The short answer
Eightfold AI pricing is not published, and that includes Eightfold AI (AI Interviewer) pricing. When we checked in November 2026, Eightfold had no public pricing page (its /pricing address returned a 404), and the AI Interviewer page offers a demo request instead of plans. Eightfold sells the interviewer as one of its Talent Agents within a wider talent intelligence platform, so the number you get depends on what else is in the deal.
What you get: Eightfold AI pricing by product
There are no published tiers, so this table lists the products Eightfold describes on its own pages.
Eightfold announced an integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting in May 2026 and says the interviewer works with your existing ATS. It also announced an Avatar digital-human persona and a combined "360 Interview" in July 2026. Ask whether those are in your quote or priced separately.
What drives the price
Eightfold does not publish how it prices. These are general levers to expect from an enterprise talent intelligence vendor, not Eightfold statements:
- Platform scope. Buying the interviewer alongside matching, CRM or internal mobility changes the price more than any single feature.
- Interview volume. AI interview vendors often meter by completed interviews, candidates or minutes.
- Formats. Video, coding and language assessments can carry different costs from audio or text screens.
- Security and deployment. Government and regulated buyers needing FedRAMP or similar controls usually pay for the extra environment and review.
- Term and commitment. Enterprise contracts commonly run 12 months or longer with a minimum.

- Can we license the AI Interviewer without the full Talent Intelligence Platform, and what is the price difference?
- Is pricing per completed interview, per candidate invited or a flat annual fee?
- Are coding, CEFR language and 360 Interview formats included, or add-ons?
- Is the Avatar persona generally available, and does it cost more than audio or text?
- Is the ATS connection included, and which ATS systems besides Oracle are supported today?
- Can we read the LL144 bias audit summary, and does it cover the interviewer, matching or both?
- What is the minimum term, and how do we export transcripts and scores if we leave?
