Willo Verified adds ID, right-to-work and background checks. Willo lists ISO 27001 and GDPR, plus SSO, MFA and anti-cheat features.

When Willo is the better choice

Some honest limits for NTRVSTA. We don't do right-to-work or background checks, and we aren't an ATS. Our native ATS list is shorter than Willo's 50+ on Enterprise, and we don't have a public API yet. If you're hiring hourly staff at high volume with SMS apply, Paradox or Fountain fit better. Starter is $299/mo with 1,500 credits, about 30 interviews. Growth is $699/mo with 4,000 credits, about 80 interviews. Scale is $1,999/mo with 12,500 credits, about 250 interviews and an SLA. Enterprise is custom, with SSO/SAML, a dedicated CSM and on-prem available.
