NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Codility's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
Codility pricing now comes in two shapes: Online plans you can buy by card, priced by the number of candidate invites, and an Enterprise contract quoted to your hiring plan. If you saw Starter or Scale plans in an older article, those are gone. This guide covers what Codility lists today, what the entry price buys, and where the line between Online and Enterprise sits. We read Codility's pricing page on November 1, 2026.
The short answer on Codility pricing
Codility's Online plan starts at $4,800 a year on annual billing, covering between 200 and 1,400 invites a year depending on the tier you pick. Month to month, it's $800 a month for 25 invites, with 50 and 100 invite tiers whose prices aren't shown. Enterprise is a custom quote. Codility says annual billing saves up to 50 percent versus monthly.
What you get on each Codility plan
On monthly billing, the one published tier works out to $32 per invite ($800 divided by 25). Codility doesn't say how many invites the $4,800 annual entry price includes, so ask before you compare it with that monthly figure.
What drives the price
Codility's own pricing levers are spelled out on the page:
- Invite volume. Both Online options are sold in invite bands. More invites means a higher tier.
- Billing term. Annual is the cheaper route by up to half, by Codility's own figure.
- Users. Five platform users on Online, ten at the 1,400-invite tier, unlimited on Enterprise. Collaborators are unlimited on every plan.
- Feature line. SSO, ID verification, video proctoring, recording and anything beyond one ATS integration push you to Enterprise.
- Task library size. The Online library grows with your plan, with the full library from 1,000 invites a year.
As a general rule for coding assessment tools, not something Codility states: expect the quote to move with contract length, the number of hiring teams using it, and whether you need data hosted in a specific region.
Questions to ask Codility before you buy
- How many invites does the $4,800 entry price cover, and what do the 50 and 100 invite monthly tiers cost?
- Is an invite counted when it's sent, when the candidate starts, or when they submit?
- What happens if we use all our invites before renewal?
- Can we add a second ATS integration on Online, or is that Enterprise only?
- Which AI models can candidates use in our tasks, and can we switch AI off per task?
- How long is the free trial, and how many candidates can we run through it?
- Can we export reports and candidate data if we move to another tool?
Cheaper or simpler options than Codility
If Codility's entry point is more than you need, these tools cover coding screens or technical first rounds at lower published prices:
- CoderPad: Starter is $80 a month billed annually ($120 monthly) for 60 interviews or tests a year, and Team is $400 a month annually. See our CoderPad pricing breakdown and Codility vs CoderPad.
- CodeSignal: Build is $79 a month billed annually ($99 monthly), Grow is $479 a month annually.
- HackerRank: Starter is $199 a month or $1,990 a year for 60 attempts; Pro is $449 a month or $4,490 a year.
- TestGorilla: a free plan, then Core from $215 a month billed annually, with coding challenges on its Plus tier.
A different route is to let an AI interviewer run the first technical round. NTRVSTA's AI interviews are live and adaptive, by video avatar or audio, and cover technical and non-technical roles, with sourcing, resume scoring and scheduling around them. It's not a proctored coding-test platform, so teams that want a strict test environment should stay with a tool like Codility. Our Starter plan is $0 for one open role with 10 AI interviews, and Team is $490 a month billed annually; details are on our pricing section.
