Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this roundup of Pin alternatives, and we're one of the six tools in it. For every other product we used only what that company publishes, with links at the end.
Pin is an AI recruiter that takes a job title, matches candidates from 850M+ profiles, runs outreach from your inbox and books calls on your calendar. Teams look for Pin alternatives and competitors for a handful of reasons. Some want the step after the booked call (the first-round interview) handled as well. Some want a channel Pin doesn't list, like WhatsApp, or ATS sync without an add-on. Some want a larger published index. And some paused after Pin's LinkedIn company page and its CEO's profile were removed in September 2026; Pin says the product is fully operational and doesn't depend on LinkedIn. If Pin is filling your calendar and your recruiters have time to screen, it may be worth staying.
The alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
NTRVSTA covers Pin's ground and then goes one step further. Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, sources candidates for each open role and contacts them by email, SMS or WhatsApp. It scores and ranks every resume with the reasoning, and then, instead of only booking a call, it runs a live AI interview by video avatar or audio that adapts its questions and difficulty to each answer. Your team gets a score breakdown, video snippets and a shareable report, and Carolina schedules the human round. Our NYC Local Law 144 audit by Asenion covers those AI interviews; see our compliance page.
It works inside the systems you already run, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday, and each action is set to suggest, ask first or auto. What we don't do as well as Pin: we publish no profile database and no LinkedIn outreach step, and we are newer, with no published case studies yet.
Best for: Teams that want an AI recruiter to deliver interviewed, scored candidates, not just booked calls.
2. Juicebox
Juicebox, also called PeopleGPT, is the closest pure-sourcing swap. Recruiters describe a role in plain language and Juicebox returns a ranked pool from 800M+ profiles across 30+ data sources, with AI-personalized outreach sequences. Its Agents add-on sources in the background and can auto-email or auto-shortlist. Juicebox lists 40+ ATS integrations, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday, with ATS sync on its Business plan. It does not run interviews.
Best for: Recruiters and startups that want strong AI search and outreach at the top of the funnel.
3. hireEZ
hireEZ (formerly Hiretual) now leads with EZ Agent, which it calls "enterprise hiring, run by agents." It says its agents source from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, read and rank every application, run conversational AI screens by voice or chat, send email, SMS and InMail sequences, and book interviews through an AI Scheduler. hireEZ says "nothing moves forward without your approval." It lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001.
Best for: Enterprise TA and staffing teams that want sourcing, ranking, phone screens and scheduling as one agent layer on their ATS.
4. SeekOut
SeekOut calls itself "the agentic AI recruiting platform that runs on your terms." It searches 1B+ profiles plus your ATS, and its agents build rubrics, find candidates and run personalized email campaigns, with recruiters approving or adjusting at critical steps. An add-on scores inbound applicants and, per SeekOut, runs video screening interviews. Sourcing Core is $149 a month billed annually for three seats, with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Best for: Enterprise and mid-market teams that want a large external index and ATS rediscovery with human approvals.
5. Alfa
Alfa, a London company, says it runs a role end to end: it writes the brief with you, publishes job ads, sources from 800M+ profiles and reaches out, then screens candidates in an audio or video interview with Lisa, its AI avatar, and returns an evidence-backed fit score into your ATS. Alfa says it is "not a tool a recruiter operates." It lists a SOC 2 badge and ISO 27001. Pricing is demo only.
Best for: UK and European in-house and agency teams that want sourcing and AI screening interviews from one vendor.
6. Jack & Jill
Jack & Jill takes a different route from cold outbound. Jack is a free career agent that talks with candidates about what they want; Jill is the hiring agent that takes a company's brief, matches it against Jack's opted-in network and requests a direct introduction when both sides fit. Paid plans also search 1B+ public profiles. Meet Jill is free for 20 intro requests a month, and Hire Jill is $199 per active role per month.
Best for: Seed to Series C startups that would rather get warm, double-opt-in intros than run sequences.
When to stay with Pin
Stay with Pin if it is reliably turning job titles into booked calls and your recruiters want to run every screen themselves. Its per-step control (hands-on, co-pilot or full autopilot), free plan, calendar booking and LinkedIn and SMS channels are a strong fit for small agencies and founders. If your only gap is the first-round interview, you could also add an interview step after Pin's booked calls rather than switching sourcing tools.

Questions
Why are people looking for Pin alternatives?
The common reasons are structural: wanting the first-round interview handled after outreach, wanting a WhatsApp channel, wanting ATS sync without a paid add-on, or wanting more detail on how sourcing works after Pin's LinkedIn page was removed in September 2026. Pin says its product is fully operational and does not depend on LinkedIn.
Which Pin alternative has the largest database?
SeekOut and hireEZ each say they search 1B+ profiles, and hireEZ says that spans 45+ platforms. Juicebox says 800M+ profiles across 30+ sources, and Alfa says 800M+. Pin says 850M+. NTRVSTA does not publish a database size.
Is there a Pin alternative that also interviews candidates?
Yes. NTRVSTA runs live, adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio after sourcing and outreach, and Alfa says its AI avatar, Lisa, runs audio or video screening interviews. hireEZ runs conversational AI phone or chat screens.
Which Pin competitors have a free plan?
Juicebox has a free plan with limited searches, the Meet Jill plan from Jack and Jill is free for 20 intro requests a month, and NTRVSTA's Starter plan is free for one open role. SeekOut offers a 14-day trial and hireEZ a 7-day trial.
