Classet Pricing (2026): Plans, Costs and What You Actually Pay

Classet publishes three plans for its AI phone recruiter, Joy. Here's the full grid, the per-interview math and the fine print.

NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Classet's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.

The short answer: Classet pricing in 2026

Classet pricing is public. Starter costs $249 a month billed annually or $349 month-to-month and includes 50 completed AI phone interviews; Scale costs $999 a month annually or $1,399 monthly for 250; Enterprise, which runs Classet's recruiter Joy inside your own ATS, starts at $1,995 a month and is scoped on a call. Every account starts with a trial of 20 completed interviews, with a card required at signup.

What you get on each Classet plan

All figures below are from Classet's pricing page as we read it on November 1, 2026. Hiring Hub, which Classet also markets on its homepage, comes bundled with Starter.

PlanPriceWhat's includedBest for
Starter$249/mo billed annually, or $349/mo month-to-month50 completed interviews a month, then $5.00 each. Unlimited jobs and seats, single location. Job link and pasted candidate lists, your own Indeed account, summaries, must-have results and transcripts, Classet Hiring Hub. Self-serve supportOne location hiring a steady trickle of hourly staff
Scale ("Most popular")$999/mo billed annually, or $1,399/mo month-to-month250 completed interviews a month, then $4.00 each. Multi-location. Adds white-label branding, API access and priority supportMulti-site employers and staffing teams
Enterprise (ATS Sync)From $1,995/mo, scoped in a discovery callVolume scoped to your team, overage included in plan. Joy runs inside your ATS (Classet says 95+ ATS platforms), custom field mapping, SSO and role-based access, SOC 2 Type II and a security review, a dedicated success manager, implementation and an SLATeams on Workday, Dayforce or another ATS who don't want a second inbox
Add-onsNot publishedScheduling, API access (already in Scale and Enterprise), unique phone number, custom SMS flows, SSO, additional languages, custom data and analytics dashboardsFilling specific gaps on any plan

Two things in that grid deserve a second look. First, interview scheduling is listed as an add-on, not part of Starter or Scale, and its price is not published, so ask for it if you need Joy to book interviews. Second, Classet says most Enterprise teams go live within two weeks, while Starter is self-serve.

Classet cost per interview

Dividing each plan by its included volume, assuming you use every interview:

Plan and billingMathAbout per interview
Scale, annual$999 / 250$4.00
Starter, annual$249 / 50$4.98
Scale, monthly$1,399 / 250$5.60
Starter, monthly$349 / 50$6.98

Overage is $5.00 on Starter and $4.00 on Scale, so a Starter account that regularly runs 120 interviews a month pays $249 plus 70 extra at $5, about $599, which is still under the Scale annual price. Past roughly 200 interviews a month, Scale wins.

What drives the price

Classet publishes its levers clearly:

  • Completed interviews. Only finished screens or conversations longer than five minutes count. No-answers, voicemails and retries don't use your allowance, according to Classet's FAQ.
  • Billing term. Classet says annual billing saves about 29% on Starter and Scale. Annual is a one-year commitment; month-to-month can be cancelled anytime.
  • Locations. Starter covers a single location; more sites means Scale.
  • ATS Sync. Running Joy inside your ATS moves you to Enterprise pricing.
  • Add-ons. Scheduling, extra languages, SSO and custom SMS flows are priced separately.

In general, also budget for the time your team spends reviewing summaries and the cost of any job board spend, which no AI screening price covers.

Questions to ask Classet before you buy

  1. What does the scheduling add-on cost on Starter or Scale?
  2. If my trial converts to Starter, is that monthly or annual billing, and can I choose?
  3. Is my ATS among the 95+ supported for ATS Sync, and how long does Workday or Dayforce take?
  4. What does each additional language cost?
  5. Can unused interviews roll over to the next month?
  6. How long can I export candidate records after cancelling? (Classet says records stay available through the end of the paid period.)

Cheaper or simpler options than Classet

Classet is already one of the lower-priced AI interviewers with public pricing, so "cheaper" here mostly means a different format or a smaller commitment.

  • Interviewer.AI. Essential is $199 a month for 50 credits, but it's AI-scored one-way video, not a phone call. Professional, $399 a month, adds conversational avatar interviews. Both include a 14-day trial. See Interviewer.AI pricing.
  • Hireflix. One-way video only, from $75 a month billed yearly for companies under 50 employees, with a one-month trial and no card. See Hireflix pricing.
  • XOR. A different model for hourly roles: $500 per hire with a $5,000 minimum, according to XOR. Useful if you'd rather pay for outcomes than screens. See XOR pricing.
  • NTRVSTA (us). Starter is free for one open role and 10 AI interviews; Team is $490 a month billed annually ($590 monthly) for 60, and Scale is $1,490 a month annually ($1,790 monthly) for 250. Details on our pricing section. We're not cheaper than Classet per interview, and for hourly phone screens Classet is the simpler pick. We fit teams that want sourcing, outreach, resume scoring, live interviews and panel scheduling from one agent inside their ATS.
