myInterview alternatives: 6 video screening tools after the Radancy deal

The myInterview brand now lives inside Radancy's talent acquisition cloud. If you want a standalone screening tool instead, start here.

Full disclosure: we wrote this list of myInterview alternatives, and NTRVSTA, the product we make, is one of the six. What we say about myInterview and the other vendors comes from their own sites and announcements, all linked at the bottom.

If you went looking for myInterview recently, you probably landed somewhere else. Radancy announced on September 9, 2025 that it had acquired myInterview, and myinterview.com now redirects to Radancy's Screening and Scheduling page. The product lives on inside the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud, where Radancy says conversational AI agents screen and score candidates, collect one-way video (or voice and text) answers, and book and reschedule interviews. That suits teams that want a whole suite. Teams that bought myInterview as a simple standalone video tool often want something lighter, a published price, or a live interview instead of recorded clips, and Radancy doesn't publish pricing for this product. If you already license Radancy, staying may be the easy call.

1. NTRVSTA (us)

myInterview was built on recorded answers to fixed prompts. NTRVSTA replaces the recording with a conversation. An AI interviewer, shown as a video avatar or heard as audio only, talks with each candidate in real time and adjusts the difficulty after every answer. Candidates still start whenever they like, day or night, with no slot to book. You can pick a ready-made avatar or a tailored one that matches your recruiter's look, and brand the interview per role. Engineering roles use an exam library and a system-design whiteboard, while other roles get STAR behavioral questions and soft-skills checks.

What you get back is a score breakdown (technical skills, English proficiency, communication), video snippets of key moments and a report you can share with hiring managers. AI resume scoring ranks applicants against the job description before you send invites. Our NYC Local Law 144 audit is on the compliance page. Where Radancy has more: NTRVSTA is an interview and screening layer, not a talent acquisition suite, so you won't get career-site, engagement or analytics tools from us. We go point by point in NTRVSTA vs myInterview.

Best for: teams that liked on-demand screening but want to hear candidates think, with follow-ups, for technical and non-technical roles.

2. Spark Hire

Spark Hire now leads with an ATS for small and medium organizations, and still sells its one-way video interviews and a behavioral assessment on their own. Spark Hire says the video product auto-summarizes responses, scores submissions against key factors and transcribes in 50+ languages. The ATS adds AI resume review, AI-suggested screening questions and scheduling, and its partner page names 100+ connected providers, including Bullhorn, BambooHR, ADP and Avature.

Video interviews start at $249/mo billed annually or $299/mo monthly, and the Recruit Pro ATS plan starts at $335/mo. There's no AI interviewer.

Best for: growing companies that want myInterview-style recorded video and an applicant tracking system from the same vendor.

3. Willo

Willo gives candidates several ways to respond on their own schedule: video, written answers, file uploads or multiple choice, using 1,500+ ready-made assessments or your own questions. Its Willo Intelligence layer adds transcripts, summaries, benchmarks and suggested follow-up questions, which Willo frames as "AI-assisted insights, human-led decisions." Willo Verified covers ID, right-to-work and background checks, and the pricing page lists 18+ languages and ISO 27001.

Willo Lite costs £49 per live role per month with no contract (up to 5 live roles), and Enterprise starts at £2,999 a year with 50+ integrations.

Best for: UK and European employers that need identity and right-to-work checks alongside async screening.

4. Hireflix

Hireflix does one thing on purpose. You build a one-way video interview once, invite as many candidates as you like, and they record answers on any device with no app or sign-up. Hireflix says it leaves out live interviews, assessments and scheduling, and its site doesn't mention AI features. It connects to Lever, Greenhouse, Workable, Ashby, Teamtailor and others, plus Zapier and Make.

Pricing is tied to company size: $75/mo for teams under 50 employees and $150/mo for 50 to 250, both billed yearly, with a one-month free trial and no credit card. Hireflix lists SOC 2 and GDPR on its pricing page.

Best for: small teams that liked myInterview's simplicity and don't want AI scoring at all.

5. Interviewer.AI

Interviewer.AI suits a gradual move away from recorded clips. Its Essential plan ($199/mo on monthly billing) covers AI-scored one-way video and resume screening. Professional ($399/mo) adds what the company calls conversational, avatar-led interviews with dynamic follow-up questions, plus fraud checks. Interviewer.AI says it supports 10+ languages, offers a 14-day free trial on paid plans, and keeps ATS integrations for its Enterprise plan.

Best for: smaller teams that want to start with AI-scored video and try avatar interviews later, without a sales call.

6. Paradox

Paradox is the closest match to where myInterview ended up: an AI screening product inside a much larger platform. Its assistant, Olivia, runs candidate conversations over chat and SMS, handling applications, screening questions, interview scheduling, events and onboarding. Paradox also offers recorded video interviews and says Olivia detects 100+ languages. Workday completed its acquisition of Paradox on October 1, 2025, and Paradox doesn't publish pricing.

Best for: frontline employers in retail, restaurants or healthcare that hire at volume, particularly Workday customers.

When to stay with myInterview (Radancy)

  • You already license Radancy's Talent Acquisition Cloud for attraction, candidate engagement or analytics, and want screening data in the same place.
  • You want one set of AI agents to screen candidates and then book and reschedule interviews across Outlook, Google Calendar and Teams.
  • Candidates need a choice of format. Radancy says one-way video is optional, with voice or text answers as alternatives.
  • You hire for both professional and high-volume roles and like configurable screening templates, with AI suggesting qualifications and skills from the job description.

Questions

What happened to myInterview?

It was bought. Radancy, a talent acquisition software company, announced the acquisition on September 9, 2025. Visitors to myinterview.com are now sent to Radancy's Screening and Scheduling page, which is where the product is sold today.

Is there a standalone replacement for myInterview's one-way video?

Yes. Hireflix, Willo and Spark Hire all sell one-way video on its own with published prices. Interviewer.AI adds AI scoring to recorded answers, and NTRVSTA swaps recorded answers for a live AI interview.

Which myInterview alternative has a free trial?

Hireflix offers a one-month free trial on its Small and Medium plans with no credit card, and Interviewer.AI has a 14-day trial on paid plans. NTRVSTA has a $0 Free Demo plan with 50 credits. Willo lists no trial, but its Lite plan is pay as you go with no contract.

Does Radancy publish a bias audit for the former myInterview product?

We didn't find one. Radancy says its standardized scoring is meant to minimize bias, but its Screening and Scheduling page doesn't publish an NYC Local Law 144 audit. NTRVSTA's Local Law 144 audit by Asenion is on its compliance page.
