NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to ModernLoop's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
The short answer
ModernLoop pricing is not published. When we checked in November 2026, modernloop.com had no pricing page (the /pricing address returned a 404) and its only buying path was a demo request. ModernLoop sells automated interview scheduling that sits on top of your ATS, and since 2025 it has also sold Taylor AI, an AI recruiter that runs phone screens. Your price will come from a custom quote.
What you get: ModernLoop pricing by product
The two products solve different problems. Scheduling saves coordinator hours on loops that are already decided; Taylor AI changes who reaches a human interviewer in the first place. Before the demo, decide which one you are buying for. A team with 40 open engineering roles and four-person onsites mostly needs the first. A team hiring 200 support agents a quarter mostly needs the second. Mixing both into one quote is fine, but knowing your priority keeps you from paying for the half you will barely use.
ModernLoop lists Okta and Entra ID single sign-on with SAML and SCIM, and says it integrates with Microsoft GCC High for customers with federal requirements. If you need those, confirm they are in your tier rather than an upgrade.
What drives the price
ModernLoop does not publish its pricing levers. These are general patterns for interview-scheduling and AI-screening tools, not ModernLoop statements:
- Seats or interview volume. Schedulers price either on coordinator and recruiter seats or on how many interviews and candidates flow through.
- Scheduling plus AI screening. An AI phone screener usually carries its own usage-based cost, because each call has a real compute and telephony cost.
- ATS and calendar setup. Connecting Workday or a newer ATS can add implementation time.
- Security requirements. SSO, SCIM and government cloud setups are often tied to higher tiers.
- Contract length. Annual terms are the norm, and multi-year terms can lower the rate.
When you get two scheduling quotes priced on different units, normalize them. Convert each into a cost per scheduled interview using last year's interview count from your ATS. That one number makes a seat-based quote and a volume-based quote comparable.
Questions to ask ModernLoop before you buy
- Is scheduling priced per recruiter seat, per coordinator, or by interview volume?
- Is Taylor AI a separate line item, and is it priced per call, per minute or per hire?
- Does Taylor AI ask follow-up questions based on answers, or a fixed script?
- Is iCIMS support live yet, and what is the timeline if we use it?
- Are SSO, SCIM and GCC High included at our tier?
- Can we start with scheduling only and add Taylor AI mid-contract at the same rate?
- How do we export interview history and interviewer load data if we leave?
Cheaper or simpler options than ModernLoop
A mix of scheduling-first and screening-first tools, with prices from their own sites where published.
- GoodTime: enterprise scheduling plus its Cori agent. Price is not published, but GoodTime says it charges by candidates per year with unlimited users and all integrations included. See GoodTime pricing.
- Sense Interview Scheduling: from $500 a month for calendar connections, round robin and panel scheduling, ATS integration and reminders.
- Classet: if the draw is Taylor AI rather than scheduling, Classet's AI phone recruiter for hourly roles starts at $249 a month billed annually with 50 completed interviews.
- NTRVSTA (us): Carolina schedules interviews and panels with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly, and runs live, adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio, plus sourcing and resume scoring, inside your ATS. Starter $0, Team $490 a month billed annually, Scale $1,490 a month billed annually. If interviewer load balancing across large engineering loops is your main pain, a dedicated scheduler like ModernLoop is more focused on that.
