NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Fountain's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
The short answer: Fountain pricing in 2026
Fountain pricing is not published. Fountain's pricing page, read on November 1, 2026, is a demo request form promising "pricing tailored to your customized product suite", with no plans, prices or trial listed. In practice, the cost depends on which parts of Fountain's frontline platform you buy: its ATS, CRM, sourcing, onboarding, shift scheduling, the Cue agent and the Anna voice interviewer.
What you get on each Fountain plan
Fountain doesn't publish plan tiers. It sells a set of products you assemble into a suite, so this table lists those products as Fountain describes them, each with an unpublished price.
Fountain states on its homepage that it is SOC 2 compliant, and its support FAQ says a sample of interviewees may be asked demographic questions for fairness and regulatory audits. We found no published NYC Local Law 144 audit for Anna.
What drives the price
Fountain's one published lever is the product suite: the more of the platform you assemble, the bigger the quote. Because Anna is available separately on the ADP Marketplace, a company that only wants voice screening on top of ADP has a narrower path than one replacing its ATS with Fountain.
General levers that apply to frontline hiring platforms (our expectations, not Fountain statements):
- Hiring volume and locations. Frontline platforms commonly scale with applicants, hires or sites.
- Voice minutes. AI phone screening carries telephony and model costs per call, which can show up as per-interview pricing or a volume tier.
- Integrations. Payroll, background-check and HRIS connections can add setup work.
- Implementation. Replacing an ATS across many locations usually includes a paid onboarding project.
- Term length. Platform deals are typically annual or longer.
Questions to ask Fountain before you buy
- Which products are in my quote, and what does each one cost on its own?
- How is Anna priced: per interview, per minute, per hire or within a platform fee?
- If we keep our current ATS, can we buy Anna or sourcing alone, and at what price?
- Does Cue cost extra, and how are its approval triggers and budget thresholds set up?
- What are the implementation fee and timeline for our number of locations?
- Are text messages and calls to candidates included or billed by usage?
- How do we export applicants, recordings and transcripts if we move off Fountain?
Cheaper or simpler options than Fountain
For frontline and hourly hiring, these alternatives either publish a price or offer a narrower, simpler purchase:
- Classet. A focused AI phone recruiter, not a full ATS. Starter is $249 a month on annual billing ($349 month-to-month) for 50 completed interviews; Scale is $999 annually ($1,399 monthly) for 250; ATS Sync for running inside your own ATS starts at $1,995 a month. See Classet pricing.
- XOR. Pay-per-hire for blue-collar and hourly roles: $500 per hire with a $5,000 minimum (10 hires), per XOR, plus a hiring platform with unpublished pricing. See XOR pricing.
- Workstream. Hourly hiring, onboarding and payroll in one platform, with four named plans that don't show prices. See Workstream pricing.
- Paradox. Chat- and SMS-driven apply and scheduling for frontline employers, owned by Workday; custom pricing. See Paradox (Olivia) pricing.
A note on us: NTRVSTA is agentic AI for sourcing, recruiting and hiring that sits inside the ATS you keep, and it isn't built around text-to-apply and shift-based hourly flows, so most Fountain buyers are better served by the tools above. If you also hire for skilled or salaried roles, our prices are on our pricing section and you can book a demo.

Questions
How much does Fountain cost?
Fountain doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page is a demo form, and Fountain says it gives pricing tailored to the product suite you choose, such as its ATS, sourcing, onboarding, scheduling and AI agents.
Does Fountain offer a free trial?
No trial is listed on Fountain's pricing page. The path to pricing is a demo session.
Can I buy Fountain's AI interviewer Anna on its own?
Anna is listed as a standalone app, Fountain AI Recruiter, on the ADP Marketplace, so ADP customers have a route to it without the full platform. Its price there is a question for Fountain or ADP.
What is a cheaper alternative to Fountain for hourly hiring?
Classet publishes AI phone screening plans from $249 a month billed annually, and XOR charges $500 per hire with a $5,000 minimum. Both are narrower than Fountain's full platform, which may be the point if you keep your ATS.
