Recruiterflow alternatives: 6 tools for agencies and search firms

Some agencies want a different ATS and CRM. Others want to keep their desk and add sourcing, texting or AI interviews. Here are the options, sorted by the job.

Full disclosure: we make NTRVSTA, one of the tools below, and we wrote this guide to Recruiterflow alternatives. Facts about every other product come from that company's own site, listed in the Sources section.

Recruiterflow is an ATS and CRM for search firms and staffing agencies, with multichannel sequences and an AI suite called AIRA. Agencies look at Recruiterflow alternatives and competitors for different reasons. Some want a different ATS and CRM, at a different price or with channels like WhatsApp. Some like their desk but want a stronger AI sourcer beside it. Others want the first-round screen handled, which Recruiterflow leaves to your recruiters (its Notetaker summarizes calls they hold). If your team lives happily in Recruiterflow, adding one focused tool usually beats a migration.

1. NTRVSTA (us)

NTRVSTA doesn't try to be your agency ATS. Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, works inside the staffing system you already run, and the ones on our integration list include Bullhorn, JobDiva, Avionté, Ceipal, Crelate, Loxo, Recruit CRM and TempWorks. Recruiterflow is not on that list today.

For each role, Carolina sources candidates and reaches them by email, SMS or WhatsApp, scores and ranks every resume with its reasons, and runs a live AI interview (video avatar or audio) that adapts to each answer. Clients get a shareable report with a score breakdown and video snippets. Carolina books the next step on your calendar and posts a morning digest to Slack or Teams. You choose suggest, ask first or auto for each action; offers and pay changes always wait for a person. We are newer than Recruiterflow, with no published case studies yet, and we don't publish a profile database.

Best for: Agencies on a staffing ATS that want sourcing, screening and first-round interviews handled by an agent.

2. Leonar

Leonar is the most direct swap. It says it is an all-in-one ATS and CRM for recruiting agencies, built on its founders' own agency. It searches 30+ professional sources and 870M+ profiles with email and phone finding, runs sequences across email, LinkedIn tasks, SMS and WhatsApp into one inbox, and adds a sales CRM for client deals. A Sourcing Agent delivers scored shortlists each day. Leonar offers a 14-day free trial with no card. It does not publish an AI interviewer or a bias audit.

Best for: Executive search firms and agencies, especially in Europe, that want sourcing, outreach, ATS and client CRM in one place.

3. Manatal

Manatal is an applicant tracking system that, per Manatal, uses AI to recommend and score candidates, parse and enrich resumes, and assist through an AI Copilot. Its published per-user prices run from $15 (Professional, annual) to $55 (Enterprise Plus, annual), with a 14-day free trial. A paid AI Interviewer add-on runs asynchronous video screens with up to 10 set questions; Manatal does not describe it as real-time or adaptive.

Best for: Small agencies and SMB recruiting teams that want an inexpensive AI-assisted ATS.

4. Pin

Pin says you give it a job title and it builds criteria, matches candidates from 850M+ profiles with an explained fit score, sends sequences from your own inbox, answers replies, and books interviews on your calendar. Each step can be hands-on, co-pilot or full autopilot. Pin has a free plan and lists ATS integrations including Bullhorn (an add-on on its lower plans). Pin's LinkedIn page was removed in September 2026; Pin says the product is fully operational and does not depend on LinkedIn.

Best for: Lean agency teams and founders who want an AI sourcer that runs outreach and fills calendars.

5. Juicebox

Juicebox (also known as PeopleGPT) lets recruiters describe a role in plain language and returns a ranked pool from 800M+ profiles across 30+ sources, with AI-personalized sequences. Its Agents add-on sources in the background and can auto-email or auto-shortlist. Juicebox lists Recruiterflow among its ATS integrations (ATS sync is on the Business plan), so it can sit beside Recruiterflow rather than replace it.

Best for: Recruiters who want stronger AI search and outreach while keeping their current ATS.

6. Sense

Sense says it "turns your ATS into a talent engine" with a conversational CRM, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, chatbot, scheduling, referrals and analytics. Its AI Recruiter is a team of agents for sourcing, engagement, screening and scheduling inside recruiter-set guardrails, and its Voice AI places real-time phone screens with scorecards. Sense publishes starting prices: staffing packages begin at $2,000 a month. It integrates with Bullhorn, JobDiva, Avionté and other staffing systems.

Best for: Staffing firms with high candidate volume that need texting, voice screens and scheduling on their existing ATS.

When to stay with Recruiterflow

Stay if Recruiterflow already holds your clients, jobs and placements and your recruiters like working in it. Its AIRA agents for field updates, submissions and job-change alerts are built around the agency workflow, and it lists SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR. A full migration costs weeks of desk time. If one thing is missing, such as WhatsApp outreach or AI-run first rounds, add a tool for that gap and keep Recruiterflow as the record.

Questions

What is the most similar tool to Recruiterflow?

Leonar is the closest match on this list. It is also an ATS and CRM built for agencies, with AI sourcing over a large profile pool, multichannel sequences and a client sales CRM, at a published $149 per user per month.

Is there a cheaper Recruiterflow alternative?

Manatal publishes lower per-user prices, starting at $15 per user per month billed annually, with a 14-day free trial. It is a lighter ATS, so check whether its CRM and sequences cover how your desk works.

Can I keep Recruiterflow and add AI sourcing?

Yes. Juicebox lists Recruiterflow among its ATS integrations, with ATS sync on its Business plan. That lets you search and sequence in Juicebox while Recruiterflow stays your system of record.

Which Recruiterflow alternative runs AI interviews?

NTRVSTA runs live, adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio, and Sense offers an AI phone interviewer. Recruiterflow, Leonar, Manatal's core ATS, Pin and Juicebox focus on sourcing, outreach and records; Manatal sells an async AI video screening add-on.
