NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to XOR's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
The short answer
XOR pricing for its AI Recruiter offer is $500 per hire for blue-collar and hourly workers, with a $5,000 minimum payment that covers 10 hires. That is what XOR's own AI Recruiter page showed when we checked in November 2026. XOR also sells a Hiring Platform (text recruiting, chatbots, video interviewing, virtual career fairs), and that price is not published.
What you get on each XOR plan
Two things the page does not spell out: an itemized list of what the per-hire fee covers, and a baseline for XOR's headline claim of saving 80% on blue-collar cost per hire. Neither is a red flag on its own, but both are worth asking about.
What drives the price
For the AI Recruiter offer, the lever is simple: the number of hires. XOR's order form asks three things (which positions, how many people, and where you hire), which suggests role type and location shape what it can deliver, though XOR does not publish different rates by role or region.
General levers to expect with pay-per-hire and platform recruiting deals (not XOR-specific claims):
- Definition of a hire. Per-hire pricing depends on when a hire counts: offer accepted, first day worked, or a set number of days on the job.
- Replacement terms. If a hire leaves in the first weeks, vendors differ on whether they replace, refund or charge again.
- Minimum commitment. XOR's minimum is 10 hires. Larger blocks sometimes carry a lower rate, but only a quote tells you.
- Platform scope. For subscription software, price usually tracks users, locations, message volume and integrations.
Questions to ask XOR before you buy
- At what point does a candidate count as a hire for billing: accepted offer, start date or a retention period?
- If a hire quits in the first two weeks, do you replace them at no charge?
- If we pay the $5,000 minimum and only make six hires, what happens to the balance?
- How does the 90-day money-back guarantee work for a single position versus a batch of openings?
- Which of your 35+ integrations connect to our ATS, and is integration included in the per-hire fee?
- Can we see how the "save 80%" figure is calculated, and against what baseline?
- What does the Hiring Platform cost if we want to run text recruiting ourselves?
Cheaper or simpler options than XOR
Whether something is cheaper than $500 a hire depends on how many hires you make per month. These options price differently, so compare them at your volume.
- Classet sells AI phone interviews for hourly and frontline roles: from $249 a month billed annually ($349 month to month) with 50 completed interviews, and 20 free interviews on every account. You run sourcing; Classet runs the first call.
- Sense lists SMS/WhatsApp Messaging and Interview Scheduling from $500 a month each, and the full staffing platform from $2,000 a month. See our Sense pricing page.
- Spark Hire offers one-way video interviews from $249 a month billed annually ($299 monthly). It suits teams that want recorded screens without candidate delivery.
- NTRVSTA (us) gives you an agent, Carolina, that sources, sends outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, scores resumes and runs live AI interviews inside your ATS. Starter is $0 for one open role, Team is $490 a month billed annually, and Scale is $1,490 a month billed annually. Honestly, if what you want is a vendor to deliver hourly workers on a pay-per-hire basis, we are not that; XOR, Fountain or Workstream fit that flow better.

Questions
How much does XOR cost?
XOR's AI Recruiter page lists $500 per hire for blue-collar and hourly workers, with a minimum payment of $5,000, which covers 10 hires. The price of its separate Hiring Platform is not published.
What does the XOR minimum payment cover?
XOR says the $5,000 minimum covers 10 hires at $500 each. Ask whether unused hires roll over, expire or are refunded under the money-back guarantee.
Does XOR offer a guarantee?
XOR says it offers a money-back guarantee for positions that stay unclosed for more than 90 days. Get the exact refund terms in writing, including what counts as closed.
How fast does XOR deliver candidates?
XOR says first interviews happen within 2 to 5 business days and that it can deliver blue-collar workers in less than 5 days.
Is XOR priced per seat?
Not for the AI Recruiter offer, which XOR prices per hire. XOR does not publish whether its Hiring Platform is priced per seat, per location or another way.
If your roles are salaried and you want the agent working inside your own ATS, book a 20-minute walkthrough and we will show you Carolina on one of your open reqs.
