SeekOut pricing comes in four tiers, and only the entry tier has a public price. If you are budgeting for SeekOut in 2026, the first thing to know is which tier your team actually needs, because the jump from the self-serve plan to the custom plans is where things like ATS rediscovery, SSO and AI screening come in. Everything below comes from seekout.com/pricing, which we read on November 1, 2026.
The short answer
SeekOut Sourcing Core costs $149 a month paid annually upfront ($1,788 a year) or $179 a month billed monthly. It includes 500 contact credits and 1,000 exports a month. The three larger plans (Sourcing, Sourcing + Integration and Full Recruiting Funnel) are custom quotes billed annually, priced per seat or by package. SeekOut offers a 14-day free trial of Sourcing Core with no credit card.
What you get on each SeekOut pricing plan
Two details on SeekOut's page are worth checking with a sales rep. The plan card for Sourcing Core describes "a dedicated recruiting seat" while the comparison table lists 3 seats. And the FAQ calls Applicant Evaluation an add-on for "Team and Enterprise plans," names that don't appear in the current table.
What drives the price
From SeekOut's own page, these are the levers that move a quote:
- Seats. Sourcing is priced per seat, and SeekOut says the per-seat rate adjusts with volume.
- Contact and export allowances. Core caps contacts at 500 a month. Custom plans move to 750 per seat, and Full Recruiting Funnel sets custom amounts.
- Modules. SeekOut says you can mix and match product modules. AI Screening and healthcare search are the clearest examples: both change by tier.
- ATS integration. Rediscovery inside your ATS starts at Sourcing + Integration, so teams that want it skip Core entirely.
- Billing term. All custom plans are billed annually. On Core, SeekOut says annual billing saves $360 a year.
In general, and not specific to SeekOut, sourcing tools also price on contract length, the number of hiring managers who need view-only access, onboarding or services hours, and whether you need custom security or legal terms. Expect those to come up in any enterprise negotiation.
Questions to ask SeekOut before you buy
- Exactly how many seats does Sourcing Core include, and what does an extra seat cost?
- What happens when we use all 500 contact credits in a month: do they roll over, can we buy more, or do we wait?
- What is the price of the Applicant Evaluation and AI Screening add-on on our plan, and how is it metered (per applicant, per role, per seat)?
- Are there implementation or onboarding fees on Sourcing + Integration and Full Recruiting Funnel?
- Which ATS fields does rediscovery read and write, and is there an extra cost for a second ATS?
- If we leave, can we export our projects, campaigns and contact history, and in what format?
- Are there limits on how many AI-drafted campaigns or agent runs we can send each month?
Cheaper or simpler options than SeekOut

- Pin. A free plan, then Solo at $100 per user a month on annual billing only. Pin says it matches from 850M+ profiles and can book interviews on your calendar.
- hireEZ. Solo recruiter from $494 a month with a 7-day free trial. It costs more than SeekOut Core but adds AI phone screens and scheduling on top of sourcing.
- NTRVSTA (us). Starter is $0 for one open role. Team is $490 a month billed annually or $590 monthly, with 60 AI interviews a month and up to 10 seats. Scale is $1,490 a month billed annually or $1,790 monthly. Carolina sources, runs outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, ranks resumes and runs live AI interviews inside your ATS.
