Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this roundup of Beamery alternatives, and we included ourselves first. Facts about Beamery and every other tool come from their own sites or news coverage, listed under Sources.
Many teams bought Beamery as a talent CRM. Today Beamery describes itself as the AI platform for workforce transformation, built on skills, roles, people and market data, with its sourcing, matching, CRM and talent marketing grouped into an Execution Suite. That shift is the main reason people compare Beamery alternatives and competitors. Recruiting teams may want tools that act on open roles, since Beamery says its Ray agent doesn't act for you. Others want AI interviews, which Beamery doesn't publish, or a visible price. If skills-based planning tied to Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is your goal, Beamery may still be the right home.
Beamery alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
Beamery's Ray recommends. Carolina, NTRVSTA's AI Head of Talent, acts. For every open role she sources candidates, contacts them by email, SMS or WhatsApp, ranks each resume against the job with a reason, runs live adaptive AI interviews (video avatar or audio, technical and non-technical), and books interviews and panels on your calendar. You decide, action by action, whether she suggests, asks first or goes ahead, and offers and compensation changes always wait for a person. She works inside the systems you keep, including SAP SuccessFactors and Workday, and setup takes a few days depending on customization.
What we don't replace: Beamery's skills models, scenario planning and workforce analytics. We're also newer and smaller, without published case studies. Our LL144 audit covers the AI interviews only and is on our compliance page. The full comparison is at Beamery vs NTRVSTA.
Best for: teams that need roles filled, not just modeled.
2. Eightfold AI
Eightfold is the natural comparison if you value Beamery's skills and talent data. Both sell talent intelligence to large enterprises, but Eightfold has gone further into hiring execution with an AI Interviewer that runs adaptive interviews by video, audio or text, including STAR, coding and language assessments. Eightfold lists an NYC LL144 audit with published results, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 42001 and FedRAMP Moderate. Pricing isn't published, and a pending FCRA class action concerns its Match Scores.
Best for: global enterprises that want talent intelligence with an interviewer attached.
3. Avature
Avature covers more of the HR cycle than Beamery's recruiting tools did. It is itself an ATS, with a CRM, career sites, interview scheduling, contingent workforce and talent management on the same platform. Avature says it was named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Talent Acquisition Suites. Its AI layer includes semantic matching, a skills parser, Copilot and an Agent Builder. Avature reports annual independent bias audits, including an AEDT audit for the NYC law, and FedRAMP certification. No prices are published.
Best for: organizations ready to consolidate ATS, CRM and talent management into one configurable system.
4. Phenom
If you liked Beamery's CRM and talent marketing, Phenom offers a similar layer with more automation. Its platform spans career site, Talent CRM, scheduling, onboarding and a talent marketplace, and its agents reach candidates by email, SMS and voice. The Voice Screening Agent calls applicants and scores answers from 1 to 5, and the AI Interviewer holds real-time voice interviews. Phenom says each rating is a proposal for a recruiter to accept or override, and it publishes SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. Pricing isn't published.
Best for: high-volume enterprises that want CRM, mobility and AI screening together.
5. SeekOut
For teams that mostly used Beamery to build pipelines, SeekOut is a sourcing-first replacement. It searches 1B+ profiles plus your ATS, and its agents write rubrics, find people and send multi-touch email campaigns, with recruiters approving key steps. SeekOut lists Beamery among the systems it integrates with, so it can also run alongside it. Sourcing Core is $149/mo billed annually or $179 monthly, with a 14-day free trial.
Best for: sourcers who want search depth and a price they can expense.
6. Findem
Findem shares Beamery's interest in data, but it focuses on people and relationships rather than skills taxonomies. It builds people data and relationship intelligence for market maps, warm intros and succession, and its Studio agents cover screening, assessment, ID verification and scheduling. Findem announced an agreement to acquire Glider AI in March 2026; we found no closing announcement by November 1. Pricing isn't published, though Findem Studio offers a free agent trial.
Best for: executive search and VC/PE teams that need relationship-level talent data.
When to stay with Beamery
Stay if the workforce side is what you need. Beamery's strength is modeling scenarios across skills, roles and the market, then turning that plan into pipelines through its CRM, with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors underneath. If your HR leadership wants an adviser that recommends and leaves decisions to people, Ray is built that way on purpose. Beamery also publishes SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance and an "Assured by Warden AI" badge on AI Talent Match. Several teams pair a planning tool like Beamery with a separate tool for daily recruiting.

Questions
Why are teams looking for Beamery alternatives?
Mostly because of focus. Beamery now calls itself the AI platform for workforce transformation, and its Ray agent advises rather than acts. Recruiting teams that bought it as a talent CRM sometimes want tools built around open roles, outreach, interviews and scheduling, or a price they can see before a demo.
Which Beamery alternative is best for skills-based workforce planning?
Eightfold AI is the closest peer for talent intelligence at enterprise scale, and Avature suits teams that want planning-adjacent talent management in one configurable platform. NTRVSTA is not a workforce-planning tool, so it is not the right swap for that part of Beamery.
Which Beamery competitors run AI interviews?
NTRVSTA runs live, adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio. Eightfold, Phenom and Findem each publish an AI interviewer as well, and SeekOut says its AI Screening add-on runs video screening interviews. Beamery and Avature do not publish AI-led interviews.
Is there a Beamery alternative with a published price?
Yes. NTRVSTA lists every plan and has a free Starter plan for one open role. SeekOut lists Sourcing Core at $149 a month billed annually, with a 14-day trial. Beamery, Eightfold, Avature, Phenom and Findem do not publish plan prices.
