NTRVSTA also scores resumes, publishes its prices from $299/mo, and has a published NYC Local Law 144 bias audit. Radancy doesn't publish pricing for this product.

How NTRVSTA works
In NTRVSTA, the AI is the interviewer. Each candidate joins whenever they like, 24/7, and has a real-time conversation with an AI that appears as a video avatar or speaks as audio only. It listens, then picks the next question based on the answer, stepping up the difficulty when someone is doing well and easing off when they struggle. You can use a ready-made avatar or one tailored to look like your recruiter, brand the interview, and run it in multiple languages.
It handles technical and non-technical roles. The exam library includes programming languages, frameworks such as React and Node.js, AI/ML and DevOps tools, and soft skills. Behavioral questions follow STAR, a hint system shows how candidates take guidance, and system-design interviews include an interactive whiteboard.
Afterward, you get a score breakdown (technical skills, English proficiency, communication), video snippets of key moments and a shareable report. AI resume scoring ranks applicants against the job description before you invite anyone. NTRVSTA runs next to the ATS you already have (Lever and others), and most teams are set up in a few days.
How myInterview works now
Radancy says its Screening and Scheduling product, built from myInterview, uses conversational AI agents to screen candidates, answer their questions and score them. Candidates can record one-way video answers or respond by voice or text, and the AI turns those responses into scores. Radancy says screening templates can be set up for professional or high-volume roles, with AI suggesting qualifications from the job description.
An AI agent also schedules and reschedules interviews across Outlook, Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams. The product sits inside the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud, which also covers attraction, engagement and analytics. Radancy doesn't publish pricing, a free trial, a language list or a bias audit for this product on the pages we checked, and it names no customers on the product page.
When myInterview is the better choice
- You already use other parts of Radancy's Talent Acquisition Cloud and want screening from the same vendor and contract.
- You want AI to handle interview scheduling and rescheduling across Outlook, Google Calendar and Teams. Scheduling human interviews isn't part of NTRVSTA's published feature set.
- You want to give candidates a choice of video, voice or text answers in an async screen.
- You hire at high volume and want screening and scheduling bundled into a broader talent acquisition suite.
Where NTRVSTA falls short, plainly: we're an interview and screening layer, not an ATS, and our native ATS list is short next to big suites. There's no public API yet. High-volume hourly hiring with SMS apply and chat scheduling is better served by tools like Paradox or Fountain. If you want human interviewers, look at Karat-style services. And we're newer and smaller than enterprise incumbents, with fewer published enterprise case studies.
Pricing compared
Radancy doesn't publish a price for Screening and Scheduling. It's sold as part of its talent acquisition cloud, so expect a quote that may bundle other modules.
NTRVSTA uses credits, shown on our pricing page. Audio interviews cost 1 credit per minute and avatar interviews cost 3. Free Demo is $0 for 50 credits. Starter is $299/mo for 1,500 credits (about 30 interviews a month). Growth is $699/mo for 4,000 credits (about 80). Scale is $1,999/mo for 12,500 credits (about 250). Enterprise adds custom credits, SSO/SAML, a dedicated CSM and on-prem.
The worked example: at 80 interviews a month on Growth, you pay about $8.74 per interview, or $0.35 per minute. A 25-minute interview costs 25 credits by audio and 75 with an avatar.
