Willo Pricing (2026): Plans, Costs and What You Actually Pay

Willo prices by live role on its pay-as-you-go plan and by year on Enterprise. Here's how both add up.

NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Willo's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.

Willo is a UK-based asynchronous screening tool: candidates answer by video, text, file upload or multiple choice on their own time. Willo pricing is refreshingly public, and its pay-per-role model is unusual. This guide walks through both plans, the math at different volumes, and what to clarify before you sign.

The short answer

Willo has two plans. Willo Lite is £49 per live role per month ($59 or €59), pay as you go, capped at five live roles and five users. Willo Enterprise starts at £2,999 a year ($3,799 or €3,499) on a one-year term, with custom roles and users, named integrations and a dedicated success manager. Two- and three-year Enterprise terms cut the yearly price by 10% and 15%.

Enterprise is billed annually but can be paid monthly or quarterly, according to Willo. Willo also lists Australian dollar prices; on the page we read, the A$ multi-year figures didn't exactly match the stated percentages, so confirm those with Willo directly. "From" means a tailored quote can come in higher.

What drives the price

On Lite, the lever is simple: how many roles are live each month. One role costs $59 a month; five roles cost $295. Because Lite stops at five live roles and five users, a sixth role or a sixth user means moving to Enterprise.

On Enterprise, Willo names these levers:

  • Contract length. One, two or three years, with 10% and 15% off for the longer terms.
  • Scope. "Custom live roles" and "custom users" mean the quote grows with how widely you roll Willo out.
  • Verification. Willo Verified checks (ID, right to work, background) come as credits on Enterprise and as add-ons on Lite.
  • Organization type. Non-profits get 50% off.

General levers worth planning for with any async screening tool: candidate volume per role (Lite caps assessed candidates at 150 per role), the ATS you need connected, and whether you need single sign-on or longer data retention, which Willo lists as Enterprise benefits.

Willo pricing math at three volumes

  • Two roles for three months on Lite: 2 x 3 x $59 = $354.
  • Five roles all year on Lite: 5 x 12 x $59 = $3,540, close to the $3,799 Enterprise entry price, at which point Enterprise's uncapped roles and users may be the better buy.
  • Enterprise on a three-year term: from $3,229 a year, or $9,687 across the term before any custom scope.

Questions to ask Willo before you buy

  1. If a Lite role is live for only part of a month, is it billed for the full month?
  2. What happens when a Lite role passes 150 assessed candidates: does screening stop or is there an overage charge?
  3. How many Willo Verified credits come with our Enterprise quote, and what does each extra check cost?
  4. Is our ATS one of the named Enterprise integrations, or would we connect it through Zapier or the Open API?
  5. Are we billed in pounds, dollars or euros, and is the rate fixed for the term?
  6. What data retention period applies on our plan, and how do we export candidate responses if we leave?

Cheaper or simpler options than Willo

Willo is already one of the lower-cost tools in its category, so "cheaper" depends on your volume. These are the closest comparisons.

  • Hireflix: one-way video for $75 a month billed yearly (under 50 employees) or $150 (50 to 250), with unlimited positions and responses. Cheaper than Lite once you have more than one or two roles live.
  • Spark Hire: video interviews from $249 a month billed annually with unlimited jobs and users, or $299 month to month for five jobs.
  • Interviewer.AI: $199 a month for AI-scored one-way video and resume screening, or $399 a month for avatar interviews with follow-ups.
  • NTRVSTA (us): a free Starter plan for one open role with 10 AI interviews, and Team at $490 a month billed annually. It's a different format, a live AI interview that adapts as the candidate answers, plus Carolina's sourcing and scheduling inside your ATS. If you only need short async screens for a few roles, Willo Lite costs less.
