NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to VidCruiter's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
VidCruiter is a long-running structured video interviewing suite with a strong following in enterprise and the public sector. Its VidCruiter pricing page is a request form rather than a price list. Below is what that form covers, the levers that are likely to move a quote, and a set of tools with public prices for comparison.
The short answer on VidCruiter pricing
VidCruiter does not publish prices or plans. Its pricing page asks you to "fill out the form to get pricing information" on nine solutions, and doesn't say whether pricing is per user, per hire or per module. Expect a custom quote built from the products you choose. No free trial is listed.
What you get on each VidCruiter plan
There are no named plans to compare. The nine items on VidCruiter's pricing form are the building blocks of a quote, so we list them as rows, with descriptions from VidCruiter's own site.
VidCruiter also lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, 27017 and 27018, GDPR, PIPEDA and CCPA, and integrations with Workday, Dayforce, SAP, Oracle, ADP and UKG. Those don't appear as priced items, but they explain why the product sells to larger organizations.
What drives the price
VidCruiter publishes no pricing levers, so the first one is simply scope: a quote for pre-recorded interviews alone is a different deal from one that adds scheduling, references, proctoring and the ATS. The form lets you pick, which suggests a modular quote.
General levers, not specific to VidCruiter, that you should expect in any suite like this:
- Number of modules chosen from the list above.
- Hiring volume, measured as candidates, interviews or hires depending on the vendor.
- Users and departments. Large or multi-agency public employers often pay for broader rollouts.
- Integrations with an HCM such as Workday or SAP, which can add setup work.
- Term length and any procurement requirements, such as a formal tender.
Questions to ask VidCruiter before you buy
- What unit is our quote based on, and what happens to cost if hiring volume doubles next year?
- Which of the nine products are in our quote, and which are priced as separate modules?
- When the AI Interviewer launches, will existing customers get it at no added cost, or will it be a new line item?
- Is setup of our Workday, SAP or other HCM integration included, or billed as professional services?
- Are French-language transcripts and notes included at the same price?
- What is the contract minimum, and can we start with one department before rolling out?
- In what format can we export recordings, scores and reference reports at the end of the contract?
Cheaper or simpler options than VidCruiter
If you don't need nine modules, a narrower tool with a public price can be enough. Fit varies, so read the notes.
- Spark Hire: video interviews from $249 a month billed annually with unlimited jobs and users, plus automated reference checks. Its ATS starts at $335 a month on an annual contract.
- Hireflix: $75 or $150 a month billed yearly depending on company size, for one-way video only, with a first month free.
- Willo: Lite at $59 per live role per month, or Enterprise from $3,799 a year, with ID and right-to-work checks available.
- HireVue: pricing not published either; worth a quote if you want an AI voice interviewer and assessments from one enterprise vendor today.
- NTRVSTA (us): Starter is free for one role and 10 AI interviews; Team is $490 a month billed annually. Where VidCruiter's AI interviewer is still coming, ours runs live adaptive interviews now, and Carolina also handles sourcing, resume ranking and scheduling in your ATS. We don't sell proctoring, reference checks or an ATS.

Does VidCruiter have a free trial?
VidCruiter's pricing page doesn't mention a free trial. The path it offers is the pricing request form and a demo.
Does VidCruiter price per user or per hire?
VidCruiter doesn't say. Its pricing page doesn't state whether pricing is per user, per hire, per interview or per module, so ask the sales team which unit your quote uses.
Does VidCruiter include an AI interviewer?
Not yet. When we checked on November 1, 2026, VidCruiter listed its AI Interviewer as coming soon and described its current AI tools as assistive, not autonomous. Ask whether the AI Interviewer will be included or priced separately when it launches.
