The short answer on Recruiterflow pricing
Recruiterflow's Platform plan costs $149 per user per month (USD), and its AIRA plan, which adds the AI agents, is custom-priced. That is what Recruiterflow's pricing page showed when we checked in November 2026. The page has a monthly and annual toggle but lists no separate annual figure, and it does not mention a free trial. Self-serve data import is free; white-glove migration is paid.
What you get on each Recruiterflow plan
Recruiterflow says it has 36 agents built in across its AIRA suite and that AIRA Source searches over 850M+ profiles. Its FAQ also says "no add-ons, no surprises", and that AIRA customers get current and future AIRA agents at no extra cost, which simplifies budgeting once you have a quote.
What drives the price
On Platform, the lever is headcount: every recruiter, researcher and account manager who needs a login is a seat. A 10-person firm on Platform pays 10 x $149, or $1,490 a month, which is $17,880 a year. Moving to AIRA changes the price to a quote, so the main decision is whether the agents save enough recruiter time to justify the difference.
General levers to expect when buying an agency ATS (not Recruiterflow statements):
- Who needs a seat. Firms often pay for occasional users. Check whether clients or hiring managers need paid access through client portals.
- Migration size. Years of candidate notes, emails and placements make a managed migration bigger.
- Contract length. Recruiterflow itself ties migration fee waivers to multi-year terms; other discounts often follow the same pattern.
- Data and contact enrichment. Sourcing tools commonly limit contact lookups by plan, so check how AIRA Source usage is counted.
Questions to ask Recruiterflow before you buy
- Is there a lower rate for annual billing, even though the page shows only the monthly figure?
- What is the AIRA price per user, and is there a minimum seat count?
- Are AIRA Source contact lookups unlimited, or capped per user?
- How much would white-glove migration cost for our data volume, and would a two-year term waive it?
- Can some users stay on Platform while others move to AIRA?
- Do client contacts or hiring managers need paid seats?
- If we leave, can we export candidates, clients, notes and email history in one file?
Cheaper or simpler options than Recruiterflow
These tools publish their prices. Some are full ATS options; others cover only sourcing, which some agencies pair with the system they already have.
- Manatal: an AI-assisted ATS from $15 per user a month billed annually (Professional), $35 (Enterprise) or $55 (Enterprise Plus), with a 14-day free trial. Lighter on agency-specific sales features. See Manatal pricing.
- Pin: an AI sourcer that matches from 850M+ profiles, sends sequences from your own inbox and books calls. Free plan, Solo $100 per user a month (annual), Professional $135 per user a month billed annually.
- Juicebox: natural-language candidate search with AI outreach. Free plan, Starter $99 per seat a month billed annually, Growth $179; Juicebox Agents are $199 per agent a month.
- NTRVSTA (us): not an ATS or CRM, so not a Recruiterflow replacement. Carolina sources, runs outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, scores resumes and runs live AI interviews for your open roles, working alongside the ATS on our integrations list. Agencies are priced per hire or per seat; our self-serve plans start at $0. If you want one agency system for clients and candidates, Recruiterflow is built for that and we are not.
