Manatal Pricing (2026): Plans, Costs and What You Actually Pay

Manatal is one of the lowest-priced ATS options with public per-user plans. Here is what each tier adds, what isn't priced, and how to work out a team total.

NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Manatal's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.

The short answer

Manatal pricing is public and per user. When we checked Manatal's pricing page in November 2026, Professional cost $15 per user a month, Enterprise $35 and Enterprise Plus $55, all billed annually, or $19, $39 and $59 on monthly billing. A Custom plan is priced on demand. There is a 14-day free trial with no card required. The AI Interviewer is a paid add-on with no published price.

What you get on each Manatal plan

Manatal also lists guest portal branding and posting existing job contracts as add-ons without published prices.

What drives the price

Manatal's main lever is simple: users times plan. A five-recruiter agency on Enterprise billed annually pays 5 x $35 x 12, or $2,100 a year, before tax. The same team on monthly billing pays 5 x $39 x 12, or $2,340. The step from Professional to Enterprise is usually driven by needing more than 15 open jobs or wanting workflow automations; the step to Enterprise Plus by SSO, the Open API or reporting.

Other general levers to watch with any per-user ATS (not Manatal claims):

  • Who counts as a user. Manatal says hiring managers are unlimited, so paid seats are usually recruiters and admins.
  • Add-ons. Unpriced add-ons, like the AI Interviewer here, can change the total more than the plan choice.
  • Job board spend. Premium postings on external boards are paid to those boards, not to the ATS.
  • Taxes. Manatal's prices exclude tax, apart from Singapore residents, who pay 9% GST.

Questions to ask Manatal before you buy

  1. What does the AI Interviewer add-on cost, and is it charged per interview, per job or per month?
  2. Does the AI Interviewer support follow-up questions, or only the fixed questions we set?
  3. Can we mix plans, for example a few Enterprise Plus admins and the rest on Enterprise?
  4. If we pass 15 jobs on Professional mid-year, are we moved up automatically and prorated?
  5. What happens to our data if the trial ends before we add a card?
  6. Which features are excluded during the 14-day trial that we would rely on after buying?
  7. What are the steps and format for exporting candidates and notes if we move to another ATS?

Cheaper or simpler options than Manatal

Manatal is already among the lowest-priced paid ATS plans we have seen published, so "cheaper" mostly means free tiers or narrower tools.

  • Dover: a free ATS with unlimited users, jobs and candidates, plus a Premium ATS at $199 a month that adds AI applicant scoring and an AI notetaker. Built for seed to Series B startups.
  • Hireflix: if the AI Interviewer add-on is what you are weighing, Hireflix sells simple one-way video interviews from $75 a month billed yearly, with a one-month free trial.
  • Recruiterflow: not cheaper (its Platform plan is $149 per user a month), but an ATS and CRM built for agencies with multichannel sequences. See Recruiterflow pricing.
  • NTRVSTA (us): not an ATS and not a Manatal replacement. Carolina is an agent that sources, runs outreach, scores resumes and runs live, adaptive AI interviews, and it connects to the ATS systems on our integrations list (Manatal is not on that list today, though we offer a REST API and Zapier). Starter is $0 for one open role with 10 AI interviews; Team is $490 a month billed annually. If you only need a low-cost ATS, stay with Manatal.
