NTRVSTA wrote this Phenom vs Beamery comparison. We make a competing product, so we only use facts from Phenom's and Beamery's own sites and public news, and we include a third option at the end. Neither Phenom nor Beamery publishes pricing, so that section is short.
Phenom vs Beamery used to be a fairly even talent CRM comparison. That has changed. The two companies now sell to different moments in the talent cycle, and the right pick depends on which moment is hurting.
The short answer
Choose Phenom if you hire at volume and want one platform for the career site, CRM, interview scheduling and AI agents that call, screen and interview applicants for you. Choose Beamery if your HR team's goal is skills-based workforce planning, with sourcing, matching and talent CRM linked to Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. Phenom acts on candidates. Beamery's AI advisor, Ray, recommends and leaves the action to your team.
Side by side: Phenom vs Beamery
Where Phenom is stronger
Phenom covers the front half of hiring in more depth. A candidate can land on a Phenom career site, get picked up by the CRM, receive a voice screening call shortly after applying, and be routed to automated interview scheduling, all inside one vendor. Phenom says its agents work around the clock and decide when to hand off to a person, and that every rating is a proposal a recruiter can accept or override.
Phenom also publishes more about how its screening is controlled: scripted consent on every call, an audit trail, SOC 2 Type II and a set of ISO certifications (27001, 27017, 27018 and 27701). It supports multiple languages with regional localization. Published customers include Southwest Airlines, ABB, HPE and Thales.
Where Beamery is stronger
Beamery is the better fit when the question starts above a single requisition. It models workforce scenarios using skills and role data, then connects that plan to hiring through Sourcing and Matching and its talent CRM. Large HR teams that think in skills and roles, not only in open reqs, will find its framing closer to their problem.
It also names its core HR integrations, Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, which Phenom's pages we checked did not. Beamery says it complies with SOC 2, holds ISO 27001, supports GDPR and CCPA, and has an Assured by Warden AI badge for AI Talent Match. Its customers include Salesforce, Hilti and Wells Fargo.
Pricing compared
You won't find a number for either. Phenom and Beamery both sell enterprise contracts built from modules, priced after a demo. Expect the main levers to be which products you license (career site, CRM, agents, scheduling for Phenom; planning and execution suites for Beamery), how many employees or candidates are covered, and the length of the term. Get both quotes on the same scope, or the comparison means little.

Who should pick which
- High applicant volume and slow first contact: Phenom.
- A company-wide push to plan skills and roles: Beamery.
- You want SMS and voice outreach included in the platform: Phenom lists both.
- You run Workday or SuccessFactors and want named integrations: Beamery.

- You want agents that screen and schedule on their own under rules you set: Phenom.
A third option: NTRVSTA
For teams that mainly need open roles worked faster, a full suite can be more than the job needs. NTRVSTA is agentic AI for sourcing, recruiting and hiring that runs inside the ATS you already have, so nothing gets replaced. It is not a workforce-planning tool and doesn't do what Beamery does on skills strategy. See it in a short demo.
- Outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, plus resume ranking with reasons.
- Live adaptive AI interviews, by video avatar or audio, for technical and non-technical roles.
- Interview and panel scheduling with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly.
- Plans listed openly on the pricing page.

Questions
What is the main difference between Phenom and Beamery?
Phenom is a candidate-facing talent platform with career sites, CRM, scheduling and AI agents that screen and interview applicants. Beamery positions itself as an AI platform for workforce transformation, modeling skills and roles, with sourcing and talent CRM as its execution layer.
Do Phenom or Beamery publish prices?
No. Neither vendor lists prices on its site. Phenom offers a demo booking and Beamery a sales conversation, and quotes depend on modules, company size and term.
Can Beamery screen candidates automatically like Phenom?
Beamery offers AI resume screening and matching, but publishes no AI interview or voice screening product. Phenom's Voice Screening Agent calls applicants and scores answers on a 1 to 5 rubric, and its AI Interviewer holds real-time voice interviews.
Which integrates with Workday?
Beamery names Workday and SAP SuccessFactors as integrations. Phenom's product pages we checked refer to your system of record without naming specific ATS products, so ask Phenom for its list.
