Pin Pricing (2026): Plans, Costs and What You Actually Pay

Pin's four plans, the ATS add-on that isn't priced, and how contact credits and AI agents scale with your team.

NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Pin's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.

Pin pricing is public for three of four plans, with a free tier that is genuinely usable for a single role. The questions buyers ask about Pin cost tend to be about the edges: whether Professional can be paid monthly, what the ATS add-on costs, and how far 500 or 1,000 contact credits go. Here is what pin.com/pricing showed when we checked on November 1, 2026.

The short answer

Pin is free forever for 1 seat and 1 job with 5 contact credits a week. Solo costs $100 per user a month, billed annually only. Professional costs $135 per user a month billed annually, and Pin's page also shows $179 beside it without a clear label (most likely the monthly rate). Enterprise is a custom price with unlimited seats, credits and agents, and ATS integration included.

Every paid plan includes AI Questions, AI Filters, AI Evaluation, search criteria match, Gmail and Outlook integrations, and pipeline insights, per Pin. Pin says it matches candidates from 850M+ profiles and can run outreach through to a booked calendar invite, with each step switchable between hands-on, co-pilot and full autopilot.

What drives the price

  • Seats. Solo is one seat; Professional and Enterprise scale per user.
  • Contact credits. 5 a week on Free, 500 a month on Solo, 1,000 per seat on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise.
  • AI agents. 1 on Free, 2 on Solo, 2 per user on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise.
  • ATS integration. A separately priced add-on below Enterprise. If you need it, get the number before comparing plans.
  • Billing term. Solo is annual only, so the lowest paid entry point is a $1,200 yearly commitment.

Outside of Pin's own levers, it's normal for outreach-heavy tools to carry hidden costs in sending domains, mailbox warm-up and phone or SMS usage. Those are general budget items, not charges Pin lists.

Questions to ask Pin before you buy

  • What does the ATS integration add-on cost on Solo and Professional, and is it per seat or per account?
  • Is the $179 Professional figure the monthly-billing price, and can we start monthly?
  • Do unused contact credits roll over, and what do extra credits cost?
  • Do SMS and LinkedIn steps in sequences use credits or carry separate fees?
  • When an agent runs on full autopilot, which steps can we lock to require approval?
  • Which calendar and video tools does scheduling support on our plan?
  • If we leave, can we export candidates, sequences and reply history?

Cheaper or simpler options than Pin

Pin is already low-cost for what it does. These alternatives fit the same buyer with a different model.

  • Juicebox. A free plan, then $99 per seat a month billed annually or $119 monthly. Strong natural-language search; email outreach only. See Juicebox vs Pin.
  • Jack & Jill. A free Meet Jill plan with 20 intro requests a month, then $199 per active role a month. Instead of cold outreach, it requests double-opt-in introductions.
  • Metaview. Free for the first 100 sourced profiles, then Pro at $100 per user a month for 200 profiles.
  • NTRVSTA (us). Starter is $0 for one open role with 10 AI interviews. Team is $490 a month billed annually or $590 monthly, with 60 AI interviews a month and up to 10 seats. Pin books interviews for your team to run; Carolina can run the first one itself as a live AI interview, then schedule the panel. We don't publish a profile database, and Pin does, so for sourcing volume alone Pin is the leaner buy. See our pricing.

Questions

How much does Pin cost?

Pin has a free forever plan. Solo is $100 per user a month on annual billing only, Professional is $135 per user a month billed annually (Pin's page also shows $179 next to it), and Enterprise is a custom price.

Is Pin really free?

Pin's free plan costs $0 with no card, per Pin. It is limited to 1 seat, 1 job, 1 AI agent, 5 contact credits a week, 3 candidate searches a day and email-only sequences.

Can I pay for Pin monthly?

Not on Solo, which Pin says is not available on monthly billing. Professional shows both $135 and $179 on Pin's pricing page; the higher number is most likely the monthly rate, but Pin doesn't label it, so confirm before you buy.

Does Pin integrate with my ATS?

On Enterprise, ATS integration is included. On Solo and Professional it is an add-on, and Pin doesn't publish the add-on price. Pin says it has 120+ ATS integrations.

We read every price above on November 1, 2026. Pin can change plans at any time, so confirm with them before signing.
