A note before you read: NTRVSTA wrote this Paraform vs NTRVSTA comparison, and we're the other product in it. We kept every Paraform fact to what Paraform publishes on its own site, linked at the bottom.
The short answer
Choose Paraform if you have a handful of critical, hard-to-fill roles and want specialist recruiters to own each search, paid only when someone is hired. Choose NTRVSTA if you hire steadily across many roles and want an AI agent, Carolina, working inside your own ATS to source, reach out, score, interview and schedule, at a published monthly price. Paraform sells outcomes delivered by people; NTRVSTA sells capacity your team controls.
Side by side: Paraform vs NTRVSTA
How NTRVSTA works
Think of NTRVSTA as recruiting capacity that lives in your tools. Carolina, our agent, takes an open role and sources candidates for it, then contacts them by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Applicants and sourced profiles both get a resume score against the job, with the reasoning shown, so your team can check its judgment instead of trusting a number.
Next, candidates take a live AI interview on their own time, 24/7. The interviewer appears as a video avatar or speaks by audio, changes its questions based on each answer, and handles engineering roles as well as sales, operations and support. You get a score breakdown, video snippets of key moments and a shareable report. Carolina then schedules the human rounds on your calendars and keeps you current with a morning digest in Slack or Microsoft Teams, or answers in plain English when you ask how a pipeline is doing.
You decide how far it goes. Each action can be set to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers or comp changes always wait for a person. Carolina works inside the systems you already use, from Greenhouse and Lever to Workday and Slack. Setup takes a few days, depending on customization.
How Paraform works
Paraform says it matches companies with specialized recruiters from a network of more than 10,000, which it calls the world's largest expert recruiter network. Each search gets a dedicated talent strategist who manages it and shares market trends. On top of the people, Paraform runs custom AI agents trained on what it calls Hiring Intelligence: data from real hiring outcomes and company feedback. Paraform introduced that data layer on August 5, 2026, and describes its first product as an Agentic Recruiting Firm.
Pricing is success-based. Paraform says it takes a flat percentage of first-year base salary, only upon hire, and runs a free replacement search if a hire leaves within 90 days. It doesn't publish the percentage. On its homepage, Paraform cites a 27-day average time to hire, a 70% interview rate and a 98% satisfaction rate. It says 1,000+ companies use it and names customers such as Palantir, Decagon and Abridge. Its footer shows a SOC 2 Certified badge.
When Paraform is the better choice
- You have one to three roles that would take your team months, like a founding engineer or a first enterprise AE, and you'd rather pay a specialist on success.
- You have no recruiter in-house and nobody with time to manage a pipeline, even with an agent doing the work.
- You want someone to sell your company to passive candidates in human conversations.
- Your security review asks for a SOC 2 badge. Paraform shows one; we don't publish one.
Now the other side. NTRVSTA isn't the right fit if you want human recruiters doing the search, because Carolina is an agent, not a person. We're newer and smaller than most vendors you'll compare, without published customer case studies so far. We aren't an ATS, so you'll need one to connect us to. And we don't publish a profile database size, so if raw search depth is your priority, a dedicated sourcing tool such as SeekOut or hireEZ is the better match.
Pricing compared
Paraform's cost scales with salary. Because it doesn't publish its percentage, you'll only know the fee for a specific role once you talk to Paraform. Run the math on your own salary bands: any percentage of a senior engineer's first-year base adds up quickly across several hires.
NTRVSTA's plans are public on our pricing section:
- Starter: $0. One open role, 10 AI interviews, no card required.
- Team: $490/mo billed annually, or $590 month to month. 60 AI interviews a month, then $12 each. Up to 10 seats.
- Scale: $1,490/mo billed annually, or $1,790 month to month. 250 AI interviews a month, then $9 each.
- Enterprise and agencies: priced per hire or per seat.
On Team, using all 60 interviews works out to about $8.17 per interview on annual billing. Monthly pricing costs about 17% more than annual. The fee doesn't change with a role's salary, so the more roles you fill, the more a flat plan tends to favor NTRVSTA, while Paraform can make sense for a single high-stakes search. Our cost per hire guide walks through the comparison.
Who should pick which

Questions
How much does Paraform charge?
Paraform says it charges a flat percentage of a hire's first-year base salary, only when the hire happens. It doesn't publish the percentage. If a hire doesn't work out within 90 days, Paraform says it runs a replacement search at no charge.
Is Paraform an AI recruiter?
Partly. Paraform calls its first product an Agentic Recruiting Firm: custom AI agents trained on its Hiring Intelligence data surface candidates, while human recruiters and a dedicated talent strategist run the search through to hire.
Does NTRVSTA replace recruiters?
No. Carolina takes on repeatable work like sourcing, outreach, resume scoring, first-round interviews and scheduling, so your recruiters and hiring managers spend their time on the people who make the shortlist. Offers and compensation changes always wait for a person.
Can I use both?
Yes, and some teams will. A common split is a marketplace recruiter for one or two very hard roles and an in-house agent for steady, repeatable roles. Paraform doesn't name its ATS integrations, so ask how candidates reach your system before you start.
Want to see Carolina run one of your roles inside your own ATS? Book a demo, or sit a sample AI interview the way a candidate would. Our interview bias audit is on the compliance page.
