SeekOut vs Juicebox (2026): Features, Pricing and Which to Pick

An enterprise search platform with a decade of filters against a newer search tool you can talk to. Both source; neither books your interviews.

NTRVSTA wrote this SeekOut vs Juicebox page. We make a competing product, so we only use facts from both companies' own sites and public news, and we include a third option at the end.

Most buyers comparing SeekOut vs Juicebox want the same thing: more qualified people in the pipeline, faster. The two products get there differently. SeekOut grew up selling filters and talent data to large TA teams. Juicebox (also known as PeopleGPT) lets a recruiter type what they want in a sentence and gets back a ranked list.

The short answer

SeekOut fits larger teams that want to search outside profiles and their own ATS in one place, with diversity filters, market intelligence and a screening add-on for inbound applicants. Juicebox fits recruiters who want to describe a role in plain English, start on a free plan and add background agents that keep sourcing. Both stop at outreach: neither publishes interview scheduling, and only SeekOut sells an AI screening step.

Where SeekOut is stronger

SeekOut's advantage shows up once a team has history. Its integration plans fold your ATS into the same search as the outside index, so a past silver medalist and a new prospect appear side by side. Juicebox's pricing page puts ATS and CRM integration only on its Business plan.

  • A screening layer for inbound applicants: SeekOut's Applicant Evaluation and AI Screening add-on scores every applicant against a rubric and flags fraud signals.
  • Diversity filters and market intelligence on its larger plans.
  • Large-enterprise references on its homepage, including Microsoft, Netflix, Cisco and General Motors.
  • Paperwork for regulated buyers: SOC 2 Type II, a GDPR badge, and records SeekOut says are ready for EEOC and OFCCP reviews.

Where Juicebox is stronger

Juicebox is easier to start. A recruiter writes the role the way they'd say it out loud, Juicebox Search returns a ranked pool, and outreach sequences are drafted from there. The free plan lets someone test that loop before any budget conversation, and Juicebox Agents keep sourcing in the background, set to auto-email or auto-shortlist.

  • A real free plan, where SeekOut offers a 14-day trial.
  • Per-seat pricing published for one to five seats, so a solo recruiter isn't paying for three.
  • A long ATS and CRM list that includes Workable, Crelate and Recruiterflow, which smaller teams and agencies often run.
  • A paid tier that grows with you: Growth adds talent insights and 1,500 contact credits per seat for teams of up to five.

Pricing compared

SeekOut publishes one price. Sourcing Core is $149 a month per account billed annually ($1,788 a year), or $179 month to month, and includes three seats, 500 contact credits and 1,000 exports a month. Everything above it (Sourcing, Sourcing + Integration, Full Recruiting Funnel) is quoted and billed annually. Details are in our SeekOut pricing guide.

Juicebox publishes four tiers. Free costs nothing. Starter is $99 per seat a month on annual billing ($119 monthly) with 500 contact credits. Growth is $179 per seat on annual billing ($199 monthly) with 1,500 credits per seat and up to five seats. Business is a custom annual contract with unlimited contacts and ATS integration. Juicebox Agents are an add-on at $199 per agent a month. See our Juicebox pricing guide. For three recruiters, SeekOut's Sourcing Core comes in under three Juicebox Starter seats; for one recruiter, Juicebox Starter costs less.

Who should pick which

  • If you have a big ATS full of past applicants and want them in every search, SeekOut.
  • If you're one recruiter or a founder hiring your first ten people, Juicebox.
  • If you want to try the product for free with no end date, Juicebox.
  • If inbound applicants need scoring as much as outbound needs sourcing, SeekOut with its screening add-on.
  • If your ATS is Workable or Recruiterflow, Juicebox names it.
  • If your ATS is Avature or Talemetry, SeekOut names it.

A third option: NTRVSTA

Both tools leave the same gap after a candidate replies: someone still has to screen, interview and schedule. That's the part NTRVSTA's agent, Carolina, is built to carry, working inside your ATS rather than beside it. If sourcing volume is your only problem, either tool above is the more focused buy. If the hours go to everything after the reply, book a demo and bring a live req.

  • Sources and reaches out by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Scores and ranks every resume, with the reasons written out.
  • Runs live AI interviews that adapt to each answer, then books panels on your calendar.
  • Plans start at $0 on our pricing section.
