SeekOut vs Findem (2026): Features, Pricing and Which to Pick

Both sell talent data to big TA teams. SeekOut leads with search and outreach; Findem leads with people intelligence and a growing set of screening agents.

NTRVSTA wrote this SeekOut vs Findem comparison. We make a competing product, so we only use facts from both companies' own sites and public news, and we include a third option at the end.

Enterprise teams often shortlist SeekOut vs Findem because both promise better talent data than a job board or a basic people search. The resemblance ends there. SeekOut is a search-and-outreach platform that added screening. Findem is a broader suite that pairs "expert-labeled" people data with agents for sourcing, screening, scheduling and AI interviews, and it has been buying companies to fill gaps.

The short answer

SeekOut is the better fit when your recruiters want to search outside talent and their own ATS together and run email campaigns, with a published entry price and a free trial. Findem fits teams that want relationship intelligence (who knows whom), market maps and succession views alongside AI interviews and a scheduling agent, and that are comfortable with a quote-only purchase. SeekOut is narrower and easier to price. Findem covers more of the funnel.

Where SeekOut is stronger

For a team whose day is built around search, SeekOut is the more direct tool. Its agents build a rubric for the role, find people across 1B+ profiles and your ATS, and draft multi-touch email campaigns that recruiters approve. Because the price of Sourcing Core is public and there's a 14-day trial, a team can prove value before procurement gets involved.

  • Published pricing and a no-card trial, where Findem lists neither.
  • Named outreach: personalized email campaigns are part of the core product.
  • A wider ATS list that includes Avature, Beamery, Gem, Phenom, SmartRecruiters and Talemetry.
  • SOC 2 Type II and GDPR badges, plus a dated bias-audit note (September 2025), on the homepage.

Where Findem is stronger

Findem's reach is wider. Beyond sourcing, it lists named agents for Application Boost, Calibration, Screening, Assessment, ID Verify, Scheduling and Veteran Sourcing, and its AI interview software runs fully autonomous video interviews around the clock, plus one-way video, live coding and an assist mode for recruiter-led calls. Findem says interviews can run in the candidate's language. Its Market Intelligence product and relationship data suit teams that plan hiring by mapping where talent sits.

  • AI interviews and live coding, where SeekOut describes only a video screen of unspecified format.
  • A Scheduling Agent that books interviews and assembles panels.
  • ID verification and AI proctoring integrity reports.
  • Built for executive search and investor talent teams, with customers such as Insight Partners listed.

Pricing compared

SeekOut's Sourcing Core costs $149 a month billed annually upfront ($1,788 a year) or $179 month to month, with three seats, 500 contact credits and 1,000 exports a month. Sourcing, Sourcing + Integration and Full Recruiting Funnel are quoted and billed annually; the AI Screening add-on has no public price. Our SeekOut pricing guide has the full table.

Findem doesn't publish prices or plans; its pricing page offers a demo request and a link to try an agent in Findem Studio. Expect a custom quote that depends on which applications and agents you buy. Our Findem pricing guide lists what to ask for in that quote. If you need AI interviews from either vendor, compare SeekOut's Full Recruiting Funnel quote with a Findem quote that includes its interview software.

Who should pick which

  • Your team mainly sources and emails outbound candidates: SeekOut.
  • You run executive search or portfolio hiring and want warm-intro paths: Findem.
  • You need a price before a sales call: SeekOut.
  • You want AI interviews, live coding and scheduling agents from the same vendor as your sourcing: Findem.
  • Your ATS is Avature, Beamery or Talemetry: SeekOut lists it.
  • Your ATS is Thrive or Invenias: Findem lists it.

A third option: NTRVSTA

If Findem's scope appeals but you'd rather buy from a published price list, NTRVSTA covers similar ground for in-house hiring: our agent, Carolina, sources, sends outreach, ranks resumes with reasons, runs live adaptive interviews and books panels from inside your ATS. It isn't a people-intelligence suite, so market mapping and succession views are out of scope. Book a demo to test it on a live role.

  • Outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Guardrails per action: suggest, ask first or auto.
  • An NYC LL144 audit of the AI interviews, on our compliance page.
  • Plans listed on our pricing section, from a free Starter tier.
