NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Leoforce's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
Leoforce (Arya) pricing is quoted, not listed. Many buyers still search for Arya by name, though Leoforce's site now sells a set of separate agents instead of one Arya product. Below is what leoforce.com/pricing says about how the company prices, as we read it on November 1, 2026, plus what to pin down before you sign.
The short answer
Leoforce doesn't publish prices, plans or tiers. Its pricing page describes "transparent, outcome-based pricing" delivered in a tailored proposal after a quote request. Leoforce says it does not use a single per-seat price across every solution; the price depends on which agents you choose, your hiring volume, the number and type of roles, candidate or website traffic, geography and integrations.
What you get under Leoforce (Arya) pricing: no published plans
Leoforce sells agents you can deploy one at a time. None has a published price.
Leoforce says every proposal can include configuration support, ATS, CRM and career-site integrations, training, post-launch monitoring and outcome-aligned reporting, with the exact scope set per proposal. It says it integrates with 60+ ATS and CRM systems.
What drives the price
Leoforce lists these inputs on its own pricing page:
- Products selected. Each agent is scoped separately.
- Hiring volume and roles. The number and type of open roles, and how complex they are.
- Traffic. Candidate or website traffic, relevant to Source and Convert.
- Database size and job count. Relevant to Rediscovery.
- Geography and integrations. Where you hire and which systems need connecting.
- Desired outcomes. The results the proposal is priced against.
As a general note for outcome-based contracts (not a Leoforce term), the definition of the outcome matters as much as the price. Agree in writing what counts as "qualified," who decides, and how disputes are handled. Job-advertising products often also pass through media spend, so check whether ad budget sits inside or outside the quote.
Questions to ask Leoforce before you buy
- For Capture, how is a "qualified" candidate defined, and who signs off: us, Leoforce's recruiter, or the AI?
- Is job-ad spend for Source included in the price or billed separately at cost?
- Is there a platform minimum or a fixed monthly fee on top of outcome pricing?
- Which of our ATS fields does Rediscovery read, and does it write activity back?
- What is the contract length, and can we add or drop an agent mid-term?
- Can we see the summary of Leoforce's NYC Local Law 144 bias audit, and which products does it cover?
- On exit, which data and shortlists can we keep?
Cheaper or simpler options than Leoforce (Arya)
Leoforce mixes job ads, sourcing and rediscovery. These alternatives each cover part of that with a published price.
- HiringAgents.ai. A $0 plan for inbound screening, then $199 per credit on Starter or $149 on Growth, where one credit is one ready-to-interview candidate for a role, per its pricing page. Closest to Capture's pay-per-qualified-candidate idea.
- SeekOut. Sourcing Core at $149 a month paid annually or $179 monthly; ATS rediscovery is on custom plans.
- hireEZ. Solo from $494 a month, with sourcing, applicant ranking, AI phone screens and scheduling in its platform.
- NTRVSTA (us). Starter is $0 for one open role. Team is $490 a month billed annually or $590 monthly; Scale is $1,490 billed annually or $1,790 monthly. Carolina sources, runs outreach, ranks resumes and runs live AI interviews inside your ATS, on a flat plan rather than outcome pricing. We don't run programmatic job ads, so if job-ad spend is the lever you want to pull, Leoforce Source or an ad platform fits better. See our pricing.

Questions
How much does Leoforce (Arya) cost?
Leoforce doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page describes transparent, outcome-based pricing set in a tailored proposal, based on the products you choose, hiring volume, roles, traffic, geography and integrations.
Is Arya still sold under that name?
The Arya name no longer appears on Leoforce's marketing pages, only on the app login link. Leoforce now sells separate agents called Source, Capture, Convert, Rediscovery and Signal.
Does Leoforce charge per seat?
Not as a single rule. Leoforce's pricing page says it does not use a single per-seat price across every solution, and that each proposal is shaped by your products, scale and goals.
Do you pay Leoforce for candidates who don't qualify?
For its Capture agent, Leoforce says you pay only for candidates who qualify. How that is measured, and whether it applies to other agents, should be written into your proposal.
Does Leoforce offer a free trial?
Leoforce doesn't publish a free trial. Pricing starts with a quote request, after which its team confirms your goals and scale and sends a proposal.
