NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Phenom's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
The short answer on Phenom pricing
Phenom pricing is not published. When we checked in November 2026, Phenom's pricing page was a "Pricing and RFP Requests" form: you share your details and a Phenom expert follows up to answer pricing or RFP questions. There are no plan names, tiers or starting prices on the site. Expect a custom proposal built around the modules you choose.
What you get with Phenom
Because Phenom lists no plans, this table shows the product areas Phenom itself describes. Treat them as the menu a quote is built from, not as packages.
Phenom also lists security credentials on its own pages, including SOC 2 Type II and several ISO certifications. If your procurement team requires those, they are part of what an enterprise quote pays for.
What drives the price
Phenom does not publish its pricing levers, so nothing below is a Phenom statement. These are the levers buyers should expect with any enterprise talent suite:
- Modules. Career site, CRM, scheduling, screening agents, onboarding and internal mobility are often priced separately or bundled at a discount.
- Company size. Suites aimed at large employers often scale with employee count or annual hiring volume rather than recruiter seats.
- Geography and languages. Phenom describes multilingual, region-specific localization. More countries usually means more configuration work.
- Implementation. Career site builds, CRM migration and ATS connection work can be a separate one-time fee.
- Term. Multi-year agreements commonly trade a lower annual rate for commitment.
Questions to ask Phenom before you buy
- Which modules are in this quote, and what is the price of each one if we drop it?
- Is the price based on employees, hires per year, recruiter seats or something else?
- Are the Voice Screening Agent and AI Interviewer included, or priced per call or per interview?
- What is the one-time implementation fee, and how long until the career site and CRM are live?
- What does it cost to connect our system of record, and who maintains that connection?
- Has Phenom published a bias audit for its screening and interview agents, and can we read it?
- What are the renewal cap, minimum term and data export terms if we leave?
Cheaper or simpler options than Phenom
None of these replaces the whole Phenom suite. Each covers one slice at a published price, which is often what mid-size teams actually need.
- Sense covers texting, scheduling, chatbot and voice screening on top of your ATS. Sense lists its Talent Acquisition platform from $7,000 a month and its AI Recruiter from $3,000 a month. See Sense pricing.
- Classet runs AI phone interviews for hourly roles from $249 a month billed annually, with 50 completed interviews included.
- SeekOut is a sourcing platform with Sourcing Core at $149 a month billed annually ($179 monthly), with a 14-day free trial. Larger SeekOut plans are custom.
- NTRVSTA (us): Carolina sources, runs outreach, scores resumes, runs live AI interviews and schedules, all inside the ATS you already have. Starter is $0, Team is $490 a month billed annually ($590 monthly), Scale is $1,490 billed annually ($1,790 monthly), and enterprise deals are priced per hire or per seat. We are not a career site, talent marketplace or workforce-planning suite, so if those are why you are looking at Phenom, we will not replace them.

Questions
How much does Phenom cost?
Phenom does not publish pricing. Its pricing page is a request form where a Phenom expert answers pricing or RFP questions, so the only way to get a number is a quote.
Does Phenom have a free trial?
Phenom does not publish a free trial. Its site offers a demo booking and a contact form.
What does Phenom include?
Phenom describes an AI talent platform with a career site, Talent CRM, automated interview scheduling, onboarding, a talent marketplace, workforce intelligence, a Voice Screening Agent and an AI Interviewer. Which of these are in your quote depends on what you buy.
Is Phenom priced per employee or per recruiter?
Phenom does not say. Ask the sales team directly whether the quote is based on employee count, hiring volume, recruiter seats, modules or a mix.
What is a simpler option than Phenom?
If you only need one part of the platform, such as texting and scheduling, AI phone screens or sourcing, point tools with published prices like Sense, Classet or SeekOut cover that slice.
