Sense Pricing (2026): Plans, Costs and What You Actually Pay

Sense publishes starting prices for six packages. Here is what each one includes, what moves the number, and the questions to settle before you sign.

NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Sense's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.

The short answer on Sense pricing

Sense pricing is public, but only as starting prices. When we checked Sense's pricing page in November 2026, the full Sense Platform for Talent Acquisition started at $7,000 a month, the platform for staffing teams started at $2,000 a month, and the Sense AI Recruiter started at $3,000 a month. Two point products, SMS/WhatsApp Messaging and Interview Scheduling, start at $500 a month each. Anything beyond the starting figure (seats, volume, contract terms) comes from a quote.

What you get on each Sense plan

This table follows Sense's own pricing page. "From" means Sense labels the figure as a starting price.

PlanPriceWhat's includedBest for
Sense Platform for Talent AcquisitionFrom $7,000/monthTalent CRM, automation and workflows, 1:1 and bulk SMS/WhatsApp, interview scheduling, screening by chatbot, SMS, WhatsApp or Voice AI, candidate matching, referrals, recruitment marketing, events, landing pages, analytics, onboarding messages, ATS integrationIn-house TA teams at large or high-volume employers
Sense Platform for Staffing TeamsFrom $2,000/monthThe same feature list as the Talent Acquisition platformStaffing firms
Sense Platform for Enterprise StaffingFrom $2,000/month (request a quote)The same feature list, sold by quoteLarge staffing firms
Sense AI RecruiterFrom $3,000/monthOrchestration, messaging, scheduling, screening, matching, evaluation and onboarding agentsTeams that want agents to run engagement and screening
Sense SMS/WhatsApp MessagingFrom $500/month1:1 and bulk messaging, templates, shared inboxes, Chrome extension, mobile appTeams that only need recruiter texting
Sense Interview SchedulingFrom $500/monthCalendar connections, round robin and panel scheduling, ATS integration, reminders, Chrome extensionTeams that only need scheduling

Sense says every package comes with a dedicated customer success manager, an implementation manager, three months of hypercare and 24/7 support. That matters when you compare it with self-serve tools, because onboarding help is built into the price rather than sold as a separate services line.

What drives the price

Sense does not publish its pricing formula. What its page does show is that price depends first on which package you buy: the full platform, the agent layer, or a single point product. The gap between a $500 point product and a $7,000 platform is the biggest lever you control.

General levers to expect with any recruiting automation vendor (these are not Sense-specific claims):

  • Message volume. SMS and WhatsApp carry carrier costs, so vendors often tie price to message counts or number of contacts.
  • Recruiter or location count. Staffing firms with many branches usually see pricing that grows with offices or users.
  • ATS connections. Sense lists integrations with systems such as Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS and JobDiva. More than one ATS, or a custom connector, can add scope.
  • Contract length. Multi-year terms often lower the monthly rate in exchange for commitment.
  • Voice AI usage. Automated phone screens add calling minutes, which some vendors meter.

Questions to ask Sense before you buy

  1. Our quote is above the "from" price. Which specific factor (users, contacts, messages, locations) pushed it up?
  2. Are SMS and WhatsApp message fees included, or billed on top at a per-message rate?
  3. If we start with Interview Scheduling at $500 a month, what does it cost to add the AI Recruiter later, and does the contract restart?
  4. Are Voice AI screening calls capped, and what happens when we run a hiring event that doubles call volume for a month?
  5. What is the minimum term, and what notice do we need to give before renewal?
  6. After the three months of hypercare, what support changes, and is anything billed separately?
  7. If we leave, how do we export conversation history, candidate records and opt-in status?

Cheaper or simpler options than Sense

If the platform is more than you need, these tools cover part of the same job. Prices are from each vendor's own site.

  • Classet runs AI phone interviews for hourly and frontline roles. Hiring Hub starts at $249 a month billed annually ($349 month to month) with 50 completed interviews included, and every account gets 20 free interviews. It fits teams whose main need is the first phone screen.
  • XOR sells blue-collar and hourly candidate delivery at $500 per hire with a $5,000 minimum, plus chatbot and text screening. Its Hiring Platform price is not published. See our XOR pricing breakdown.
  • Pin is an AI sourcer that runs email outreach and books interviews. It has a free plan, Solo at $100 per user a month (annual) and Professional at $135 per user a month billed annually. It suits agencies and lean teams that need new candidates more than texting.
  • NTRVSTA (us) is agentic AI for sourcing, recruiting and hiring that works inside your ATS. Carolina sources, runs outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, scores resumes, runs live AI interviews and schedules. Plans: Starter $0, Team $490 a month billed annually or $590 monthly, Scale $1,490 annually or $1,790 monthly; staffing agencies are priced per hire or per seat. If your core flow is very high-volume hourly hiring with text-to-apply, Sense or Classet is built more squarely for that. Details on our pricing section.

Questions

How much does Sense cost?

Your quote can be higher than the starting price.

Does Sense charge per user?

Sense's pricing page shows packages priced per month, not per user, and it does not publish per-seat or volume pricing. Ask how your quote scales with recruiters, locations and message volume before you sign.

What is included with every Sense package?

Sense says each package includes a dedicated customer success manager, an implementation manager, three months of hypercare and 24/7 support.

Is there a free trial of Sense?

Sense does not publish a free trial. Its pricing page offers Get Started buttons and a pricing and RFP request link.

Can I buy only Sense scheduling or texting?

Yes, according to its pricing page. Sense lists Interview Scheduling and SMS/WhatsApp Messaging as separate packages, each starting at $500 a month.
