Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this guide to AI sourcing tools for Greenhouse, and our agent, Carolina, is one of the eight picks. Every tool here names Greenhouse as an integration on its own site or in our research file for it, and every fact about another product comes from that company's published pages, linked at the end.
TL;DR
The best AI sourcing tools for Greenhouse split into two camps. Database-first tools (SeekOut, hireEZ, Juicebox, Pin) give recruiters huge searchable profile pools and send outreach. Agent platforms (NTRVSTA, Findem, Metaview, Alfa AI) also screen or interview the people who reply.
- Best for sourcing, outreach, live AI interviews and scheduling in one agent alongside Greenhouse: NTRVSTA (us)
- Best for the largest published search index plus Greenhouse rediscovery: SeekOut
- Best for enterprise sourcing, screening and scheduling agents with approval gates: hireEZ
- Best for natural-language search on a recruiter budget: Juicebox
- Best for lean teams that want outreach running all the way to a booked call: Pin
The picks at a glance
What actually matters when choosing AI sourcing tools for Greenhouse
Start with what you are short of. If the problem is too few qualified people, you need search depth, and the database-first tools publish the biggest pools. If the problem is that recruiters find people but never get through the follow-ups, screens and scheduling, an agent that keeps working after the first reply will save more hours than a bigger index.
Then look hard at the Greenhouse connection. Ask which plan includes it, how a sourced person shows up in Greenhouse (and how duplicates are avoided), and whether the tool searches your past applicants before it looks outside. A silver-medalist from last quarter is cheaper than cold outreach. Our guide to adding AI to your ATS lists more questions for the security and admin review.
Last, decide how much the tool may do on its own. Outreach that sends itself speaks for your brand, so look for per-step approvals and read our piece on AI recruiting guardrails.
1. NTRVSTA (us)
We list NTRVSTA first because we wrote this guide, and because our angle is different from a search tool's. Carolina, our AI agent, sources candidates for an open role and runs outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp. It then scores and ranks every resume against the job and explains each ranking, runs live, adaptive AI interviews (video avatar or audio, technical or non-technical, around the clock) and schedules panels on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly. Greenhouse stays your system of record; our NTRVSTA + Greenhouse page explains what the connection is for.
You set each action to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers or compensation changes always wait for a person. Pricing is on our site: Starter is $0 for one open role with 10 AI interviews, Team is $490/mo billed annually ($590 monthly) and Scale is $1,490/mo billed annually. Our NYC Local Law 144 bias audit by Asenion covers the AI interviews only, and it is on our compliance page.
Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we don't publish a proprietary profile database, while SeekOut, hireEZ, Juicebox and Pin publish large ones with deep filters. If raw search depth is your bottleneck, start there. We're also newer and smaller than the incumbents, with no published customer case studies yet, and we are not an ATS.
Best for: Greenhouse teams that want one agent to carry a role from first outreach to a booked panel, with approvals they control.

2. SeekOut
SeekOut calls itself an agentic AI recruiting platform. It says it searches 1B+ profiles plus your ATS, with agents that build rubrics, find candidates, and draft and send personalized multi-touch email campaigns, and that recruiters approve or adjust at every critical step. Greenhouse is on SeekOut's integration list. An Applicant Evaluation and AI Screening add-on scores inbound applicants and, per SeekOut, runs video screening interviews.
Sourcing Core is $149/mo billed annually (or $179 monthly) with three seats and a 14-day free trial. ATS rediscovery and unified search come on the custom Sourcing + Integration plan. Compare the two directly in NTRVSTA vs SeekOut.
Best for: mid-market and enterprise teams whose first need is a very large external search index tied to their Greenhouse history.
3. hireEZ
hireEZ says its EZ Agent runs enterprise hiring with agents on top of your existing ATS, and Greenhouse is one of the systems it names. Its agents source from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, rank applications, run conversational screens by voice or chat, send email, SMS and InMail sequences, and book interviews through an AI Scheduler. hireEZ says nothing moves forward without your approval.
