NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to HeyMilo's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
The short answer: HeyMilo pricing in 2026
HeyMilo pricing is not published. Its pricing page, which we checked on November 1, 2026, has no plans or prices, only a demo request form, and HeyMilo doesn't advertise a free trial. The form asks for your team size, hires per month (from 10 to 10,000) and applicants per month (from 200 to 100,000), which suggests a quote shaped by volume, though HeyMilo doesn't say how those inputs set the price. HeyMilo says it will reach out within 24 hours.
What you get on each HeyMilo plan
HeyMilo doesn't publish plan tiers, so this table lists what it sells and what its product pages describe. Ask which items your quote covers.
HeyMilo names integrations with Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Avionté, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, JobDiva, UKG, iCIMS and several more, and positions itself as sitting on top of the ATS ("Your ATS stays the source of truth"). For staffing firms on Bullhorn, Avionté or JobDiva, that list is often the deciding factor before price comes up at all.
What drives the price
The only pricing inputs HeyMilo publishes are the three fields on its form: team size, hires per month and applicants per month. Applicant volume is the one to watch. A team hiring 50 people a month from 5,000 applicants screens a very different number of candidates than a team hiring 50 from 500, and an AI screening vendor's costs follow the screens, not the hires.
General levers to expect with any AI screening vendor (not stated by HeyMilo):
- Channel mix. Voice, video and SMS screening may be priced differently, since each uses different infrastructure.
- Number of agents or workflows. HeyMilo talks about configuring "the hiring agents each role needs", so ask whether extra agents add cost.
- ATS connection. Staffing ATS integrations sometimes carry setup work that shows up as a one-time fee.
- Languages and regions. Multilingual or multi-country deployments can change the quote.
- Term. Annual and multi-year deals usually trade a lower rate for commitment.
Questions to ask HeyMilo before you buy
- Am I billed per screen, per applicant, per hire, per seat or a flat platform fee?
- If my applicant volume runs above the number on my form, what does each extra screen cost?
- Do voice, video and SMS screens cost the same, or does each channel have its own rate?
- Are ID verification and cheat flags included, or are they add-ons?
- Is there a pilot or trial period before an annual commitment?
- Are there implementation or integration fees for my ATS?
- Can I export transcripts, recordings and scores if we part ways, and in what format?
Cheaper or simpler options than HeyMilo
These alternatives cover similar screening work, and most of them list a price you can check today.
- Classet. Its AI recruiter, Joy, runs phone screens for hourly roles. Starter costs $249 a month on an annual plan or $349 month-to-month and includes 50 completed interviews; extra interviews are $5. A 20-interview trial comes first. Our Classet pricing guide has the full grid.
- Interviewer.AI. Starts at $199 a month for one-way AI video with resume screening; $399 a month adds conversational avatar interviews. Both include a 14-day trial. See Interviewer.AI pricing.
- Ribbon. Live voice and video AI interviews for frontline roles. Prices aren't published, but there is a self-serve 7-day free trial, which makes it simpler to test than a quote-only tool. Dayforce announced an agreement to acquire Ribbon in October 2026. See Ribbon pricing.
- NTRVSTA (us). An AI recruiting agent, Carolina, that sources, screens, interviews and schedules from inside the ATS you already run. Pricing is public on our site: Starter $0 for one role and 10 AI interviews, Team $490 a month billed annually ($590 monthly) with 60 AI interviews, and Scale $1,490 a month annually ($1,790 monthly) with 250. Enterprise and agencies are priced per hire or per seat. If your main need is SMS screening at staffing-firm volume, HeyMilo's channel mix may suit you better.

Questions
How much does HeyMilo cost?
HeyMilo doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page is a demo request form that asks for team size, hires per month and applicants per month, and HeyMilo says it will reach out within 24 hours.
Does HeyMilo offer a free trial?
Not that it publishes. We found no trial or free plan on HeyMilo's pricing page in November 2026. Ask about a paid pilot if you want to test it on live roles before signing a longer term.
What does HeyMilo pricing depend on?
HeyMilo doesn't say directly. Its quote form collects team size, monthly hires and monthly applicants, so volume is likely part of it. Ask whether you're billed per screen, per applicant, per hire or per seat.
Is there a cheaper alternative to HeyMilo with public pricing?
Several tools publish prices. Interviewer.AI starts at $199 a month, Classet at $249 a month billed annually, and our own Starter plan is free for one open role with 10 AI interviews. Compare the interview format, not just the price.
