We wrote this, so here is the disclosure up front: NTRVSTA is one of seven AI sourcing tools for Lever on this list. A tool made the cut only if Lever appears in its published integrations, and everything we say about other vendors is attributed to them, with source links at the bottom.
TL;DR
Lever is well supported. Pin, SeekOut, Juicebox, Findem, Metaview and Alfa AI all name it, and so does NTRVSTA. The database-first sourcers win on raw search. The agent-style tools win when the slow part is everything after the first reply: screening, interviewing and getting time on calendars.
- Best for an agent that sources, interviews and schedules while Lever stays the system of record: NTRVSTA (us)
- Best for autopilot outbound with replies and calendar booking handled: Pin
- Best for very large search plus rediscovery of past applicants: SeekOut
- Best for low-cost natural-language search: Juicebox
- Best for teams that also want AI notes on human interviews: Metaview
The picks at a glance
What actually matters when choosing AI sourcing tools for Lever
Ask first who owns the relationship with a prospect. In many Lever setups, sourced people and applicants end up in the same pipeline, and nurture emails can come from more than one place. Settle where sequences live (Lever or the sourcing tool) before you buy, or candidates will hear from you twice.
Second, price the connection, not the tool. Lever support is common, but it is often gated: Pin sells it as an add-on on its lower tiers and Juicebox puts ATS sync on its custom Business plan. A $99 seat can turn into a custom quote once you need records flowing back into Lever.
Third, follow a reply to the end. A strong sourcer fills the top of the funnel; the hours disappear in screening calls and calendar back-and-forth. If that is your pain, weigh tools that screen or interview (NTRVSTA, Metaview, Findem, Alfa) more heavily. Our guide on how to automate candidate sourcing walks through the full loop.
1. NTRVSTA (us)
NTRVSTA sits first because we built it for exactly this hand-off problem. Carolina sources candidates for an open role, reaches them by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and scores every resume against the job with an explanation for each ranking. People who fit can take a live AI interview right away, technical or non-technical, as a video avatar or audio call that adapts to their answers. Carolina then books the panel on your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly calendar. Lever keeps the pipeline; see NTRVSTA + Lever for what the connection covers.
Guardrails are per action: suggest, ask first or auto. Offers and compensation changes always wait for a person. Hiring managers can ask Carolina about the pipeline in plain English, and a morning digest lands in Slack or Microsoft Teams. Setup takes a few days for most teams, depending on customization. Starter is $0 (one open role, 10 AI interviews, no card), Team is $490/mo billed annually and Scale is $1,490/mo billed annually; details are in our pricing.
Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: if you want the largest searchable profile pool with deep filters, SeekOut, Juicebox and Pin publish big databases and we don't publish one. We are newer and smaller than the incumbents, with no customer case studies yet. If you would rather have human recruiters do the search, a marketplace like Paraform or Dover fits better.
Best for: Lever teams that lose more time after the first reply than before it.
2. Pin
Pin describes a flow that starts with a job title or description and ends with a calendar invite. It researches the company, sets criteria, and matches candidates from 850M+ profiles with a fit score you approve. It then sends multi-step sequences from your Gmail or Outlook, answers replies using a knowledge base (pinging you in Slack on new questions) and offers times from your calendar. Each step can be hands-on, co-pilot or full autopilot. Lever is one of the ATS systems Pin names.
Plans: Free, Solo at $100 per user a month on annual billing, Professional at $135 annually or $179 monthly, and custom Enterprise, where the ATS integration is included. In September 2026 Pin's LinkedIn page was removed; Pin's CEO said the product is fully operational and does not depend on LinkedIn. More in NTRVSTA vs Pin.
Best for: recruiters who want outbound running on autopilot and are happy to run the interviews themselves.
3. SeekOut
SeekOut pitches itself as agentic AI recruiting that runs on your terms. Its agents search 1B+ profiles and your ATS together, build role rubrics, and draft and send multi-touch email campaigns, with recruiters approving or adjusting at critical steps. Lever is on its integrations list. SeekOut also sells an AI screening add-on that scores applicants and, per its homepage, runs video screening interviews, though the format isn't described.
Sourcing Core costs $149/mo billed annually for three seats, with a 14-day trial; ATS rediscovery sits on custom plans.
Best for: enterprise teams that need breadth of search and want past Lever applicants in the same results.
4. Juicebox
Juicebox turns a plain-English role description into a ranked candidate list drawn from 800M+ profiles and 30+ sources, then writes personalized sequences. Background agents ($199 per agent a month) keep searching and can auto-email or auto-shortlist. Lever is on Juicebox's ATS list; sync is on the Business plan. Starter seats run $99 to $119 a month, and there's a free tier. There's no interviewer.
Best for: recruiters who want strong search at a seat price, and will screen candidates elsewhere.
5. Metaview
Metaview names Lever among its ATS integrations. Known first for AI notes on human interviews, it now offers agents for sourcing, application review, outreach and a voice Screening agent that Metaview says adapts to the role and each answer. Sourcing plans are $0, $100 and $300 per user a month by profile volume, and the first 25 AI screens are free per its launch post.
Best for: Lever teams that want notes, sourcing and a voice screen under one vendor.
6. Findem
Findem lists Lever among its integrations. It combines expert-labeled people data and relationship intelligence with Studio agents for sourcing, screening and scheduling, and AI video interviews. Findem announced a deal to acquire Glider AI in March 2026; we found no closing announcement by November 1, 2026. Pricing isn't published.
Best for: teams that want talent intelligence and warm intros, not just a search box.
7. Alfa AI
Alfa lists Lever on its ATS page. The London company says it writes the brief and job ads, sources from 800M+ profiles, contacts candidates, and screens them in an audio or video interview with its avatar, Lisa, before returning scored candidates. Pricing isn't published.
Best for: UK and European teams and agencies that want one outsourced-feeling flow.

Questions
What is the difference between Lever sourcing and an AI sourcing tool?
Lever is where your pipeline, stages and hiring decisions live. An AI sourcing tool adds people who haven't applied, writes and sends outreach, and in some cases screens or interviews them before handing them back to Lever. Most teams use both.
How many AI sourcing tools should a Lever team run at once?
One per role is the safe default. Two tools sending sequences to the same people annoys candidates and muddies your reply-rate data. If you want to compare, split by role family for a month and keep everything else the same.
Is a bigger profile database always better?
No. Size helps for rare skills and wide geographies, but match quality, contact accuracy and what happens after a reply often matter more. A smaller pool you can screen and schedule quickly can beat a huge one that stalls after the first message.
Do AI sourcing tools need a bias audit?
It depends on how the tool is used and where you hire. NYC Local Law 144 covers automated employment decision tools used for jobs in New York City, so ask each vendor what it has audited. NTRVSTA's published Asenion audit covers its AI interviews only, not sourcing. This is not legal advice.
If you want to see a Lever role go from sourcing to a booked panel, book a demo and we'll walk through it, or try the AI interview as a candidate first. The audit details are on our compliance page.
We checked pricing, features and each vendor's published Lever support on November 1, 2026. These change often, so confirm with each vendor before you buy.
