Tenzo Pricing (2026): Plans, Costs and What You Actually Pay

Tenzo quotes every customer individually. Here is what it says drives the quote and how to compare it with tools that list a price.

NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Tenzo's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.

The short answer: Tenzo pricing in 2026

Tenzo pricing is not published. Its pricing page, which we read on November 1, 2026, says Tenzo AI pricing "is scoped to your hiring volume and the roles you screen for", and asks you to share your numbers so its solutions team can build a tailored quote. There are no plan names, no starting price and no free trial listed; the path in is a demo. Tenzo also links a savings calculator from the page.

What you get on each Tenzo plan

With no published tiers, the table covers what Tenzo describes on its homepage. Confirm which capabilities are in your quote.

Free trialNot publishedDemo or contact onlyNot applicable
Interviews (plan mapping not published)Not publishedTenzo says its AI recruiter, Morgan, runs voice AI interviews by phone or video 24/7, scored with transparent scorecards; Tenzo says it covers 40+ languagesStaffing agencies and high-volume employers
Screening, fraud and scheduling (plan mapping not published)Not publishedResume review, fraud detection, scheduling of next-round interviews, and rediscovery of past applicants in your ATS. Outreach by phone, WhatsApp, video and emailTeams with a large existing candidate database
ATS connection (plan mapping not published)Not publishedTenzo says 57+ bi-directional ATS integrations, list on request; agents write notes and statuses back to the ATSTeams that want results inside their ATS

Tenzo also says a de-biasing layer strips protected-class information from transcripts before scoring, and it states SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR on its homepage. It does not publish an NYC Local Law 144 bias audit, so New York City employers should ask how Tenzo supports that requirement and whether any audit work would be billed to them.

What drives the price

Tenzo names two levers itself: hiring volume and the roles you screen for. The second one is worth unpacking on your call. Role mix can change interview length, language needs and how much fraud checking a role needs, all of which plausibly affect cost, but Tenzo doesn't publish how.

Other levers that commonly shape AI recruiter quotes (general, not Tenzo statements):

  • Which agents you switch on. Multi-agent products often price interviews, sourcing, fraud checks and scheduling as separate line items.
  • Channel and telephony costs. Phone calls and WhatsApp messages carry per-use costs that vendors may pass through.
  • Language coverage. Interviews outside your main language may be priced differently.
  • Contract structure. Annual minimums, ramp periods and multi-year discounts are all common.

Questions to ask Tenzo before you buy

  1. What unit is my quote built on: interviews, candidates, hires, requisitions or seats?
  2. How does the role mix in my quote change the price, for example a 10-minute warehouse screen versus a 30-minute nurse interview?
  3. Are fraud detection, rediscovery and scheduling included, or priced per agent?
  4. Is my ATS among the 57+ integrations, and is there a setup fee?
  5. What happens to price if volume falls short of, or exceeds, the quoted number?
  6. Can we run a paid pilot on a few roles before an annual term?
  7. What data can we export when the contract ends?

Cheaper or simpler options than Tenzo

Tools in the same space that publish a price, plus one that matches Tenzo more closely on scope:

  • Classet. AI phone screening for hourly roles with a public grid: Starter $249 a month billed annually ($349 month-to-month) for 50 completed interviews, Scale $999 annually ($1,399 monthly) for 250, Enterprise with ATS Sync from $1,995 a month. Trial of 20 interviews. See Classet pricing.
  • Interviewer.AI. $199 a month for one-way AI video, $399 a month with conversational avatar interviews, both with a 14-day trial. ATS integrations sit on its custom Enterprise plan. See Interviewer.AI pricing.
  • Alex. Closest in scope (phone and video interviews, fraud and ID checks, scheduling, rediscovery), but Alex doesn't publish pricing either. See Alex pricing.
  • NTRVSTA (us). Our agent, Carolina, sources and contacts candidates, scores resumes, runs live AI interviews in video avatar or audio, and schedules panels from inside your current ATS. Pricing is on our homepage: Starter $0 (one role, 10 AI interviews), Team $490 a month billed annually or $590 monthly (60 AI interviews), Scale $1,490 a month annually or $1,790 monthly (250 AI interviews), and Enterprise or agency pricing per hire or per seat. Our NYC LL144 bias audit covers the AI interviews. Tenzo publishes more on fraud detection than we do.
