Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this Beamery vs NTRVSTA page, and we're the second product in the title. We kept every claim about Beamery to what Beamery and the press have published, with links in the Sources list.
Search for Beamery and you'll still find it described as a talent CRM. Its own site has moved on. Beamery now calls itself the AI platform for workforce transformation, built around skills, roles and market data. NTRVSTA sits at the other end of the hiring cycle: Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, works the roles you have open this week, inside your ATS.
The short answer
Choose Beamery if your main problem is planning: which skills you'll need, which roles will change, and where to find people internally or in a talent CRM, all tied to Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. Choose NTRVSTA if your main problem is filling roles now, and you want an agent to source, reach out, score resumes, run live AI interviews and schedule panels with your approval rules. Beamery doesn't publish pricing; NTRVSTA does, and has a free plan.
Side by side: Beamery vs NTRVSTA
How NTRVSTA works
Carolina starts from a job, not a skills model. Give her an open role and she sources candidates, contacts them by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and scores every resume against the job with a plain explanation of the ranking. Candidates who fit take a live AI interview at any hour. The interviewer appears as a video avatar or speaks as audio, adapts to each answer, and covers both technical and non-technical roles. Hiring managers get a score breakdown, video snippets and a report they can forward.
From there she schedules interviews and panels on your calendar, answers pipeline questions in plain English, and sends a morning digest in Slack or Microsoft Teams. You choose, action by action, whether she suggests, asks first or acts on her own. Offers and compensation changes always wait for a person. She connects to systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, the same HR systems Beamery names, and setup takes a few days depending on customization.
How Beamery works
Beamery says it unifies data on skills, roles, people and the external market so HR leaders can model workforce scenarios. On top of that sits an Execution Suite for sourcing and matching, a Talent CRM and talent marketing, so planning can turn into pipelines.
Its agentic workforce consultant, Ray, gives recommendations at the task and skill level. Beamery is direct about the boundary, saying "Ray doesn't act for you." In other words, Ray advises and a person carries out the work. Beamery describes Ray as independently audited AI, and its AI Talent Match feature carries an "Assured by Warden AI" badge.
Beamery is independent and based in London. It raised $138M in 2021, per TechCrunch, and took debt financing from CIBC Innovation Banking in October 2024. Its compliance page says it complies with SOC 2 and lists ISO 27001 and support for GDPR and CCPA.
When Beamery is the better choice
- You're redesigning roles around skills and need scenario models before you open requisitions.
- Your HR stack is Workday or SAP SuccessFactors and you want talent CRM and matching tied tightly to it.
- You want an AI adviser, not an AI that acts. Some teams prefer that line, and Ray is built on it.
- Your security team needs SOC 2 and ISO 27001 paperwork from day one.
Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we don't do workforce planning or skills intelligence, which is the core of Beamery today. We're newer and smaller, with no published customer case studies yet. NTRVSTA also isn't an ATS or a system of record, and we don't publish a profile database, so if deep sourcing search is the goal, SeekOut or hireEZ go further there.
Pricing compared
Beamery doesn't publish prices or a free trial, so you'll need a quote. That's common for enterprise planning platforms with long rollouts.
Our plans are listed on the pricing section:
- Starter at $0: one open role, 10 AI interviews, no card.
- Team at $490/mo billed annually ($590 if you pay monthly): 60 AI interviews a month, $12 for each extra, up to 10 seats.
- Scale at $1,490/mo billed annually ($1,790 monthly): 250 AI interviews a month, $9 for each extra.
- Enterprise and agencies: per hire or per seat.
Using every included interview, Team billed annually works out to about $8.17 per interview, and Scale to about $5.96 per interview. Paying annually saves about 17%.
Who should pick which
- If you're building a skills taxonomy and workforce plan for next year, pick Beamery.
- If you have 15 open roles and a small team today, pick NTRVSTA.
- If you want AI that recommends while people act, pick Beamery.
- If you want AI that sends outreach and books interviews under rules you set, pick NTRVSTA.
- If you need live AI interviews with a published LL144 audit, pick NTRVSTA.
- If talent CRM nurture campaigns are the center of your sourcing, pick Beamery.

Questions
Does Beamery have an AI interviewer?
Not on the pages we checked. Beamery publishes sourcing and matching, a Talent CRM, talent marketing and skills-based workforce planning, but no AI-led interviews. NTRVSTA runs live, adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio for technical and non-technical roles.
Does Beamery's Ray agent take actions?
Beamery says Ray gives task-level and skill-level recommendations and models workforce scenarios, and it states that Ray does not act for you. NTRVSTA's Carolina does take actions, such as sending outreach and booking interviews, under guardrails you set per action.
Can we use Beamery and NTRVSTA together?
They solve different problems, so it can make sense. Beamery is aimed at workforce planning and talent CRM tied to Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. NTRVSTA works open roles inside your ATS and calendar. We have not tested a direct connection between the two, so plan the hand-off through your ATS.
Is Beamery still independent?
Yes, as of our November 2026 check. Beamery is a London-based company. It raised $138M in 2021, as TechCrunch reported, and took debt financing from CIBC Innovation Banking in October 2024. We found no 2026 acquisition or funding news.
