NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Paraform's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
Paraform pricing doesn't come as a plan or a seat. Paraform is a marketplace of specialized recruiters backed by its own AI agents, and companies pay a success fee when they make a hire. The one number buyers want, the percentage, isn't on Paraform's site. Here is what Paraform does publish about its cost, read from paraform.com/for-companies on November 1, 2026, and how to model it.
The short answer
Paraform charges a flat percentage of a hire's first-year base salary, and only when you hire. It doesn't publish the percentage. If a hire doesn't work out within 90 days, Paraform says it runs a replacement search for free. There is no published subscription or seat fee for companies.
What you get under Paraform pricing
Paraform calls its first product an "Agentic Recruiting Firm." It says its agents surface interested, vetted candidates while human recruiters and the talent strategist run the process to hire. Paraform's homepage cites a 27-day average time to hire and a 70% interview rate, per Paraform.
What drives the price
- Base salary of the hire. The fee is a percentage of first-year base, so a higher salary means a higher fee. Bonuses and equity aren't mentioned in Paraform's wording.
- The percentage itself. Not published. Paraform calls it flat, so ask whether it varies by role, seniority or number of searches.
- Number of hires. With no subscription, total cost scales directly with hires.
To budget before you have a quote, you can model it yourself: base salary times the rate Paraform gives you, times the number of hires. As a general practice with contingency recruiting (not a Paraform term), also check payment timing (on offer accepted or on start date), how a hire is credited if the candidate was already in your pipeline, and whether a volume commitment lowers the rate.
A quick way to size the fee before you talk to Paraform: every percentage point of the rate equals 1% of the hire's first-year base. On a role paying $180,000 base, each point is $1,800, so you can multiply by whatever rate Paraform quotes. Compare that total with what the role costs you to leave open for another month, since Paraform's case rests on speed (its homepage cites a 27-day average time to hire).
Questions to ask Paraform before you buy
- What exact percentage applies to our roles, and is it the same for every level?
- Is the fee charged on base salary only, or does it include sign-on bonus or variable pay?
- When is the fee invoiced: offer accepted, start date, or after a period?
- Does the 90-day replacement cover both resignations and terminations, and is there a refund option instead?
- If a Paraform recruiter submits someone already in our ATS, who gets credit?
- Is there a discount for several searches at once?
- Which of our systems will Paraform connect to, and who owns candidate data after the search?
Cheaper or simpler options than Paraform
These either publish their fee or replace part of the recruiter's work with software.
- Dover. A marketplace where recruiters set their own hourly, retainer or per-hire rates; Dover's page shows a $4.8K average cost per hire and a free ATS. See Dover vs Paraform.
- Weekday. Contingency at 15% of annual salary, free if no hire, with a 60-day replacement (per Weekday), mainly for tech roles in India.
- HiringAgents.ai. Pay per ready-to-interview candidate: $199 per credit on Starter, $149 on Growth, with free inbound screening tools.
- Jack & Jill. A free plan, then $199 per active role a month for double-opt-in introductions to candidates.
- NTRVSTA (us). A different buy: software, not recruiters. If you want human recruiters running the search, Paraform fits better. If your team can run the process with an AI agent that sources, interviews and schedules, our plans start at $0 on our pricing section.
