Spark Hire vs myInterview (2026): Features, Pricing and Which to Pick

myInterview is no longer a standalone product. Here's what it became inside Radancy, and how that stacks up against Spark Hire's video and ATS plans.

NTRVSTA wrote this Spark Hire vs myInterview comparison. We make a competing product, so we only use facts from Spark Hire's and myInterview's own sites and public news, and we include a third option at the end.

If you're researching Spark Hire vs myInterview in 2026, one fact changes the whole comparison. Radancy announced the acquisition of myInterview on September 9, 2025, and myinterview.com now redirects to Radancy's site, where the product is sold as Radancy Screening and Scheduling. So the real question is Spark Hire, an independent SMB tool, against a screening module inside a larger enterprise talent acquisition suite.

The short answer

Pick Spark Hire if you are a small or mid-size employer that wants one-way video interviews or a full ATS at a published price, bought without an enterprise suite. Pick Radancy Screening and Scheduling (formerly myInterview) if you already use Radancy, or want conversational AI agents that screen, answer candidate questions and book interviews as part of one enterprise talent acquisition cloud. Former myInterview customers on a budget will find Spark Hire the closer like-for-like replacement.

Where Spark Hire is stronger

Spark Hire is still a product you can evaluate and buy on its own, with prices on its website. A hiring manager at a 40-person company can compare the video plan against a Recruit ATS plan, pick one, and start. That is hard to do with a module inside an enterprise suite that doesn't publish prices.

It also covers more of a small team's process in one place. Recruit plans combine applicant tracking, AI resume review (6,000 a year on Pro, 24,000 on Growth), AI-assisted search, AI-suggested screening questions, video interviews and, on Growth, a behavioral assessment and automated panel scheduling. Spark Hire's video AI summarizes answers, scores submissions and transcribes in 50+ languages, and the product connects to more than 100 providers, from Bullhorn to BambooHR.

Where myInterview (Radancy) is stronger

Under Radancy, the myInterview product has moved beyond recorded video. Radancy says conversational AI agents screen candidates, answer their questions with grounded responses and score them, while video becomes optional: candidates can answer by voice or text instead. Configurable screening templates cover both professional and high-volume roles, AI suggests qualifications and skills from the job description, and workflows can advance candidates automatically based on their answers.

Scheduling is the other gap. Radancy says an AI agent books and reschedules interviews across Outlook, Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams. And because it sits inside the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud, which lists talent attraction, candidate engagement, screening and full-funnel analytics, an enterprise can run more of its recruitment marketing and screening with one vendor. Radancy also says standardized scoring is designed to minimize bias.

Pricing compared

Spark Hire lists starting prices. Video Interviews start at $299 a month billed monthly (up to 5 jobs and 5 users) or $249 a month billed annually (unlimited jobs and users). The Behavioral Assessment has the same starting prices. Recruit Pro starts at $335 a month and Recruit Growth at $499 a month, both on annual contracts and both rising with headcount above 50 employees. Recruit Enterprise is custom. Our Spark Hire pricing guide has the details.

Radancy doesn't publish prices for Screening and Scheduling, and myInterview's old public plans are no longer online since the domain redirects. Expect enterprise quote-based pricing, and ask whether the module can be bought without the wider cloud. See our myInterview pricing guide for what we know and what to ask.

Who should pick which

  • If you were a small myInterview customer and want a priced, standalone replacement, pick Spark Hire.
  • If you already run Radancy for career sites or recruitment marketing, add Screening and Scheduling.
  • If candidates should be able to answer by voice or text instead of video, Radancy's product allows it.
  • If you need an ATS too, pick Spark Hire's Recruit plans.
  • If AI should handle interview rescheduling across Outlook and Google Calendar, Radancy describes that.

A third option: NTRVSTA

If you liked myInterview because it was a cheap recorded screen, Spark Hire is the more natural landing spot than us. Carolina, our agentic AI recruiter, suits former myInterview customers who want more than a recording but don't want to adopt a whole enterprise suite to get it.

  • A live AI interview, by video avatar or audio, that follows up and adjusts difficulty in real time.
  • Sourcing, resume ranking with reasons, and outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Calendar booking through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly, inside your current ATS.
  • Published plans from $0, listed on our pricing section.

Questions

What happened to myInterview?

Radancy announced the acquisition of myInterview on September 9, 2025. myinterview.com now redirects to Radancy's Screening and Scheduling page, and the product is sold as Radancy Screening and Scheduling within the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud.

Can I still buy myInterview on its own?

Radancy presents Screening and Scheduling as part of its Talent Acquisition Cloud and doesn't publish standalone pricing or plans. Ask Radancy's sales team whether it sells the product separately for your situation.

Is Spark Hire a good replacement for myInterview?

For small and mid-size teams that used myInterview for one-way video screening, Spark Hire is a close match with published prices: video from $249 a month billed annually, or an ATS with video from $335 a month. It doesn't offer conversational AI screening or AI scheduling agents like Radancy's product.

Does either one run a live AI interview?

No. Spark Hire is one-way video with AI summaries and scoring. Radancy's Screening and Scheduling uses conversational AI agents and one-way video, voice or text responses, but doesn't describe a real-time adaptive voice or video interview.
