NTRVSTA wrote this Eightfold AI vs Beamery comparison. We make a competing product, so we only use facts from Eightfold AI's and Beamery's own sites and public news, and we include a third option at the end. Eightfold and Beamery are both enterprise suites, so most facts below come from their product and compliance pages.
The short answer
Eightfold AI vs Beamery is less of a head-to-head than it looks. Eightfold is a talent intelligence platform whose AI Interviewer now talks to candidates directly, by video, audio or text according to its launch release. Beamery has moved toward workforce transformation: it models skills, roles and scenarios, and its agent Ray advises your team instead of acting on its own. If you need candidates screened by AI, Eightfold is the one of the two that does it. If you need to plan headcount and skills across the company, and want sourcing and talent CRM tied to Workday or SuccessFactors, Beamery is built around that.
Side by side: Eightfold AI vs Beamery
Where Eightfold AI is stronger
Eightfold is the only one of the two that puts an AI agent in front of candidates. It says the interviewer runs around the clock, follows up on answers, and can combine screening, functional, coding and language sections into one "360 Interview", which it announced in July 2026. Recruiters get transcripts and summaries, and Eightfold says decisions stay with them.
Its security and compliance list is also longer. Beyond SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, Eightfold names ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management, FedRAMP Moderate and DISA IL4, and it says the interviewer's NYC LL144 bias audit results are published. Published customers include Citi, HSBC, Vodafone and the U.S. Department of Defense.
Where Beamery is stronger
Beamery's center of gravity is planning, not screening. It brings skills, roles, people and labor-market data into one model so HR leaders can test workforce scenarios, then uses its Execution Suite to act on them through sourcing, matching and talent marketing. If your problem is "which skills will we need and where do we find them", that is the job Beamery describes.
It is also deliberate about keeping people in charge. Beamery describes Ray as an agentic consultant that gives task- and skill-level recommendations, and says plainly that Ray does not act for you. Teams wary of autonomous agents may prefer that. Beamery names Workday and SAP SuccessFactors as integrations, and its AI Talent Match carries an Assured by Warden AI badge.
Pricing compared
Both vendors keep pricing private, and both sell multi-module enterprise contracts. Beamery's cost will depend on whether you buy the workforce-planning layer, the Execution Suite, or both. Eightfold's will depend on which talent intelligence products and agents you license. Neither says whether its agents are priced by seat, by employee or by usage, so ask, and ask what happens to price when your headcount changes mid-contract.
We keep notes on each in our Eightfold pricing and Beamery pricing guides.
Who should pick which
- You want AI to run first-round interviews with candidates: Eightfold.
- You are building a skills-based workforce plan across the business: Beamery.
- Your HR core is Workday or SuccessFactors and you want talent CRM tied to it: Beamery names both.
- Your recruiting runs on Oracle: Eightfold announced an Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting integration.
- You need FedRAMP or DISA IL4 for a public-sector deployment: Eightfold lists both.
- You want recommendations, not an agent that acts: Beamery's Ray is designed that way.
A third option: NTRVSTA
If your real gap is filling open roles rather than planning the workforce, neither suite may be the right size. NTRVSTA is agentic AI for sourcing, recruiting and hiring that sits inside your current ATS. It is not a skills-intelligence or workforce-planning product, so Beamery's planning buyers should stay focused there. For recruiting teams, our agent Carolina works each requisition:
- Finds candidates and contacts them by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- Scores every resume against the job and explains the ranking.
- Runs live adaptive AI interviews and books panels on your calendar.
- Published plans on our pricing page; book a 20-minute demo to see it.

Questions
Does Beamery have an AI interviewer like Eightfold?
No. Beamery does not publish any AI interviewing product. Its agentic consultant, Ray, gives task- and skill-level recommendations, and Beamery says Ray does not act for you. Eightfold sells an AI Interviewer that runs adaptive interviews with candidates.
How much do Eightfold and Beamery cost?
Neither publishes pricing. Both sell to large enterprises through demos and custom proposals, so request quotes for the same scope, employee count and contract term to compare them.
Which ATS or HR systems do they connect to?
Beamery names Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. Eightfold announced an integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting in May 2026 and says its interviewer works directly with your existing ATS, without listing others on the page we checked.
Is Beamery still independent?
Yes. Beamery is independent and based in London. It raised $138 million in 2021 and took debt financing from CIBC Innovation Banking in October 2024. We found no 2026 acquisition or funding round.
Which one has more published compliance credentials?
Eightfold lists more: SOC 2 Type II, several ISO standards including ISO/IEC 42001, FedRAMP Moderate, DISA IL4 and a published NYC LL144 audit for its interviewer. Beamery lists SOC 2, ISO 27001 and an Assured by Warden AI badge for its AI Talent Match.