A single recruiter can start on Solo from $494/mo after a 7-day trial; enterprise contracts are quoted.
Best for: large TA and staffing teams that want sourcing, screening and scheduling agents from one established vendor.
4. Juicebox
Juicebox, the product behind PeopleGPT, is search first. Type the person you want in everyday words and it ranks matches from 800M+ profiles drawn from 30+ sources, then drafts personalized emails. Paid Agents keep hunting between your sessions and can send or shortlist on their own. Greenhouse appears on its ATS list, with sync reserved for the custom Business tier. Screening and interviews happen elsewhere.
There's a free plan, Starter runs $99 to $119 per seat a month, Growth $179 to $199, and the Agents add-on is $199 per agent a month.
Best for: recruiters and startups who want fast, affordable search and outreach at the top of the funnel.
5. Pin
Pin says it takes a job title, builds criteria and matches from 850M+ profiles with an explained fit score. It sends multi-step sequences from your own inbox, answers replies from a knowledge base, and books the call on your calendar. Each step can run hands-on, as co-pilot or on full autopilot. Greenhouse is among the ATS integrations Pin lists; the connection is an add-on on Solo and Professional and included on Enterprise.
Pin has a free plan, Solo at $100 per user a month (annual only) and Professional at $135 annually. It has no AI interviewer.
Best for: agencies and small in-house teams that want outreach to run from a job title to a booked conversation.
6. Findem
Findem sells people data plus agents for sourcing, screening, scheduling and ID checks, and autonomous AI video interviews. Greenhouse is on its integrations page. In March 2026 Findem announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI; we found no closing announcement as of November 1, 2026. Pricing isn't published, though Findem Studio offers a free agent trial.
Best for: TA and executive-search teams that want market maps and warm-path intelligence along with sourcing agents.
7. Metaview
Metaview started as an interview notetaker and now sells modular agents for sourcing, application review, outreach and screening. Greenhouse is one of the integrations it names. Its voice Screening agent, launched in September 2026, holds a two-way conversation that Metaview says adapts to each answer. Sourcing is priced per user: free for the first 100 profiles, $100 for 200 profiles a month, $300 for unlimited.
Best for: Greenhouse teams that already rely on Metaview notes and want sourcing from the same vendor.
8. Alfa AI
Alfa, a London startup, says it runs a role end to end: it writes the brief, publishes ads, sources from 800M+ profiles, reaches out, then screens through an audio or video interview with its AI avatar, Lisa, before syncing candidates into your ATS. Greenhouse is on Alfa's ATS page among 75+ systems. Pricing is demo-only.
Best for: UK and European teams, and agencies, that want sourcing and an AI interview from one vendor.

Questions
Does Greenhouse need a separate AI sourcing tool?
Not always. If most of your hires come from inbound applicants and referrals, better resume scoring may matter more than outbound search. A sourcing tool earns its cost when roles regularly need people who are not applying, such as senior engineers or niche specialists.
Which plan do I need for the Greenhouse connection?
It varies by vendor, so ask before you compare prices. Juicebox puts ATS sync on its custom Business plan, Pin sells ATS integration as an add-on below Enterprise, and SeekOut ties ATS rediscovery to its custom Sourcing + Integration plan. Starter list prices often exclude the connection.
Can an AI sourcing tool send outreach without a recruiter approving it?
Several can. Pin lets each step run hands-on, co-pilot or full autopilot, Juicebox Agents can auto-email, and NTRVSTA lets you set each action to suggest, ask first or auto. Start with approvals on, then loosen them for roles where the messages are working.
Will sourced candidates create duplicates in Greenhouse?
They can if two tools write to the same job. Pick one tool as the owner of outbound for each role, run a short pilot, and check how records appear in Greenhouse before you connect a second sourcing product.
