NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Findem's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
Findem pricing is not public. If you searched for the Findem cost because a rep hasn't sent a quote yet, this page won't give you a made-up number. It will tell you what Findem sells, which parts usually move a quote for this kind of suite, and which comparable tools do list prices. We checked findem.ai/pricing on November 1, 2026: it shows no plans or numbers, only a link to request a demo.
The short answer
Findem doesn't publish prices or plans. Its pricing page leads to a demo request, so every deal is a custom quote. The one free entry point Findem advertises is a Findem Studio agent you can try at studio.findem.ai. Because Findem sells people data, agents and several applications, the quote depends on which of those you buy.
What you get under Findem pricing: no published plans
Findem says its data is "expert-labeled" and that it processes billions of unstructured people data points; it doesn't publish a profile count. Its Screening Agent, which runs structured phone screens, is in early access with a waitlist, per Findem. Findem also acquired Getro in December 2025 and, on March 19, 2026, announced an agreement to acquire Glider AI. We found no closing announcement for Glider as of November 1, 2026.
What drives the price
Findem doesn't state its pricing levers, so what follows is general guidance for talent-intelligence suites, not Findem's own terms:
- Modules. Suites usually price sourcing, screening, interviewing and planning separately or in bundles. Expect the interview and assessment pieces to be quoted on their own.
- Users and viewers. Recruiter seats and hiring-manager or executive viewer seats often price differently.
- Hiring volume. Screening and interview products are commonly metered by candidates or sessions.
- Integrations. Findem lists Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jobvite, Ashby, Lever, iCIMS, Thrive and Invenias/Bullhorn. Each connection may carry setup work.
- Contract length and services. Multi-year terms, onboarding and data projects (market maps, succession planning) usually show up as line items.
Questions to ask Findem before you buy
- Is the quote per seat, per module, by hiring volume, or a platform fee, and what is the minimum contract?
- Which named agents are included, and which are early access or extra?
- How are AI video interviews and phone screens metered, and what is the overage rate?
- Does the quote include anything from Glider AI, and how would pricing change if that deal closes?
- What are the implementation and ATS integration fees for our system?
- If we leave, can we export the candidate lists, notes and interview results we created?
- Are there usage limits on Findem Studio agents after the free trial?
Cheaper or simpler options than Findem
None of these is a full talent-intelligence suite. They are for teams whose main need is sourcing and screening with a price on the page.
- SeekOut. Sourcing Core is $149 a month paid annually or $179 monthly, with a 14-day trial; larger plans are custom. See SeekOut vs Findem.
- hireEZ. Solo recruiter from $494 a month with a 7-day trial; enterprise is quoted. It adds AI phone screens and scheduling to sourcing. See Findem vs hireEZ.
- Juicebox. A free plan, then $99 per seat a month billed annually. Sourcing and email outreach only.
- NTRVSTA (us). Starter is $0 for one open role. Team is $490 a month billed annually ($590 monthly), with 60 AI interviews a month; Scale is $1,490 billed annually ($1,790 monthly). Carolina sources, scores resumes, runs live adaptive AI interviews and schedules inside your ATS. It is not a workforce-planning or people-data suite, so if market maps and succession planning drive your Findem evaluation, we don't replace that. See our plans.

Questions
How much does Findem cost?
Findem doesn't publish pricing. Its pricing page lists no plans or prices and links to a demo request, so every Findem cost comes from a private quote.
Does Findem have a free trial?
Findem's homepage invites you to try a Findem Studio agent for free at studio.findem.ai. It doesn't publish a free trial of the full platform; for that, Findem points to a demo.
Does Findem pricing include Glider AI?
Findem announced on March 19, 2026 a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI and said the deal was expected to close in the coming weeks. We found no closing announcement as of November 1, 2026, and Findem publishes no pricing for a combined offer. Ask your rep what is included.
Is Findem priced per seat?
Findem doesn't say. Because it sells data, Studio agents and several applications, ask whether your quote is per recruiter seat, per module, by hiring volume, or a platform fee.
