one agent.
4. Pin
Pin is a lighter, self-serve option. You give it a job title or description, and Pin says it researches the company, builds criteria and matches candidates from 850M+ profiles, each with an explained fit score. It then sends sequences from your own Gmail or Outlook, answers replies from a knowledge base, and books interviews on your calendar. Each step can run hands-on, as co-pilot or on full autopilot. Pin has a free plan, and paid seats start at $100/user/mo billed annually. Pin's LinkedIn page was removed in September 2026; Pin says the product is fully operational and doesn't depend on LinkedIn.
Best for: agencies and lean teams that want an affordable AI sourcer that books calls.
5. Juicebox
Juicebox (also called PeopleGPT) lets recruiters describe a role in plain language and returns a ranked pool from 800M+ profiles across 30+ data sources, with AI-personalized outreach. Juicebox Agents keep sourcing in the background and can auto-email or auto-shortlist, for $199 per agent per month on top of a seat. There is a free plan, Starter runs $99 to $119 per seat per month, and ATS sync sits on the Business plan. It doesn't interview candidates.
Best for: startup recruiters who want fast natural-language search without a long contract.
6. Eightfold AI
If you value Findem as a talent-intelligence platform with screening built in, Eightfold is the enterprise peer. Eightfold says its AI Interviewer runs adaptive interviews by video, audio or text, covering screening, STAR questions, coding, soft skills and language checks, and evaluates the content of answers only. It reports an NYC LL144 bias audit with published results, plus SOC 2 Type II, ISO 42001 and FedRAMP Moderate. Pricing isn't published. Eightfold faces a pending FCRA class action over candidate Match Scores, not its interviewer.
Best for: large enterprises and public-sector buyers that need deep certifications.
When to stay with Findem
Stay if relationship intelligence is the reason you bought it. Mapping warm paths into a target company, building market maps for a new location, or tracking talent across a VC or PE portfolio are things none of the sourcing tools above do in the same way, and NTRVSTA doesn't do them at all. Stay, too, if you want live coding interviews, ID verification and AI proctoring from the vendor that also runs your sourcing. If the Glider AI deal closes and you already use Glider, a single contract may also simplify things.

Questions
What is the closest alternative to Findem?
For people-data sourcing with agents on top of your ATS, SeekOut and hireEZ are the closest. Both publish large profile databases and AI screening. If you care more about running open roles end to end, including live AI interviews and SMS or WhatsApp outreach, NTRVSTA is the closer match.
Which Findem competitors publish pricing?
NTRVSTA, SeekOut, hireEZ, Pin and Juicebox all publish at least one price. NTRVSTA, Pin and Juicebox have free plans. SeekOut offers a 14-day trial of Sourcing Core and hireEZ a 7-day trial of its Solo plan. Findem and Eightfold do not publish plan prices.
Will the Glider AI deal change Findem's interviews?
Findem announced a definitive agreement to buy Glider AI on March 19, 2026, and said Glider would keep its brand. We found no closing announcement by November 1, 2026. If interviews and assessments are a big part of why you use Findem, ask how the two products will fit together.
Do I need a sourcing database and an AI interviewer?
Not always. Teams with plenty of inbound applicants often get more from resume ranking and a structured first interview than from more sourcing. Teams hiring scarce profiles need search reach first. Map where your funnel actually leaks before you buy either.
