Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this Findem vs NTRVSTA comparison, and we sell one of the two products. Everything we say about Findem comes from Findem's own site and its announcements, listed under Sources at the end.
Both sit on top of your ATS and both use AI agents, but they start from different places. Findem starts from people data and the market. NTRVSTA starts from the open role, where Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, does the work until a person makes the call.
The short answer
Choose Findem if your team lives in market maps, warm introductions, executive search or succession planning, and you want sourcing and screening agents built on that data. Choose NTRVSTA if you want one agent to run the day-to-day work on open roles, including outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp and live AI interviews, inside the ATS and calendar you already use. NTRVSTA publishes its prices and has a free plan. Findem doesn't publish pricing.
Side by side: Findem vs NTRVSTA
How NTRVSTA works
You open a role and Carolina gets to work. She sources candidates for it, writes and sends outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, and scores every resume that comes in against the job, with a short explanation of why each person ranks where they do. Shortlisted candidates take a live AI interview whenever they like, day or night. The interviewer is a video avatar or an audio voice, and it changes its next question based on the last answer. You get a score breakdown, video snippets and a report you can share with the hiring manager.
Carolina then books interviews and panels on your calendar. Anyone on the team can ask her about the pipeline in plain English, and she posts a morning digest in Slack or Microsoft Teams. You decide how far she goes: each action can be set to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers or compensation changes always wait for a person. NTRVSTA connects to your ATS, HRIS, payroll and calendar (for example Workday and Greenhouse), and setup takes a few days depending on how much you customize.
How Findem works
Findem says it builds expert-labeled people data and relationship intelligence, then sells two layers on top. Findem Studio offers agents that return finished work, and named agents cover Application Boost, Calibration, Screening, Assessment, ID Verify, Scheduling and Veteran Sourcing. Applications cover sourcing, screening, talent development and planning, including market maps and warm intros.
Its AI interview software runs autonomous, structured AI video interviews around the clock, alongside one-way video, live coding and an assist mode for recruiter-led sessions. Findem adds ID verification and AI proctoring reports. Its Screening Agent, which runs structured phone screens and follows up when answers lack detail, was in early access with a waitlist when we checked.
Findem is also buying. It acquired Getro in December 2025, and on March 19, 2026 it announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI, the interview and skills-assessment company. Findem said the deal was expected to close in the coming weeks. We found no closing announcement as of November 1, 2026.
When Findem is the better choice
- Your work depends on people data: market mapping, relationship paths into a target company, or succession plans.
- You run executive search or a VC/PE talent function and need to map talent across portfolio companies.
- You want live coding interviews and ID verification from the same vendor that does your sourcing.
- You want a deep, searchable profile database. We don't publish one, and Findem's whole platform is built on its data.
Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit, in plain terms: we are newer and smaller than Findem, with no published customer case studies yet. NTRVSTA isn't an ATS, a system of record or a skills-intelligence suite. For SMS-first hourly hiring at very high volume, Paradox, Fountain or Workstream fit better.
Pricing compared
Findem doesn't publish plan prices. Findem Studio lets you try an agent for free, and the broader platform needs a quote.
NTRVSTA's plans are on our pricing section:
- Starter: $0 for a single open role with 10 AI interviews included and no card needed.
- Team: $490/mo billed annually, or $590 month to month. 60 AI interviews a month, then $12 each, for up to 10 seats.
- Scale: $1,490/mo on an annual plan ($1,790 if paid monthly), covering 250 AI interviews a month and $9 per extra interview.
- Enterprise and agencies: priced per hire or per seat.
The math: on Team billed annually, 60 interviews cost about $8.17 per interview. On Scale billed annually, 250 interviews work out to about $5.96 per interview. Each AI interview is one live session of up to 60 minutes, and annual billing saves about 17%.
Who should pick which
- If you need a market map of a talent pool before you open a role, pick Findem.
- If you need outreach to go out by SMS or WhatsApp, not just email, pick NTRVSTA.
- If you hire executives or place talent across a portfolio, pick Findem.
- If finance wants a published price before a demo, pick NTRVSTA.
- If you want every agent action set to suggest, ask first or auto, with offers held for a person, pick NTRVSTA.
- If live coding rounds and ID checks matter more than adaptive interviews for non-technical roles, pick Findem.

Questions
Did Findem buy Glider AI?
Findem announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI on March 19, 2026, without disclosing terms, and said it expected the deal to close in the coming weeks. When we checked on November 1, 2026, we had not found a closing announcement from Findem. Glider is set to keep its brand.
Does Findem publish its pricing?
No. Findem does not list plan prices on the pages we checked. Findem Studio invites you to try an agent for free, and the rest of the platform is sold through a demo. NTRVSTA lists every plan on its pricing section, starting with a $0 Starter plan.
Can NTRVSTA replace Findem's people data?
No. Findem is built on its own people data and relationship intelligence, and it uses that for market maps, warm intros and succession work. NTRVSTA sources candidates for open roles but does not publish a profile database. If talent intelligence is the main job, Findem is the better fit.
Do both tools work with Workday and Greenhouse?
Yes. Findem lists Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, Jobvite, Thrive and Bullhorn among its integrations. NTRVSTA connects to 70 systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, plus a REST API and SFTP. Both are meant to sit on top of the ATS you already run.
Want to watch Carolina work a real role? Book a 20-minute demo, or take a sample AI interview first. The scope of our interview bias audit is on the compliance page.
We checked pricing and features for both products in November 2026. Vendors change both often, so confirm with each one before you buy.
