Disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this list of Arya by Leoforce alternatives, and we're one of the seven tools on it. Facts about every other product come from that company's own website, and the Sources section links each one.
Recruiters who search for Leoforce alternatives today often still call the product Arya, though leoforce.com now sells separate agents instead: Source for job ads, Capture for vetted shortlists, Convert for career-site visitors and Rediscovery for past applicants. Teams usually look elsewhere for structural reasons. Leoforce quotes every deal privately. It doesn't describe an interview step or a scheduling agent, and it doesn't name its outreach channels. And its agents are sold one by one, so covering the whole funnel means several contracts. If outcome pricing and job-ad optimization are working for you, staying put can make sense. We cover that at the end.
Leoforce alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
Leoforce's agents stop once a qualified candidate reaches your team. Ours, Carolina, keeps going. She sources for an open role, reaches people by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and scores every resume against the job with reasons. Then she runs a live AI interview (video avatar or audio) that adapts to each answer, for technical and non-technical roles, and books the next round through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly. You choose per action whether she suggests, asks first or acts on her own. Offers and pay changes always wait for a person.
What we don't replace: Leoforce Source's job-ad buying, or a published profile database. We connect to 70 systems, including staffing tools like Bullhorn and JobDiva, and our NYC LL144 audit for AI interviews is on our compliance page. For a feature table, see Leoforce Arya vs NTRVSTA.
Best for: teams that want the whole path from sourcing to a booked interview at a public price.
2. SeekOut
SeekOut is the most direct swap if you used Arya mainly as a search engine. It calls itself "the agentic AI recruiting platform," searches 1B+ profiles plus your ATS, and has agents that build rubrics, find candidates and send multi-touch email campaigns. SeekOut says recruiters approve or adjust at every critical step. An Applicant Evaluation and AI Screening add-on scores inbound applicants. Sourcing Core is $149 a month billed annually with three seats, and there's a 14-day free trial.
Best for: sourcing teams that want a very large search index and ATS rediscovery.
3. hireEZ
hireEZ's EZ Agent sits on top of your ATS and covers more of the funnel than Leoforce describes. hireEZ says its agents source across 1B+ profiles on 45+ platforms, read and rank every application, run conversational AI screens by voice or chat, send email, SMS and InMail sequences, and book interviews through an AI Scheduler. Its line is "nothing moves forward without your approval." A solo recruiter plan starts at $494 a month with a 7-day trial.
Best for: enterprise and staffing teams that want sourcing, screening and scheduling as one agent layer.
4. Joveo
If Leoforce Source and its job-ad optimization were the main draw, Joveo is the closest match. Joveo runs programmatic and social job ads, AI-built career sites, a talent CRM with email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, a chatbot and AI scheduling. It also sells an AI Interviewer that it says runs 24/7 by web, phone or WhatsApp, asks follow-ups and writes scores back to the ATS. Prices are custom.
Best for: high-volume employers and staffing firms whose biggest cost is job advertising.
5. Visage
Visage shares Leoforce Capture's pay-for-results feel. It finds and contacts people for your hard-to-fill roles and delivers only those who replied yes into your ATS or agency portal. Your team calibrates on a 10-candidate batch first. Pricing is per Search (one role) with volume tiers and an annual access fee, and Visage says it credits back a Search if candidates miss the requirements because of its error. Interviews stay with your recruiters.
Best for: enterprise TA teams (Visage says 5,000+ employees) with niche or senior roles.
6. Findem
Findem builds what it calls expert-labeled people data, then layers on Studio agents for sourcing, screening, ID verification and scheduling, plus AI interview software. Its Scheduling Agent books interviews and panels after a recruiter approves criteria. Findem announced an agreement to acquire Glider AI. Pricing isn't published, though Findem Studio invites you to try an agent free.
Best for: TA and executive search teams that want market maps and relationship data alongside sourcing.
7. Pin
Pin is the low-cost option. Give it a job title and it matches candidates from 850M+ profiles with an explained fit score, sends sequences from your own Gmail or Outlook, answers replies, and books interviews on your calendar. Each step can be hands-on, co-pilot or full autopilot. There's a free plan, and Solo is $100 per user a month billed annually.
Best for: agencies, founders and small in-house teams that want an AI sourcer without an enterprise contract.

Questions
What happened to Arya by Leoforce?
Leoforce still operates, and its login still points to app.goarya.com, but leoforce.com no longer markets the Arya name. It now sells separate agents: Source for job advertising, Capture for vetted shortlists, Convert for career sites, Rediscovery for past applicants and Signal for sales.
Which Leoforce alternatives publish their prices?
Of the tools on this list, NTRVSTA, SeekOut, hireEZ and Pin publish at least one price. SeekOut's Sourcing Core is $149 a month billed annually, hireEZ's solo plan starts at $494 a month, and Pin has a free plan and paid seats from $100 per user a month. Leoforce, Joveo, Visage and Findem quote custom prices.
Which Leoforce alternative is closest to its pay-for-results model?
