Full disclosure: this Recruiterflow vs NTRVSTA page was written by the NTRVSTA team, and NTRVSTA is one of the two products compared. Every Recruiterflow fact comes from Recruiterflow's own site, linked under Sources.
The short answer
Choose Recruiterflow if you run a search firm or staffing agency and want one AI-native ATS and CRM for jobs, clients, candidates, sequences and submissions. Choose NTRVSTA if you already have an ATS you like and want an AI recruiter, Carolina, to source, score resumes, run live AI interviews and book the next round inside it. Recruiterflow sources from a large published profile pool; NTRVSTA's edge is the AI interview and the guardrails on what the agent can do alone. Many agencies will find the real decision is about which system holds the desk, and that is Recruiterflow's ground.
Side by side: Recruiterflow vs NTRVSTA
How NTRVSTA works
NTRVSTA gives you Carolina, an AI Head of Talent that works in the tools your desk already uses. For each open role it finds candidates and starts conversations by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Inbound and sourced resumes are scored and ranked against the job, and Carolina tells you why each candidate ranks where they do.
Shortlisted candidates take a live AI interview at any hour, with a video avatar or audio only. Questions and difficulty adjust to each answer, for engineering roles and non-technical roles alike, in multiple languages. Recruiters get a score breakdown, video snippets and a report they can forward to a client or hiring manager. Carolina then books the next conversation through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly, answers pipeline questions in plain English, and sends a morning digest to Slack or Teams.
Every action has a guardrail you set: suggest, ask first or auto. Offers and compensation changes always wait for a person. For agencies, the staffing systems on our list include Bullhorn, JobDiva, Avionté, Ceipal, Crelate, Loxo, Recruit CRM and TempWorks. Setup takes a few days, depending on customization.
How Recruiterflow works
Recruiterflow describes itself as "AI-native intelligence. Enterprise-grade depth. ATS + CRM for recruiting firms." The core Platform plan covers the ATS, a client and candidate CRM, multichannel sequences, workflow automation, a Chrome sourcing extension, reports and an API. Recruiterflow says more than 2,100 search firms use it.
On top sits AIRA, which Recruiterflow says has "36 agents built in." Named pieces include natural-language search, AIRA Source over 850M+ profiles, a Notetaker for recruiter calls, Job Change Alerts, Field Updates, and Submission and Task agents, with 2026 "agentic orchestration" from intake call to submitted candidate. Recruiterflow lists SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR on its homepage.
When Recruiterflow is the better choice
- You need the system of record for an agency: jobs, clients, submissions and placements in one ATS and CRM.
- You want sourcing from a large published profile pool, plus LinkedIn and voice in your sequences.
- Your recruiters run every screening call and want AI notes and CRM updates from those calls, not an AI interviewer.
- You need a published SOC 2 or ISO 27001 claim from your vendor today.
Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we are not an ATS or a CRM, and we won't hold your client deals or placements. We are newer and smaller than Recruiterflow, without published customer case studies yet. We don't publish a proprietary profile database, so if raw search depth is the job, dedicated sourcing tools are stronger. And if you want human recruiters doing the search, a marketplace fits better than any software.
Pricing compared
Recruiterflow publishes its Platform plan at $149 per user per month (USD, monthly). AIRA, with the agents, is custom priced. We did not find a free trial on its site; it offers a demo.
NTRVSTA's public plans, from our pricing section:
- Starter: $0, with one open role, 10 AI interviews and no card.
- Team: $490 a month billed annually or $590 monthly, with 60 AI interviews a month (then $12 each) and up to 10 seats.
- Scale: $1,490 a month billed annually or $1,790 monthly, with 250 AI interviews a month (then $9 each).
- Agencies and Enterprise: priced per hire or per seat, quoted on a call.
On annual Team billing, that is about $8.17 per interview at full use. An interview is one live session of up to 60 minutes, and annual billing saves about 17%. The two pricing models measure different things (seats versus interviews), so model your own volume before you compare.

Questions
Is Recruiterflow an ATS or a sourcing tool?
Both, for agencies. Recruiterflow says it is an ATS and CRM built for search firms and staffing agencies, with multichannel sequences, workflow automation and an AI suite called AIRA that includes sourcing across 850M+ profiles.
Can NTRVSTA run on top of Recruiterflow?
Recruiterflow is not one of NTRVSTA's 70 named integrations today. Staffing systems on that list include Bullhorn, JobDiva, Avionté, Ceipal, Crelate, Loxo, Recruit CRM and TempWorks. If Recruiterflow is your system, ask us on a demo before you plan around a connection.
Does Recruiterflow interview candidates with AI?
No. Recruiterflow's AIRA Notetaker records and summarizes calls that your recruiters hold with candidates. NTRVSTA runs the interview itself: a live, adaptive AI interview by video avatar or audio, with a score breakdown and video snippets.
Which one is cheaper for a small agency?
It depends on seats and volume. Recruiterflow lists its Platform plan at $149 per user per month, and AIRA is custom. NTRVSTA has a free Starter plan for one open role, and Enterprise and agency plans are priced per hire or per seat.
