Eightfold AI vs Findem (2026): Features, Pricing and Which to Pick

Two enterprise talent-intelligence platforms that both now run AI interviews. Eightfold leads on certifications and its interviewer; Findem leads on people data and agents.

NTRVSTA wrote this Eightfold AI vs Findem comparison. We make a competing product, so we only use facts from both companies' own sites and public news, and we include a third option at the end.

Eightfold AI vs Findem is a match between two talent-intelligence platforms that have each added an AI interviewer. Eightfold started from skills data and talent management for very large employers, then launched its AI Interviewer in October 2025. Findem started from people data and relationship mapping for recruiting, then added screening agents, video interviews and a pending deal for Glider AI.

The short answer

Eightfold suits large enterprises that want an AI interviewer inside a platform that also covers talent management and resource management, with certifications such as FedRAMP Moderate and a published NYC LL144 audit for the interviewer. Findem suits recruiting teams that want people intelligence (warm intros, market maps) joined to sourcing, screening and scheduling agents. Neither publishes prices. Findem names more ATS integrations; Eightfold names Oracle.

Where Eightfold is stronger

Eightfold's AI Interviewer is the more documented product. Eightfold says it runs adaptive, conversational interviews at any hour, covering screening, functional questions in the STAR format, coding, soft skills and CEFR-level language checks, which can be combined into one "360 Interview." Its launch release describes video, audio and text formats. Eightfold says the interviewer evaluates only what candidates say, not facial expressions, tone or accent, and that recruiters make the decisions.

  • An independent NYC LL144 bias audit with published results, per its product page.
  • A long certification list: SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001/27017/27018, FedRAMP Moderate and DISA IL4.
  • An announced integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting (May 7, 2026).
  • Interviews in more than 20 languages (Eightfold's pages give 22+ and 24+).
  • Talent management, resource management and a Workforce Exchange in the same platform.

Where Findem is stronger

Findem goes deeper on finding people. Its "expert-labeled" people data and relationship intelligence power sourcing, market intelligence and warm-introduction paths, and Findem Studio agents return finished deliverables rather than raw search results. On the hiring side, Findem lists a Scheduling Agent that books interviews and assembles panels, plus ID Verify and AI proctoring reports.

  • Published sourcing and scheduling agents, where Eightfold doesn't describe either on the pages we checked.
  • Nine named ATS integrations, including Greenhouse, Workday, Lever and Ashby.
  • One-way video and live coding as well as autonomous AI interviews.
  • A free way to try an agent before a sales cycle.
  • Built for executive search and investor talent teams as well as in-house TA.

Pricing compared

Neither vendor lists a price. Eightfold sells the AI Interviewer within its Talent Intelligence Platform through demo requests, and its homepage offers an ROI calculator rather than plans. Our Eightfold pricing guide covers what drives an enterprise quote. Findem's pricing page also has no plans; it offers a demo and a free agent try in Findem Studio. See our Findem pricing guide.

Because both are quote-only suites, ask each for a line-item proposal: which modules are included, whether interviews are metered, implementation and integration fees, contract length, and what happens to your data if you leave.

Who should pick which

  • You need FedRAMP or DISA IL4 for public-sector hiring: Eightfold lists both.
  • You run Oracle Recruiting: Eightfold has an announced integration.
  • You hire executives or portfolio leaders through networks: Findem.
  • You want sourcing, interviews and scheduling agents from one vendor: Findem publishes all three.
  • You want language-level (CEFR) checks inside the interview: Eightfold.
  • You want talent management and resource management in the same contract: Eightfold.

Two status notes. Eightfold faces an FCRA class action, Kistler v. Eightfold AI, filed in January 2026 in the Northern District of California over candidate Match Scores; a motion to dismiss is pending, and the suit doesn't concern the interviewer. Findem announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI on March 19, 2026, and we found no closing announcement as of November 1, 2026.

A third option: NTRVSTA

Both suites are big purchases. If you mostly need an agent to run hiring for open roles, not a talent-intelligence platform, NTRVSTA is a smaller step: our agent, Carolina, sources, reaches out by email, SMS and WhatsApp, ranks resumes with reasons, runs live adaptive AI interviews and books panels inside your ATS. It doesn't do workforce planning or skills intelligence, so teams buying for those should stay with Eightfold or Findem. Book a demo to compare on a real role.

  • A published NYC LL144 audit for the AI interviews, on our compliance page.
  • Guardrails on each action, and offers wait for a person.
  • Public plans, starting free, on our pricing section.
