NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Sapia.ai's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
Sapia.ai pricing works differently from most AI interview tools. Instead of charging for seats, interviews or credits, Sapia.ai charges for hires. That suits high-volume employers who interview many applicants per opening, and it changes the questions you should ask before you sign. This guide covers what Sapia.ai publishes, what it doesn't, and how to compare it with tools that price by usage.
The short answer on Sapia.ai pricing
Sapia.ai doesn't publish a price, but it does publish its model: you pay per hire, and you can interview and assess as many candidates as you want without limits. You get a tailored cost-per-hire rate after sharing your expected annual hires. Sapia.ai says it is designed for companies hiring more than 500 people a year, and that custom integrations may add fixed costs, disclosed up front.
What you get on each Sapia.ai plan
Sapia.ai has no named plans. It sells one per-hire arrangement covering the products on its homepage, described here in Sapia.ai's own terms.
Standard integrations listed by Sapia.ai include Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Teamtailor, PageUp, Avature and others. Sapia.ai lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 42001 and 27001, and links an independent disparate impact analysis of its chat interview by BLDS. Sapia.ai doesn't say which of these modules its per-hire rate covers, so confirm scope in your quote.
What drives the price
Sapia.ai's own levers are clear:
- Number of hires. The core unit. Your estimate of annual hires sets the tailored rate.
- Hiring needs and challenges. Sapia.ai says cost depends on these without listing them. Role mix, regions and languages are worth raising.
- Integrations. Standard ATS connections are supported; custom work can add a fixed cost.
Per-hire pricing has a general property worth understanding before you buy. Your cost tracks hiring, not applicant volume, so a spike in applications doesn't raise your bill, but a year with more hires does. Compare that with credit or per-interview tools, where a role with 2,000 applicants and 20 hires costs far more than one with 200 applicants and 20 hires. General levers that apply to any vendor here: contract term, minimum commitments and whether rates step down as volume grows.
Questions to ask Sapia.ai before you buy
- How exactly is a "hire" counted: any candidate moved to hired in our ATS, or only those who completed the Sapia.ai chat interview?
- Is there a minimum number of hires per year we pay for, even if hiring slows?
- Does the per-hire rate drop as our hiring volume rises, and at which thresholds?
- Is our ATS a standard integration, or would it count as custom with a fixed cost?
- Are scheduling, the Talent Intelligence Assistant and the AI Career Coach all covered by the per-hire rate?
- Can we use the chat interview in all our hiring languages at the same rate?
- If we leave, can we export interview transcripts and scores for past candidates?
Cheaper or simpler options than Sapia.ai
For employers hiring fewer than 500 people a year, a usage-priced tool may cost less. For very high volumes, per-hire pricing can be the better deal. These are the alternatives that fit the same high-volume screening job.
- Classet: AI phone interviews for hourly roles from $249 a month billed annually ($349 month to month), 50 completed interviews included; ATS Sync from $1,995 a month. Twenty free interviews on every account.
- Paradox: conversational hiring for high-volume roles; pricing not published. Workday completed its acquisition of Paradox on October 1, 2025.
- Interviewer.AI: $199 a month for AI-scored one-way video with resume screening, or $399 for avatar interviews; a 14-day free trial on paid plans.
- Harver: volume hiring with assessments and video interviews; pricing not published.
- NTRVSTA (us): Starter $0, Team $490 a month billed annually (60 AI interviews), Scale $1,490 (250 a month, then $9 each). Our interviews are live voice or avatar conversations rather than text chat, which suits salaried and technical roles more than frontline hourly hiring at Sapia.ai's scale.

Questions
How much does Sapia.ai cost?
Sapia.ai doesn't publish a rate. Its pricing page says you pay per hire, and that the cost depends on your organization's hiring needs. If you share an estimate of annual hires, Sapia.ai offers a tailored cost-per-hire rate.
Does Sapia.ai charge per candidate or per interview?
No. Sapia.ai says you pay only for the people you hire, and you can interview and assess as many people as you want without limits. Candidate volume is not what you're billed on.
Is Sapia.ai a fit for small companies?
Sapia.ai says its technology is designed to best serve companies that hire more than 500 people a year. It says smaller employers may still get help, but the product is built for volume.
Are there extra costs beyond the per-hire rate?
Possibly for integrations. Sapia.ai says it supports most ATS providers, and that custom integrations may carry fixed costs, which it discloses in advance.
Does Sapia.ai have a free trial?
Sapia.ai's pricing page doesn't list a trial. It offers a personalized pricing guide in a single session with its team, and demos from the homepage.
