Humanly Pricing (2026): Plans, Costs and What You Actually Pay

Humanly sells a growing conversational hiring suite by demo and quote. Here is what is in the suite, how to scope it, and which tools print a price.

NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Humanly's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.

The short answer

Humanly pricing is not published. When we checked in November 2026, humanly.io had no pricing page (the /pricing address showed "Page not found") and no pricing link in its navigation, only demo requests. Humanly has grown by acquisition, buying Teamable in 2024 and announcing deals for Sprockets, Qualifi and HourWork in October 2025, so it now sells a broad suite. What you pay will depend on which parts of it you take.

Humanly also integrates with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Employ, UKG, Oracle Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse and Avature, so buying its ATS is optional.

One practical point when you compare quotes: Humanly describes its AI Interviewer as asking every candidate the same structured questions across chat, voice and video. That is a deliberate design for consistency in frontline hiring. If you also hire for skilled or technical roles where follow-up questions matter, ask to see how the interviewer handles a vague answer before you price it against tools that adapt in real time.

What drives the price

Humanly does not publish its pricing model. General levers to expect with conversational hiring platforms (these are not Humanly claims):

  • Applicant or hire volume. Frontline hiring tools often price on applicants processed, hires or locations, because volume swings with seasons.
  • Modules in the bundle. A suite assembled through acquisitions may still be priced product by product, with bundle discounts.
  • Channels. SMS and voice carry per-message and per-minute costs that are sometimes passed through.
  • ATS replacement. Taking the vendor's ATS turns an add-on purchase into a core system contract, with migration work.
  • Term length. Annual and multi-year contracts are common for enterprise frontline hiring.

Questions to ask Humanly before you buy

  1. Is pricing based on applicants, hires, locations or seats, and what happens in our peak hiring season?
  2. Which products from the Teamable, Qualifi, Sprockets and HourWork deals are in this quote, and are they on one contract?
  3. Are SMS and voice minutes included, or billed by usage?
  4. Does the AI Interviewer follow up on answers, or ask the same fixed questions every time?
  5. Has Humanly published a bias audit for its screening or interviewing, and can we read it?
  6. If we use our current ATS rather than Humanly's, does the price change?
  7. What is the minimum term, and how do we export transcripts and candidate data at the end?

  • Sense: SMS/WhatsApp Messaging and Interview Scheduling from $500 a month each, the AI Recruiter from $3,000 a month, per Sense's pricing page.
  • XOR: pay-per-hire candidate delivery for blue-collar and hourly roles at $500 per hire, $5,000 minimum. See XOR pricing.

Starter is $0, Team $490 a month billed annually, Scale $1,490 a month billed annually. To be straight with you: for very high-volume hourly hiring built around text-to-apply and chat scheduling, Humanly, Paradox or Fountain are built more directly for that flow.
