NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to iMocha's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
iMocha pricing is a quote-only conversation, and the first thing to settle is which iMocha you're buying. The company now positions itself as a skills intelligence platform, with assessments, skills inference across your workforce, and an AI interviewer called Tara. A quote for hiring assessments and a quote for enterprise skills mapping are very different deals. We read iMocha's pricing page on November 1, 2026.
The short answer on iMocha pricing
iMocha does not publish prices, plans or a pricing model. Its pricing page lists products and points you to "Book a Demo," followed by what it calls a custom demo, pilot or rollout plan. No free trial is published. To compare iMocha with anything else, you'll need a written quote that names each product and module included.
What you get with each iMocha product
iMocha's pricing page groups its offer like this. None of the lines carries a public price:
iMocha names Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle among its integrations, plus the Lightcast skills taxonomy. It also says it holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022, which matters if your security team needs those reports before purchase.
What drives the price
iMocha doesn't publish what moves its price. Its own page does show that the scope can range from a hiring tool to an enterprise rollout, and it lists a pilot as a stage. That alone suggests the quote depends on which products you take and how widely you deploy them.
Generally, for assessment and skills platforms (these are common industry patterns, not iMocha statements), expect pricing to depend on:
- Candidate or test volume for hiring use cases.
- Employee count when skills inference covers your existing workforce.
- Modules. Assessments, AI interviews and skills intelligence may be separate line items.
- Integration and setup work for HRIS connections such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Contract length and multi-year discounts.
Questions to ask iMocha before you buy
- Which products does this quote include, and what is each one's price on its own?
- Is Tara priced per interview, per candidate or as part of an assessment bundle?
- Is the price based on candidates, assessments taken or employee headcount?
- Is the pilot free, and does its cost count toward the first-year contract?
- Are integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle included or billed as services?
- What happens to unused assessment volume at renewal?
- Can we export candidate results and skill profiles if we leave?

Questions
How much does iMocha cost?
iMocha doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page lists its products and asks you to book a demo, after which it describes a custom demo, pilot or rollout plan. You'll get a number only from iMocha's sales team.
Does iMocha have a free trial?
iMocha doesn't publish a free trial. Its pricing page mentions a pilot as one possible next step after a demo, so ask whether a pilot is offered for your use case and whether it is charged.
Is the Tara AI interviewer included in iMocha pricing?
iMocha doesn't say. Tara is iMocha's AI interviewer, which it describes as an adaptive agent that asks spoken questions and follow-ups and scores skills against role profiles. Ask whether Tara is part of a skills assessment package or priced separately.
What are alternatives to iMocha with public pricing?
TestGorilla has a free plan and Core from $215 a month billed annually. CodeSignal Build is $79 a month billed annually and HackerRank Starter is $199 a month. None of them is a full skills intelligence suite, so they suit hiring assessments more than workforce skills mapping.
